😊😊really good service.. i alway go thr the drive thr for my medication, never had any issue or delay. They also so refill my prescription if i need to. ( nice)

Just got off the phone with the rudest women/girl that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She actually hung up on me. I was requesting that my prescription be transferred to another pharmacy where it is MUCH cheaper, like over $200.00 cheaper. The prescription originated at Rite-Aid but they closed and sent it to Walgreens. Walgreens does not deal with my insurance so they sent it to CVS. Due to the price I asked CVS to send it elsewhere where it will cost me $12.00. She said this pharmacy has to call CVS and request the prescription. I asked why can't you just send it to them, as Walgreens did.....it sent the script over to CVS without me asking CVS to request it. She started yelling that Walgreens never answers their phone, which has nothing to do with this situation. Walgreens sent the script over without me making a request of CVS to call for it. She repeated that several times and then hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I can guarantee I will not use CVS.

We frequent the drive thru and one thing we have noticed while waiting patiently is that in all the years we have gone here not once have they washed their windows. Same advertisement in the window. Please clean it up!!! Wash the sliding window!!!

The WORST CVS I've ever encountered! The pharmacy has, at times, 1 hour plus wait times. Needed an inhaler STAT. Didn't seem to acknowledge or care. Techs have bad attitudes and act like guards of the pharmacist. Seem bothered by questions. Soooooo slowwwww!

Always a lousy experience. Crazy expensive and always super long lines and no one ever answers the phone. I've started going to Walgreens instead and I've been quite pleased.

The folks in the pharmacy work their tails off and most Customers do. Not appreciate them.I would like to say great job team CVS north 9th street.

They don't answer their phones! I have been on hold for as long as 45 minutes at a time only to have to hang up because my phone battery runs low. This happens constantly. As a result I have taken my business elsewhere .
