This Target is one of the smaller “boutique” locations that feels a little higher end than the bigger stores, but carries significantly less stuff. This one does have an expanded grocery section and it’s nice - I’m guessing they tailored it to the college campus crowd and the offerings make a lot of sense. I stop in here to buy random snacks and toothpaste when I’m in town.

Pretty empty shelves and small, but my complaint is for the Starbucks inside. Someone needs to train the batista to keep his filthy fingers out of the cups. If it wasn't so disgusting, I'd think it was a funny SNL episode. He literally grabs the cup by putting his fingers inside it. I'm supposed to drink that? Gross.

Target is my favorite place to shop. They carry a wide variety of high quality products and provide the best prices, as well as special offers. The staff always provided me with exceptional service.

You can get almost anything here. Don't think Target is costly. Maybe for some items but not all of them. You can easily find some items at the same price as in wallmart. And sometimes they have some items on sale. Take them if you want them. I missed once. Was getting something for 15 dollars. The next day it was 50.And the checkout experience is hassle free. And on top of it, it is in downtown. So very close to the college.

If you’re just going for clothes, candy, or toiletries this place is great. However, if you want actual produce or groceries, I highly recommend just taking the trip to Aldi or Walmart. I have seen expired yogurt and other perishable goods on the shelves several times, and any time I have ever gotten milk from here, it has spoiled prematurely. Not to mention their lunch meat usually expires within a week of me purchasing it, sometimes even faster than that. Save your money for groceries and go somewhere cheaper that properly stores their perishables.

Get ready to visit the most adorable little Target! I thought it was so cute when I first visited!This target is very clean and modern inside. The fact that it's downtown is amazing! All the staff members I've interacted with were very friendly. The prices were okay for food and kind of expensive for almost everything else.Expect check out to be annoying if you come when the store isn't empty. When I've been there, there has been ONE staff member checking people out AND dealing with the awful self checkout machines. Understaffing is a real issue at many places here in State College.The self checkout machines are lame, so you may need staff member assistance anyway. Get ready for a 5 minute wait just to remove an item.Good Target overall, it just needs hire more staff members!

This smaller Target has all of the essentials that you can find a normal Target, just with a more limited selection. There's a good selection of food and office/college supplies. There's plenty of self-checkout kiosks and I can get in and out quickly.

Customer service is very poor. Stalking team very poor. Now as I was shopping today I see the up&up brand targets off brand toilet paper is $9.89 for 18 roll pack what I thought was a good deal was not I get to the register I’m checking out and I ring up the toilet paper it comes up $12.99 so I said to the guy at the register that that price is not correct that I have a picture showing 10 + 18 packs of up&up toilet paper that’s labeled $9.89. He turned looked at my phone looked at me n said I’ll let the manger know it’s stocked wrong. So I said ok well I’m not paying $12.99 for something that shelf prices $9.89 he said I’ll let the manger know it’s stocked wrong I then asked to talk to a manger because again this is not my problem this is the stores no all of a sudden there was no manger there. Needless to say I’ll be driving to Walmart from now on cause atleast if they stalk something wrong the give u the shelve price. Because again that’s there fault

I always have a good experience when shopping at this location and all the employees are usually helpful & attentive. It has a small grocery area with a small selection of fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, meats, dry goods and assorted beverages. There is also some clothes, electronics, toiletries, household necessities and some office supplies. In general, it is like a mini version of bigger Target stores that is conveniently located downtown with the basics as well as a Starbucks.

The store needs more necessities for school. I didnt even find a glue. Its much better to go to the official psu store in the hub.Anyway, its pretty fast to pay because they are many machines to scan the product.Masking is not mandatory. So its very cool

I went in there for my Starbucks coffee. Very friendly staff and prompt service. My coffee was on point. They do accept Apple pay. The street-parking was free (maybe due to covid). There is a parking garage opposite to it if you are wondering where to park (in case the street parking is not available).

I got my first covid shot here a couple weeks ago, I have a lot of anxiety surrounding needles and vaccines, I expressed this to the pharmacist and she was absolutely wonderful, very understanding, asked if I was okay more than once, gave me a Gatorade and was very sincerely caring about me and my anxiety. This was the best experience I’ve had with shots in a long time and I’m definitely going to the target pharmacy from now on.

Urban Target located in a nice location in downtown. Parking in a nearby garage, yet perfect for downtown residents to walk. Good range of items in a convenient location. Slightly small then the other traditional Target. Featuring a large selection of grocery items as well as fresh fruits and vegetables as well as homegoods and household products. Would recommend.

This new building is organized well, both functionally and spatially. It is easy to find what you need, plus there is a Starbucks if you're desiring something warm. They have everything you could need at a convenient location.

Worst target experience. The manager is very rude and not accommodating. Do not shop at the down town target. The main target near wegmans is much better and has nicer people. The staff management staff needs more training. Unhappy with the overall experience.

Neat store with all essentials. However, fruit section is limited, and there are no freshly baked goods. CVS inside, but closed on sundays. There's also a Starbucks at the entrance, open long hours.

Why is this cashier guy asking for ID when buying NyQuil? please educate your workers target. I don't think cold medicine needs an id test, and if necessary, I'll go to CVS pharmacist for permission and get some medicine. Stupid.
