I bought a wireless charger that came without a cable, and it end up not working as a charger very well. I decided to return it. They did not accept because there was no cable with it. They sold without it. I got ripped off.

I love this TJMaxx! I stop in every time I'm in State College. I really like how the store is setup with a great variety of items I don't see at my local TJMaxx. The employees are very friendly, too!

Store is always rotating products is every time I go there I can find something new. The staff is always very friendly, even when it's very busy and you can tell it's been a long day. The manager was very sweet while training the new associate. The new associate was a little pushy about the card and donating but I'm chalking that up to newness.

Best TJ Maxx around. So I'm coming from Philly (not the burbs) where customer service is non-existent at best (usually surly and rude) and I gotta say I was so happy to be back in my hometown in a store that makes an effort. I had to do an online return and the cashier was a little green but still friendly. The store was well stocked. I went with my mother who found some clothes she loved. I found some bath and beauty products and sweet treats (nowhere near expiration date!) and we left happy shoppers.

Lovely discount store with new products every visit! The quality is good, and this location has plenty of parking. Local people love to walk around and do holiday shopping. Prices are good and usually the collections are based on current trend. Service is great! Overall great experience.

Place is hit and miss sometimes it’s jackpot city! Other times it’s not much at all! I remember when they had the mike Tyson under armor which was rare to find! Lots Calvin Klein and Michael kors tommy great prices!! My favorite place to buy my ck jeans!

the store is okay but when i used the restroom there it was probably one of the worst i have been in it smelled like urine so bad to the point where it was even hard to be in there honestly i think they could do better

I would only recommend buy clothes or any other items that you can try it before you buy it. If you bought electronics and found its defective, they will deny and say the information on the package has told you the specs and this item could still "work". Also because you tried it and found its useless, they said they couldn't resell and blamed you as its just you ”didn't like it”. Terrible experience, will never visit there again.

The second i walked through the door i took one quick glance around the store and realize all i had ever wanted and needed was right before my very eyes. Exceptional staff and unbeatable prices, i can't get enough of that store. Heck, I'll probably even have my wedding there someday. I highly recommend!

One of the most clean and enjoyable TJ Maxx’s I’ve been too. I love the clientele that works there, they are always friendly and seem to have a smile on their faces. I can always find great deals and lots of different types of tops/sweaters to chose from. I will be visiting and shopping here as often as I can, especially now that I opened a platinum rewards card.

Got there at 10 am when they were supposed to be open. 4 of us waiting outside, doors locked but employees inside. Knocked on the window, they just shook their heads. Phoned. Said they didn't open till 11. Sign on door says 10, Google says 10, their website says 10. We told them that. So they said they would open. Unlocked the door, no greeting, no apologies. Terrible employee. Will not be in a hurry to go back. And they wonder why businesses close...
