I needed two prints done on Easter day. I'm very satisfied with the quality and speed at which this location got my prints done. Again, on Easter day! The individual that did the prints, Karenna, did an excellent job and they came out clear and with accurate colors/fidelity. The location manager was also very considerate and helpful when I went to pick up my posters. I'll certainly be returning for more prints at this location!

I really like Staples and the service they give to customers . They are so professional and nice. I had an issue w a device (small device - a plug-in USB port ) that I had bought probably 6 months ago thsy wasn’t working and they really worked with me and let me exchange it for a new one! I was so impressed! This would never have been allowed at Best Buy! I think that Staples service is excellent and I give them a 10/10.

Had an amazing experience for a print job I needed for company.I needed custom logo notecards quickly. Ordered them online at 1:30pm and was able to pick them up by 4pm.Debbie was extremely helpful and customer focused. She even called the day after to check and make sure everything looked okay and that we were happy with the cards.Highly recommend!

I have been patronizing Staples for years, used them for my office essentials & showroom supply. I recently purchased a Targus City Smart Laptop backpack for a business trip. The main zipper for the backpack came unstitched within the 1st 6 weeks. I returned it to the State College Staples, where I purchased it, to exchange it for a replacement. The manager at the service desk was extremely rude, sarcastic & was apparently did not care in any way about my issue. She said she did not have the backpack & they were no longer available. I showed her the backpack on the Staples web site & asked her to order the backpack for me. She snapped at me saying she would not be able to because I told you it is not available. I then showed her a photo of the empty hanger with the SKU code, description & item number from the backpack display from her store. In a rude sarcastic tone, she told me to call the staples 800 customer support line & that there was nothing else she would be able to do. I called the customer line while at the service desk, the lady that answered could not have been nicer. I explained to her want I was hoping to do & she was able to ship the replacement backpack to my home. She even gave me 2 day shipping at no additional cost. She did ask me why the store was not able to order the backpack, I tried to explain to her that the manager was head strong & rude with me, she apologized to me & explained to me that manage did not know how to place the order correctly. She then asked me a whopper of a question: Why did I have to call her? The manager should have been the person to call the customer support, not the customer. it seems the managers do not care to go the extra mile to give exceptional customer service, After all, the customer support tech told me that she would have been able to show the manager how to place an order over the on-line system. Everyone is pumping the concept of "Buy Local, support local businesses" But after this last situation with the local State College Staples, I will no longer shop there & I will be forced to buy my office supply & items on-line. Thank you State College Staples for the great customer experience. Buyers Beware!!!

This staples is the absolute best. Every time we’ve used the print center the team has gone above and beyond to make sure our product is exactly how we want it. Everyone is so kind and personable. We’ve been impressed each time, it’s the best place for printing needs in state college.

I wouldn't usually do this, but I had such an amazing customer service experience today at the Staples in State College I feel it is only right to share it. I needed to replace my laptop charger because I was missing a component. I first went to another store because they had advertised having the exact charger I needed, which naturally they didn't have in stock. They only had these more expensive universal chargers. In despair, I went to the Staples next door to compare prices. Immediately, I was greeted by an employee who helped me assess the problem and provided me great insight about my different options. He even offered to order the exact model to be delivered in two days rather than buy a universal charger. Even in our limited interaction, I felt the employee was so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in solving my problem rather than simply selling me the most expensive product. I left with a restored faith as a consumer, and will be sure to recommend Staples to everyone I can. Staples is definitely good people.

I needed information from 2 emails printed, I do not have a printer. The young man at the printing center was very nice and helpful. He helped me connect to the internet and made sure that everything was printed to my satisfaction. Great customer service.

I have had nothing but good experiences ay the print and copy center. The employees are always kind, helpful, and get things done quickly. I had something printed there today and they helped me find the best deal, saving me about 15 dollars and cut my print out for me. I only waited about 5 minutes. So nice!!

Honestly a really great place for anything EXCEPT printing.I’ll definitely come back for non-printing related stuff, however, I mostly came here for printing. The main lady who runs the printing here is really u helpful and, every time I ask for assistance with anything, she’s super rude. For instance, last time I spoke with her, she was really rude about the fact that she couldn’t hear me through my face mask... another time she got super mad about me wanting to print my OWN materials, accusing me of copyright infringement. Definitely taking my printing business elsewhere where the objective is to help me print!

On 10-30-21 I visited Staples in State college to get help printing photos from a memory card. I wanted a special poster made and didn't know if it could be done, let alone how. Farhan a young man working that morning spent an hour and a half helping me choose pictures and then getting them into a poster. He was kind, patient, friendly and courteous. I recommend Staples to anyone needing expert help on projects. Thank you Farhan for making my day easier and pleasant.

Just after you enter the staples, go straight into the corner and you will see its workstation. the stuff there is really friendly and very efficient. it takes about 10 minutes to finish all the things including making the payment, entering the information and confirmation as well as registration. Besides it’s really convenient and I really recommend this place for fingerprints collection.

They have reasonable prices - very important! And they almost always have the item(s) that I'm shopping for in stock.In addition, they (the sales reps) will help you look it up on their website and order it for you, if it's not in stock... Fantastic!

Expensive!! $ .25 notebooks but $10 binders. Expect to go in and grab notebooks only and leave. Pencils were $8 for a pack of 34. Regular no 2 pencils. Place was great and things were nice but it only makes you wish you had money.

The exit is oddly placed, and this store has no Kodak ink. There's a lot of stuff here, but it's not very amazing. It's exactly what it is, an office supply store. Overall it's good though, especially if you need something more generic.

Employees are very unprofessional. I was ignored at the copy center by two employees and then was charged the incorrect amount at the register. I also ordered supplies that were out of stock at the store. After confirming my address, Staples sent it to the wrong place. I was never notified there was a problem with shipping and I had to go through multiple levels of managers and departments to even find what had happened to my package.

Misquoted the price for copying. When I came back, he apologized, reduced the number of copies charged, and changed service fee from expedited to regular service. Still a lot more cost than the quote, but not as bad as it could have been..

Staples is always our first go to place for supplies, printing, and office equipment. Some items, like Cannon printers and copiers have been difficult to get due to shortages (like most large retailers), but these are available, most times, on the Staples online store.

Go to the UPS store on Hamilton Road if you need to copy and print!I needed to print about 280 calibration stickers for scientific/industrial use. I brought with me special label paper with me that I had imported from Europe for this project. This paper is designed to work with any generic office copy machine.The Staples manager explained to me that Staples is FORBIDDEN from using non-Xerox branded paper in ANY of their equipment due to their contract with Xerox! Even though Staples could of EASILY helped me with the equipment they have, Staples turned me away because I didn't have Xerox branded paper. Xerox didn't sell label/sticker paper in the specific size I needed.Staples puts Xerox's best interest BEFORE their customer's best interest. A sale is a sale, who cares where the paper comes from?

There is a big guy in the copy center and he is very rude. I brought my own copy to get binded but he refused to do it just because it wasn't something they copied. I can't understand it. What can I get binded then??I went to Fedex and they did it. Very unpleasant experience.
