My overall experience in State College Kohl's store was good. Especially good actually great was the service I've received from the associates at the Service Desk and my cashier Donna. She helped me to get your app in most friendly and professional way. On other occasions I was also served by smiling and very helpful cashiers. Great people work at this store.

I was really impressed with the Kohl's employee, Brooke, at the check out register. She took the time to straighten out and help me claim my Kohl's cash, rewards and 20% off without me asking. Thanks Brooke! You made my day!

The staff are friendly and it's a pretty typical Kohl's. Nothing to really set it apart, but never any problems. It's definitely an easy Amazon return center too.

Kohl's is an interesting department store. Before you go through the doors, be sure you have done an internet search for any coupons available for items you intend to purchase. Also, view online the most recent sales and sale flyers.Kohl's offers shopping carts and baskets as you enter this store, and, they have shopping carts with a child seat. I find this aspect of shopping very accommodating. However, for me, I wish the handles of the shopping carts were higher or adjustable.The general layout of the store is basically a large rectangle intersected by a few shopping aisles. In the middle front of the store is a Sephora shop fully stocked.There are a number of checkout lanes, and customers are directed to registers from one organized line.Kohl's offers a wide variety of well stocked merchandise categories for in the home. When you shop for and purchase items, be sure to always check out areas of well defined sale and clearance items because when you combine sale and/or clearance items with an internet coupon and/or printed coupon you have the potential to save a large amount of money. Additionally, Kohl's will, from time to time offer "Kohl's Cash" valued at $10 or $15 for every $50 you purchase at the checkout, to be used on a future purchase.I like to shop at Kohl's. It is a unique experience. The people working there are eager to help. And, in particular, I love the bargains I find. It might take a little longer to shop if you are not familiar with this unique type of store and the layout, but it is well worth your time and money.

I love a classic department store. However, I think Kohl's raises prices to compensate for their Kohl's Cash benefit. Sometimes I'm surprised how expensive certain items are. And yet, there are still some deals to be found.

I loved visiting this Kohl’s location. This is the best Kohl’s I have visited. I would like to return when I have more time to explore their store. I was limited to a brief visit to make some returns.

The store itself was nice. It was clean and the people were helpful. It actually reminded me of going into an anchor store back when malls still existed. My only beef is that what I bought, which I needed the next day, was really expensive. I could have gotten the dress shirt and tie for 1/3 of the price on Amazon. I just didn't have the time.

Great store with great staff. Plenty of space for parking. I got my mom in law here for shopping, she was visiting us from India and she really liked it too! Store people are friendly. It's also a place to do Amazon returns and everytime our experience is seamless.

I was having trouble opening the Kohl's app to pickup my on line order and an associate at returns and pickup desk was very helpful. He open my online pickup and gave me the number I needed to pickup my order. He was very nice and helpful.

This was my first visit to Kohl's in State College Pennsylvania. I was on vacation. I took my aunt and I cannot believe how helpful everyone in that store is. They made it one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I want to thank everybody at that store

I think this was the best experience I had in State College so far. Staff was unbelievably kind and helpful! They helped me get the best prices and offered great advice when I asked for a second opinion since I was getting gifts for family back home and needed someone else's judgement! I hope I got the names correct but Debby (the mom of the PhD math son) and Cindy (the great cashier) were fabulous and joyful! Thank you so much for the great experience today with all my hassle!

This Kohl’s in State College, PA is FABULOUS! It is always so neat, clean and organized. Great selection of everything. Kelly in Sephora was extremely helpful to me yesterday. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable (so much so, that I asked to speak to her manager to tell her how impressed I was with Kelly’s service). I would give this Kohl’s 10 stars if I could!

I went to Kohl's to return a comforter because when I ordered it online, it wouldn't take the coupon. I called customer service, and they redid the order and said we updated it and you will only get one order and one charge. Needless to say, I received 2 comforters and 2 chargers. I took the comforter back to Kohl's and was well taken care of. There was confusion with the order number because my order on my phone showed only 1 order number. Well, this woman, Deborah, in customer service, was determined to get to the bottom of this. The comforter I brought back had the same number as the one I had at home. We have already paid for that on my charge, so she couldn't credit it. Through her diligence, she was able to find the other order with a different order number and credit my account with the higher price comforter. She took the time to explain everything and the effects of Kohls cash. Every customer service needs a person like Deborah. She was so kind, understanding , and determined to get to the bottom of this and get me my credit , and she did. 5 stars for Deborah. This was at Kohl's in State College on Collonade.

I was highly upset with their return system. I only bought Christmas presents there because my mom wanted to go there. I got my grandson a present that I thought he would love and found out that somebody else got it for him so when I went to return it me and my mom cannot find the receipt and they wouldn't give me for credit I lost $10 I thought that I could just get enough that match the price which they did not unless I had a receipt so I lost $10 and can go and get him one thing and then they gave me a card for the rest of the amount so I could only get another thing and it just was not my cup of tea I felt like I was wasting my time and my money.
