A very nice getaway for lunch in Spraggs, Pennsylvania. My girlfriend and I actually ate here several times over a couple of years. The food is home made and very tasty. Make sure you leave room for desert. The restaurant is right up against the state line in Spraggs, PA. In the parking lot you can take 5 steps and be in West Virginia. Service is great. They have specials everyday of the week. Very clean and a nice place to chill with friends.Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu for vegetarian choices.Parking: Ample parking in front.Kid-friendliness: There are items on the menu for children.

This place is awesome! I took my girlfriend here on a date and I couldn’t ask for a better time! First the pepperoni rolls are delicious, the Steak hoagie is like a bast of flavor hit you in the mouth. And their Apple pie is just the cherry on top! Oh and don’t even get me started on the sweet tea, it reminded me of home and was definitely delicious. Also the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It had the backwoods Ma an Pop feel to it. Oh and the waitresses were friendly kind and just all around amazing. I will definitely be going back her. So if you want good food good people and a good price definitely check them out!

An impromptu lunch with friends yesterday was a highlight of my day. Two of us had the homemade potato soup and it was absolutely delicious, to the point that we purchased several bowls (very generously sized) to bring home for family dinners. PLEASE make this a regular on your menu. My compliments to the chef!

I would have given this restaurant 5 stars, but for two negative experiences. I've gone on multiple occasions with great service and food, but once I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was terrible. Dry, very little mayo, prepackaged chicken, and a subpar bun. Another time I went there, the staff was very slow and unfriendly. I would guess that they were just having a bad day but they weren't very busy and we waited for a half an hour after we were done eating to get our check and our food to go.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. This is definitely a small, down home establishment. Being an out of town worker, I patronized the cafe on several occasions and was treated well every time. Their specialty burgers were all I ordered and were delicious. I wish I knew about and ordered one of their daily specials before my work project ended. I reccomend asking. Anyway, they're only slightly off the beaten path from Rt 7 in Blacksville, WV, but a larger sign marks the turn just off the bridge that crosses the creek. Stop in and enjoy the good food, friendly staff and old fashioned atmosphere.

Worth the drive and comfy cozy atmosphere just like home. Must try the fried pickles and their specials are VERY good.. Try a double cheeseburger so big you may have to use a fork :)

Homemade taste food, not the best taste but it's good, the place is nice, clean and inviting, I had the steak sub and chili cheese fries it was good. Am I going back to eat in this pkace? Yes I want to try other stuff and I might make an update to my review

This place is nice for a back woods mom. And pop place. The pizza is amazing but the food is good but they are stock in a minu that is never changing the place has the ability to do great out there but they need a chef with a vision and the ability to do work on making there minu great.
