Everyone you have to really watch them with their prices especially with their sale ads they rip people off you do not get your discount so what's your receipt closely they owe me back over $20 I'm happy and I just got there on the 5th of March

I just called about payroll to get my checks cashed. They told me when I opened up the account it would take a week to be able to cash it. I did this about 3 weeks ago. I called and asked about it they got rude with me because I asked and tried to explain they told me twice it would be a week and I need to cash my check. I don't see why it takes so long to call my boss to confirm I work here. I did this before the new year. Now they said it'll be a month or more. Thats ridiculous.

Yes the food is a little more expensive then other grocery stores HOWEVER they offer veteran parking and for a store appreciate veterans like that is an automatic 5 star from me!

I don't use this Giant Eagle much I use the one on the other end of town just because it's closer to my house but I was really impressed with this giant eagle. I may even start shopping here permanently they have a much better selection their produce department is awesome and they had things that I haven't seen on the Shelf at the old Giant Eagle for a long time. The employees were really nice too always asking if we need help with anything.

Prices are kind of high here in comparison to some other places. I bought a facial cleanser here for approximately $10-$12. Then saw the EXACT same one at Target for $3. I will definitely be comparing prices in the future before I make another purchase. However the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I typically shop at this location and am usually satisfied, however, I don't recommend ordering cakes or cupcakes. Etc from here if you expect them to be right. I ordered a cake, the gentleman called back almost immediately asked me a question and we made a modification. I confirmed all other parts of order was correct and the price. Gave it to my husband to go pick up the next day becaus3 I couldn't. So we sit down to have cake for our mom's birthday and the cake wasn't what we ordered. In the past, I have had other issues and giant eagle never does anything more than sometimes they will offer only an apology.SsFriends of mine also have the same problem.

The pharmacy continues to go above and beyond and in my opinion they are the best pharmacy in the area. Always very nice, attentive and does their best to make your visit to their pharmacy a good one!

I got my period early and I needed pads quick so I took exit 110 and drove about 5 miles to go get pads here. I needed pads urgently as I can barely even stand up. I tried to go to the self-checkout until this old lady working there yelled “YOU NEED A GIANT EAGLE ADVANTAGE CARD”. We proceeded to the line which, ONLY ONE LINE. Only one worker was there. line took forever and there was only 2 people in front of me. Unbelievable. Please for your own sake do not shop here under any circumstance.

I'm from out of town so Im not sure how the store is all the time. It seems like they might be going through some renovations or changes? Again not sure. Overall the store is laid out like basically every other Giant Eagle store I've ever been to. This one did see a little dated. They had a nice selection of fresh produce, great meat and seafood department. Their selection of flowers outside where beautiful. They had a security guard standing outside, which was odd but normal I guess. He was kind and helped a lady with her sodas that fell from her carriage. The price point is at the normal GE price ranges. I will say the lady at the check out was a little rude when a family member was checking out and didn't know she had to have a card to start the self check out. I was very close to saying something... You hate your job look elsewhere. Having a bad day, its ok but do not snap at an elderly woman for not knowing how YOUR machines work. Which is why this is a 4 out of 5 star rating.

I always liked shopping Giant Eagle but boy lately it has been a headache trying to shop of its not the big carts with ppl stocking shelves in the way, its the damn carts in the way for that shopping online bs..it is so frustrating that online shopping i guess for ppl working and stuff but someone is always in ur way when I'm trying to look at stuff 😡

Had to wait on a prescription so took a stroll through the store. The product department was nice and organized. The shelves looked stocked and straight. The pharmacy employees were very friendly.

Good store fresh product, friendly staff and a real plus is Aldis is just a few doors down. I like Giant Eagle for meats, deli and bakery but prefer Aldi's for produce, frozen foods, Eggs, Milk, Butter ect. In this time of fast rising inflation we have to pinch every penny. Aldi's pricing on the items mentioned are outstanding. With GE watch the sale flyer.

Horrible! They've got more expired products on their shelves than nonexpired! The manager of this store needs to be relieved of his duties and replaced with someone who is more apt to keep up with expired products than worrying about you wearing a mask and just walking around like he's in a daze!

Went in tonight to buy Kaiser rolls and small bottle of Sugar Free coffee creamer. The coffee creamer was only sold in 32 oz size and with me being from out of town I will throw most of the bottle away when I leave. When I went looking for the Kaiser rolls I found English Muffins on the shelve with more green on them than my camouflaged clothes. Will think twice before ever visiting this or any Giant Eagle store again.

Love the deitz and Watson honey maple Turkey lunch meat from the deli. It's a little expensive at $10.99 /lb, but they put it on sale at least once a month and it's always about half price per pound. Always have everything you need and great friendly service

Great staff, and privately owned Giant Eagle. Only complaint is they do not have any motorized scooters for disabled shoppers. Thus I have to go to the cooperate owned Giant Eagle on the other side of town. The parking lot is also on a hill and hard to navigate if your disabled. But the staff is wonderful always polite and very friendly!

Excellent selection for a store this size. It also has a wine and beer section. Hours are good. Staff is pleasant. Store is always well stocked and clean. The produce is fresh and nicely displayed.

Love Giant Eagle! Always have what I need. Staff is friendly and helpful. I also get point and get a tank of free gas after several weeks!
