Dog Gone Grooming does a fantastic job. They are kind, diligent, and our high strung Springer always leaves happy. Floyd looks and smells amazing after his grooming appointments. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love bringing my puppy here! She's a Red Nose Pitbull and some people are weary of Pitbulls and don't like to groom them, but not her! She will play with your pet and make them feel super comfortable before she begins anything. Very friendly staff, clean environment. You can tell they all LOVE animals. She always does an amazing job at trimming her nails - which she hates... My little LJ gets so excited when she hears we're going to the groomers now. I would highly highly recommend. You won't find a better place to take your pup!

Went to pick up my dog from here and she still wasn't ready which is OK; but as I quietly waited, I observed them being aggressive with my animal. After a while, I told them that was enough! She yelled back at me, "No, I say when it's enough!" I thought I was going to have to call the cops on her and her colleague. She finally gave me my dog. Then she throws her harness at me. Nice way to do business, and then blame such on the customer. Shame on you both! You should never be aggressive with someone else's animal!! I will be sure to tell anyone who asks to stay away from your business! You will not treat my animal that way! That's cruelty to animals. Too bad if you're having a bad day... No excuse for ever treating an animal that way!PS - She was there 5 hours, and other than being bathed, it seems like they only groomed her face. They have lots of dogs roaming through the shop. They say it helps with socialization - what happens if their dogs attack yours?? Or vice versa?? Keep looking for a more professional groomer. Good groomers are hard to find...ones who treat your animal kindly, and you. Of course your dog is happy to see you when you pick it up...that doesn't mean they were treated well at the groomer. Mine wasn't. First dog I took there, she said was all matted, and just shaved her down. She was not matted.

They do cats!!! I was so surprised to find a groomer that will do cats. In finding them and taking my young cat for her first bath ever, they treated her beautifully. They said she was wonderful in her behavior and I could bring her back anytime. It's hard to find a groomer to do cats. But these ladies we're so helpful because my little girl really needed help and they gave it to her!! I want to thank these ladies for the wonderful job they did on my "Indie". Oh and if you can't tell, I am very pleased. 😄😺💜

Highly recommended!!I have been trying to find a groomer to take on Gunner for months. Most would say they weren't accepting new clients, others wouldn't even return my phone call. Some did not want to take him due to his breed. "Dog Gone Grooming" in Somerset, gladly accepted Gunner without hesitation! The ladies there did an excellent job with a difficult pooch. The prices at Dog Gone Grooming were so feasible and lower than anywhere else! Plus they told me he was good as gold, and always welcome back! 🤷‍♀️😆😊Gunny was also never placed in a cage while waiting for his turn, he got to play with the other dogs at the shop and barely even knew mom had left. I can't thank you girls enough ❤🐾❤

Great place to take your dog for grooming. I’ve taken my Aussiedoodle (70 lbs with lots of hair) to several places, and Dog Gone Grooming is one of the best in my opinion. Friendly staff, great pricing, and excellent grooming! I don’t know about how other dog owners feel about this, but I loved how there’s an open area for the dogs to play with each other instead of crating them. Also, if needed however, there are crates for the less friendly ones. If I weren’t from out of town, I’d take my dog there as a regular :)

They did an awesome job on my senior cat. He had never been to the groomers before and he is also diabetic. He has skin/fur issues because of this and they did such a great job. I've never seen Jonah so happy. Would recommend. 10/10

Barbara is by far the best cat groomer. She does an amazing job Sneezie loves to go to the groomers with Barbara. Since finding this place we will not be going anywhere else. We are a life time customer. Sneezy feels so much better when he comes home. He feels like a brand new fella kitty. He really has spunk after coming home from Barbara’s place. She’s very personable and respectful. We highly recommend her place of business. Thank you so much Barbara and family. U make us feel welcome.

Took my daughter's Pomeranian there. He came out looking terrible. Cindy CUT his hair on his ears & around One side of his face. I only asked for them to TRIM his ears, paw & butt.!! I called and complained. Cindy called me back was rude & disrespectful. UNPROFESSIONAL.!! Will never go there nor recommend anyone to go there.. Unprofessional. Would love to add a picture of this unprofessional grooming.HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING TO SEE CERTIFICATE WHEN TAKING A FURBABY TO BE GROOMED.
