They took me in when they didn’t have vet scheduled appointments for the day. My cat was sick with a 106 fever and not eating. The vet was super thorough and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and I was so grateful to get my pet the help she needed so short notice. Very kind and fast service. Daisy and I thank you so much! ❤️

Back in July I had called the office and told them that I was the registered owner of Bella, a female boxer, and that nothing was to be done with her unless i gave them permission if she was brought in. Just recently she was taken there and was spayed without my consent.

The woman they have answering their phones could stand to learn a thing or two about how to speak to people! I was trying to make an appointment to bring 2 cats in to be declawed, which would have cost me $900. However, I tried asking for an appointment on any Monday in the month that worked with their schedule & she got VERY rude with me & told me maybe I should call back when I’m ready to make an appointment? She then hung up on me with no appointment booked. If I’m going to spend almost $1,000 somewhere, it won’t be here.

This place is great! My cat was bitten by a dog and my regular vet wasn’t available. After calling a couple other vets, who couldn’t see my cat, I called H and S and they said I could bring my cat right over. The vet and the all staff were awesome! They were friendly, treated my cat well, and got him on the track to getting better.

We took our cat her for declaw a year ago only to find out today that she wasn't properly declawed and still has the third phalange on 7 of her 10 toes..

Loved the care they gave my fur babys but office staff not so good. Have to repeat everything then not done right and the drs have to fix it.. feel bad having to call back all time..

The receptionist is a little rough but Dr. Rumsey is great! He is thoughtful and practical in his approach to treating our senior dogs.

We are from out of town and our dog is throwing up blood. Said they couldn’t help and hung up. Didn’t offer to try and get us into other clinics or give any advice as to how to care for our dog

I've had my dachshund here for shots, checkups, and neutering with good success everytime. There are two doctors on staff here that are knowledgeable and capable.
