I completely understand that this is a gas station, and I don't expect excellent service, but it's another thing entirely to be openly and loudly disrespected by the food staff for ordering a cheeseburger. The entire staff was underage girls, and there didn't appear to be a manager or even an adult there to supervise them. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed.To be clear, it was the tall, obese girl, and the skinny one with the nose ring. The two behind the register were at least polite.

We were the only ones in the store. Took 30 minutes to get our food. For a large fry we got maybe 6 frys in there.And our snack wrap was burnt

People are very nice. Usually have everything in stock and gas station food is decent. PLEASE BRING BACK CHEDDAR JALAPENO POPPERS!!!

Everytime I go into Rutter's store # 02 Yolanda T is always cleaning inside wiping down the counters sweeping, mopping, wiping down the soda machines, coffee machines . If she isn't inside the store you'll find heroutside wiping the gas pumps, sweeping, the ice coolers , doors etc..She is very nice and respect.There is another employee who is a hard worker who has been there for year Samantha M always friendly and she is never standing still always moving helping someone.

Rutter’s is always a great stop for anything I need. Whether that’s a drink, MTO food, an ATM, or small household needs. It’s always super clean, and the staff members are always very friendly and helpful with whatever I need. The food is also always very fast. Rutter’s will always be a go to spot!

They took 2 HOURS just to make 3 hotdogs. We did get a warning there would be a wait but one of the workers who wasn't busy didn't bother helping the other. THE COFFEE IS A SCAM!! We first hand witnessed when they were filling up the coffee with water just to make it seem more full. The workers were nice but they're actions just no.

Edit: went there today, 4/6/2023, intending to buy a bottle of ketchup. Grabbed a bottle off the shelf, went to check out, and there was a pretty long line, that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that when an employee opened a second register, another employee immediately went to check out ahead of the line of customers.If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don’t think there is a single person that works there that knows how to properly make a sandwich. If you say no double cheese, they will often put double cheese anyway. I’ve had them put toppings under meat and cheese. Several times now I have ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and it has been made wrong almost every single time. Last week, it was made as a club sandwich, which I was not what I ordered, and she tried to grill it that way. Tell me how the piece of bread in the middle would get toasted? Not to mention after I asked her to take the middle piece out, she didn’t re-grill it and the entire middle of the sandwich was cold. Today I ordered one and the woman who made it grilled the bread ONLY. So instead of a grilled sandwich, I got a cold sandwich with toasted bread. I’m tired of this. I’m not going there anymore.

I saw the ad on TV for two 8 dollar burgers.I place an order for two of the burgers and an order of fries when I got the bill it was over $18, when I went to the cashier and questioned the bill he told me I needed a Rutter's card so they gave me one and now it was still $18 the burgers were old and cold they must have been made hours before hand. After going back and forth with the cashier not getting anywhere I just paid the 18 will not go there again.

First visit there, they offered me a 'Rutters card'. I immediately received a discount on my first purchase! Nice! No matter how busy they are, the employees are always polite to their customers as they roll through the line. The store was clean and organized.

I moved to Pennsylvania from Maryland 6 months ago and I work in Baltimore so I need to get what I need and go. I was going to the rutters near my house but they are terrible and dirty! Since I have to travel 83 I figured I would try this store out and boy am I glad I did! Staff friendly and fast! I’ve came in one all 3 shifts and get the same rock star service every time!! The manager there is very nice and always makes sure I get in and out quickly! They have my business cuz they understand the word convenience in convenience store!

This Rutters (and most likely others) does NOT recycle the items from the recycling bin: They simply throw the papers, cans, and bottles out. So, for those who care about the environment, which of course is a matter of life, then do not visit this store.

Woman working the phone at 11.30 am on 02 May 2019 at Rutter's #2 in Shrewsbury hung up on me as I was politely asking to return a mobile top up credit. It was impolite and unprofessional, and the reaction to my call was completely unprovoked.
