Horrible pharmacy! Called in a refill, and was told when it will be ready. We go there the next day, it wasn't ready and to come back the next day.Needless to say, a week later it still wasn't ready. After being told by 2 people that it will arrive later that day.Idk if they just didn't bother to order it, but we were told they don't have it in stock and don't know when or if it will be available. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

This location it self has always been great with maybe 1 or 2 employees being the exception. Now, as for CVS prescription service, that itself is horrible.But almost everyone I’ve dealt with here has going over and above with trying to help locate prescriptions be cause in today’s world everything is back ordered.

I used the online service paid for my prescription! Arrived, the system said the medication was paid for and ready! Yet the staff had returned it?!? Yet the system said it was ready for pickup! I will not being paying you twice for my medication thats already overpriced!! Highly unsatisfactory customer service!

My doctor sent a prescription to CVS at 10:30 am and it was not availble for pick up until the next day. The pharmacy opens at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:55 am; the pharmacy staff arrived at 8:57am and waited outside the pharmacy counter until 9:00. Then the five people in line had to wait until they set up the registers to receive customers.

Always offer great and attentive service; with 1 exception, when staff was not a full compliment [beyond anyone's control].Staff unnecessarily, apologizes for any delay or a computer taking its time to process the point of sale.Overall-- friendly staff. The Pharmacy Staff ask if questions on meds upon pickup. The Pharmacy works together with a good balance of humor and team work. As well, the rest of the store, goes to the enth degree, to make customers happy.

My fiancé and I went here for our flu shots on Saturday, 11/19/22. The pharmacist was extremely careless with the way he administered the injection. It was, very literally, jabbed into his shoulder on an angle. He’s been in HORRIBLE pain ever since and can barely lift his arm. They even noted the incorrect arms that were injected on both of our flu shot records.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Takes several days to get anything filled without calling and pestering the staff over the phone multiple times. There are several staff in the pharmacy who have a really negative demeanor. I've been a customer at CVS Pharmacys for 10+ years and this is hands down the least professional location I've come across, and it all boils down to the staffing.Hats off to the general (non-pharmacy) staff though. They are always helpful and friendly!

The girl at the drive through window on Monday was so kind! We had a rough day with doctors on this particular day so this just made things a tad easier! Thank you!

I get my prescriptions filled here you do have to wait some time in the drive thru but it seems they really take that same time and care with each customer and they’re always friendly.

CVS has been a struggling company for many years. Service is poor. Something is always wrong. If there wasn’t a drive through I’d go elsewhere.

Used a coupon
