Jess is amazing! I was hosting a multi-day event for 300 people a few miles away, and our printer went out. I came in desperate to print dozens of jobs (menus, maps, name tags and more,) and Jess immediately got me setup. She made me feel so welcomed and we were able to get the job done in time. While I was there, the store became super busy, and I watched as Jess treated each customer with kindness, respect, and patience. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I will never forget my experience with the Ship Shop -- thank you!!

Quick friendly service they do quite a bit at the ship shop. Needed to do fingerprints for IdentoGo for a hazmat endorsement. Will be back when in need of shipping as well.

Busy morning there today. However, one employee was more interested in gossiping and griping about Amazon and the USPS than waiting on customers. When she did deign to help people waiting, she kept pulling the "easy" ones from the line and ignoring the rest of us. I left in disgust and went elsewhere where my business was immediately attended to and appreciated. I will never go back to Shohola ShipShop! I wish I could give negative stars which is what they earned today!

Very friendly and helpful. Quick service and they truly look to help you in any way possible. I have visited this them on numerous occasions and never once have I had even a slightly bad experience. I am a customer for life as they are a business that looks to build relationships not just pen transactions.I can't comment on shipping prices as I have nothing to compare to. I don't get a quote from fed-ex then post office then ship shop. I do know they provide a far superior customer experience then the above mentioned entities.

Had to switch from receiving USPS, UPS, FED EX, to my regular address. The Shohola Post office WILL NO LONGER deliver them to my house. The Shohola Post Office was always wonderful until several years ago they changed their services and their Post Master. The only way I can get most of my boxes that do not fit in a Tiny Mail Slot they provide (cause I had to STOP using my personal Mail box after 20 years) POST MASTER ORDERS.. is to drive to the Shohola Post Office which is not only inconvenient but is 12 miles one way from my house and the hours are ridiculous. The clincher was in September I had surgery and could not drive and begged Shohola Post Office to please deliver my boxes and the answer was NO. I called the SHIP SHOP and Jennifer was YES you can get your UPS, USPS, FED EX, boxes/cartons shipped to the Ship Shop it was a relief and has been a blessing ever since plus all her staff are great. I was very happy to pay a minimal fee to be able to get my EBay sent out and delivers sent literally 5 minutes from my house. Cannot say enough and NO excuses as to why I can’t get a boxes. Thank You,

Friendly and helpful service on my first visit to The Ship Shop! I dropped off an outgoing UPS Ground package and they also took care of sending my first-class letter. This is a busy place but I was in and out in under ten minutes.

This place is convenient, and staff is nice. But for a small business myself I can't afford to ship from here. These prices are way higher then the post office. The same product I mail at the PO cost me anywhere from .80 - $2.00 more here at this location. As a small business I just can't afford this!!
