We had a nice 2 night stay Easter Weekend 2024. Ken was a great host, he showed us around and helped me park the RV and gave me RV tips that were helpful. He gave us a very nice cozy spot. Rustic Acres is a very nice place and they have a new clubhouse opening soon which looks very cool. We will be back to stay soon. Thanks again Ken...

Wonderful foresty campground with spotless washrooms and showers. Fun playground for the kiddies. Sites are large and grassy with gravel driveways. Picnic tables and firepits are provided, and the WIFI is good. Great gathering place called "the Hub" with complementary tea&coffee. Owners are super friendly and approachable. Would definitely stay here again.Safety: Felt very safe here.Walkability: Great hiking trails and forest views.

We lived at Rustic Acres for 6 months it was absolutely incredible. The owners are amazing and super helpful. The campground was beautiful and very clean. Bathrooms always had hot water. They had laundry, a park, beautiful walking trails. Rustic Acres has such a homey and comfy vibe. They always had fun events and crafts for kids! They had live music some nights, potluck parties! You were never bored! I cannot recommend this place enough!

New owners are amazing and so friendly. We got there shortly after they bought it and in the couple months they have made vast improvements. Bathrooms and laundry area where clean and kept up. Hiking trails readily available from the campground or a short drive away. Definitely recommend if you ant a quiet, nature forward campground.

I was booked to stay here during the eclipse. However my power steering box on my 95 dodge van when're out and I was forced to cancel. I just wanted to say what a disappointment. The First Gentleman I spoke with was an amazing help and so polite. And talked me thru my online booking that I really am terrible at . Very pleasant gentleman hooking me up with a wonderful spot I was so looking forward to. I had to cancel and the young lady I talked to was very polite, And understanding. We did our research on the park and it looks completely amazing. We have family in Titusville so this is going to be our go to place. I'm missing it as I speak. Looking forward to booking again as soon as we are repairedNearby activities: To many to list. Like I said I have family just north of the resort . And am looking forward to seeing everything they have to offerSafety: I'm sure is safe .Walkability: It's close to State parksFood & drinks: Has a coffee shopNoteworthy details: From the information given me they have done alot of renovations that look fantastic

We were seasonal family campers and our rate went from $1400/year to $3000/year. It's a joke. The new owners came in on complete lies and basically got rid of everyone there. Don't waste your money on any of the high falutin' easy up "glamping" sites or "Tilly". The amenities are bare minimum and consist of a sand box for the littles.

We went to Rustic Acres to try out their new Glamping tents. What an awesome way to relax and unplug! They had a great set up for us. Beautiful decor, amazingly comfortable bed, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and spacious porch area with relaxing patio furniture. In addition to that, there was a fire burning stove inside if the weather got cold as well as a way to keep it nice and cool on the inside. At night, there is an array of patio lighting strung through the trees that really make for a romantic and cozy evening. If you want to relax and snuggle up with that special person in your life, this spot is for you!!Thank you for an amazing experience!

We arrived late I called ahead letting them know we were coming in late. They left a detailed map and a very nice note for us. The site is a little tight for large RVs to get around but it’s manageable. Very thing worked as it should, the site was clean and well kept. The people who we met were very nice. My only complaint was we didn’t get to meet anyone from the site only got to speak with them by phone. This was because of scheduling conflicts, great site would stay there againNoteworthy details: The Wi-Fi worked great

This is our second season at Rustic Acres and this is the best place (between here and Florida) to stay. Owners are awesome. We got here, and my husband was very I’ll. We did some damage to one of the lines, but they were so kind about everything. Always here when you need propane filled, change for the laundry mat ( also best I have ever used) and anything else you might needSafety: Never have to worryWalkability: Beautiful views

Beautiful camp grounds and very peaceful. New owners Conner and Michele treat you like family and are right there with any need you might have. We stayed two weeks and will make Rustic Acres our place to camp when we come up from SC.Thank you Michele and Conner for a pleasant vacation.

We have stayed here a couple times, it is a nice, quiet and well kept campground. The brand new owners were a pleasure to work with and the pride they take in their new venture is clearly evident. They were extremely polite and professional, meeting them was a highlight of our stay. Aside from great wifi, cell service and full hookups a major plus was its proximity to the route 66 bike trail, which is a great trail to ride and spend a few hours on every day. The biggest plus was that we didn't have to drive our truck to any trailhead, matter of fact when I used gps and used the bicycle option, all we had to do was cross the main road and we were on a short trail that led to the route 66 trailhead. After speaking with The owners or Rustic Acres RV resort, they informed me that this nice shortcut was in the process of being converted and joined to the route 66 trail, so in the future it should accommodate all types of bikes better, as it is now a mountain bike can handle the flat rocky terrain with no problem, if your on a ten speed or you have kids, there may be a small section or two of the shortcut that walking your mike though might be easier. Even with this small consideration its still easier to leave the car at home and ride the whole way.We look forward to visiting again, we rotate our stays and weekend vacations at various state parks around the Pittsburgh area, Rustic Acres and the new ownership has now made our list. Did i mention its really affordable too? It is.Thanks to Rustic Acres! We had an awesome time and will be back

Conner and Michele are the new owners of this campground. They’re just as charming as can be. Our site is full hook up with Wi-Fi that works. It’s a lovely area with lots of trees. Conner and Michele made us feel like friends. They’re delightful. And there’s a lot to do in the area. We’re just here for one night, but we plan to come back and visit the area. Rustic Acres will be our home base.

First time here. VERY impressed. Everything clean and neat. Plenty to do for kids. New owners very friendly and professional. All seasonal camping units are in good shape and take care of their space. Close to biking and hiking. Price is very reasonable. If we are in the area again, we will stay here!

Great little campground! Bathrooms were really clean for the most part, except the showers could have used a little extra cleaning. They deliver ice and firewood to your site which is incredibly helpful and they are reasonably priced on everything in the camp store. Very quiet. My only complaint (which there isn’t anything they can do about) is that the tent sites are very wooded, with roots so it’s hard to find a space to put your tent that’s level with no roots, rocks, or trees. We would come back once we bought a camper, but not with tents. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly, and the full time campers were so nice!

Third year here (seasonal) and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It's very well maintained, well managed and Toni and Scott (owners) are very attentive to the needs of all the guests. Bordered by the State Game Lands for the hikers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts, but quiet and peaceful if you just want a great place to kick back, sit around your campfire like in the good old days. Lots of interesting things to do and experience in the surrounding areas. We especially find it interesting talking to and making friends with many people that stop by for a night or two or more on their trips elsewhere while passing through. Overall, staying here is a very positive experience.

I went to visit family there last year and really enjoyed my stay. The camp is a nice, family run campground. Campers are extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell that Toni and Scott, the owners, enjoy what they do. They are always out and about in the camp - working, checking on things, setting up new campers. But no matter what they are doing they wave and say hello. Definitely a hands on couple. If you are looking for minute to minute activities, this definitely isn't the camp for you. If you are looking to kick back, enjoy the peace and quiet and get back to what camping really means, you will find that here. Not many activities in the camp, which leaves plenty of time to explore the state game lands, go fishing and just kick back around the campfire. And if you are ever there during one of their community fires be prepared for lots of laughs. I enjoyed it stay so much that I left my precious campground to become a seasonal camper here.

Full hook-ups. Our site was not level, but we found an level section on the first try. Steep road to lower section but we had no trouble with it either up or down. Wooded, grass, playground. Our pull through site had a funky entrance, but it worked fine. Roads are paved and sites are gravel. Many rvs are seasonal.

This is our first year as seasonal campers and to say we picked an amazing campground is an understatement, it's so relaxing and fun at the same time. My kids can't wait to come back each weekend! Rustic Acres is such a family friendly campground, with the most kind-hearted owners! Toni and Scott truly put the campers needs before their own, we are one big camping family! We are able to give our children an unforgettable childhood because of Rustic Acres!
