Well, I went to the drive-through to get my medication and I pointed out to the young lady that the slide out drawer was filthy on the outside. She said oh well it’s always that way. Well you know what that’s how people get Covid and flu things like that from filthy Drawers and handles. I mean it’s one way they can get it. It really doesn’t make the appearance of the pharmacy to be one that wants to help in the fight the cure of disease…. anyway, I think she should’ve just said… I ll make sure that gets cleaned off. That’s exactly what needs to be done.

This is hard to write because the store itself is fine, however the pharmacy is a disorganized mess. My pet takes a pill daily that has to be filled at a pharmacy. Whenever a refill on the script needs called in it takes my vet's office at least 3 attempts for CVS to get it right. This month my vet called in the script twice (so far), each time logging whom they spoke to about the prescription and 2.5 weeks later and after speaking to 2 different people in the pharmacy, the script is still not filled and CVS claims they have no knowledge of it. I will be out of meds entirely in 4 days. This happens ALL THE TIME. I finally had the script moved to another pharmacy because this one is just horrible. Avoid this pharmacy but the rest of the store is easily 4 stars.

Awful. First of all, everytime I have been here the last few months people filling prescriptions either aren't wearing masks or they have them on their chins. A chin mask doesn't magically protect anyone, as any medical professional should know. Secondly, I fill my prescriptions here days ahead of time and they are never ready. This time I submitted my refill on a Monday, tried to pick it up on a Thursday and I was told one was out of stock and the other two would take 15min to fill. Seriously? Unprofessional to say the least.Edit: they told me my prescription was out of stock, but they would get it delivered the next day, so come back tomorrow. Waited in line again... And they told me try again Monday. I need a new pharmacy.

I have been to this location quite a few times I was helped locate facial hair shaving item and even help located soothing item in case I got cut while shaving. Great customer service and friendly staff throughout the store. I always feel safe going into the store and leaving with confidence with the right item I came looking for.

I was absolutely blown away by how nice and friendly the pharmacy staff at this CVS were. The woman ringing customers out at the counter was very friendly and went out of her way to ask the people in front of me about how their family members were doing, and the pharmacist filling prescriptions filled mine quickly so I wouldn't have to wait in the store longer than necessary. I wish I lived in Shippensburg still so I could keep getting my prescriptions filled here.

Eh...staff at pharmacy is very nice, BUT I have noticed several HIPAA violations at this store. Staff yelling the names of the medications that are ready instead of the person's first name, talking VERY loudly to a customer about a script they were dropping off, another staff member yelling to the pharmacist about a name of a medication being used. I've worked in pharmacies before, and would have gotten in really serious trouble for yelling this stuff. LIke I said, the staff is really nice and I don't even think they realized what they were doing, but I would have been embarrassed if I were the customer!

This pharmacy is AWFUL. While the people working at CVS are very apologetic when something goes wrong, that doesn't change the fact that it goes wrong with alarming frequency. Long lines at the pharmacy, disorganization behind the counter, slow service, and fun things like them saying they'll have your meds in by a certain time and then when you get there they say they haven't got the meds in yet--even for things you're out of and you desperately need. Or they keep telling you--FOR A WEEK--that they need a prescription sent by your doctor's office, when it turns out the doctor's office DID send it, and the computer just did something funny with it, so now you've been out of a necessary prescription for a week for no reason. This pharmacy is simply TERRIBLE.

Ridiculous, recently got new pharmacy staff and NO ONE wants to help you. I know everyone makes mistakes however pharmacy switched my sister and i's insurance info so I wasn't able to recieve my medication. Hate this pharmacy will be switching.

This pharmacy is simply TERRIBLE.This has to be the worst store I have ever seen took in a refill and was told it would be 1hr so I gave them 11/2 hrs before I went back they never put it in to refill had to come back 1/2 hr later told store manger he did not care will never go back and I have been going to this store for 10 years very poor mgt
