Big Lots is my go to place. I love how clean and organized the Shippensburg Pennsylvania store is, the variety of merchandise is amazing. The gentlemen loaded my vehicle and were so nice. It's a little distance to get there but I will probably visit that store atleast 1 or 2 times a month. We had Big Lots in Tennessee in Jefferson City and Pigeon Forge and they were very clean and welcoming also. I'm so glad I can enjoy Big Lots here in Pennsylvania as I did in Tennessee.

We've been here a few times since they opened, we love the selection, quality & prices are fair. It's nice a store finally came to our town, where Walmart used to be the only place to shop at a low price.We are keeping our eye on some furniture, my brother bought his sectional at Chambersburg Big Lots & it's been holding up for the last 4 years, it's still like new!

The cashier is rude and acts like she hates her job. Her name is Aleea and I hope she is never my cashier again because next time I will say something to her. This is a public complaint hopefully she doesn’t treat everyone like that. I will not sit by and let someone be up in my business or mocking me or my family.
