Not what it once was. Equipment does not work, no chemicals etc. We take our own dog shampoo but for those who don't, go somewhere else because there isnt any of that either. You will be paying to bath your dog with water in another dog's mess.

If I could have rated a zero, I would. The pet wash was filthy. They ask you to clean your pet hair after use with the “provided” gloves, but they did not have any. The wash tables and ramps are wobbly and not secure. The water and dryer were both cold, which made the entire process uncomfortable for my dog. He actually slipped on the ramp getting out of the tub because it shifted due to the legs being uneven. Water pressure was very low. It was a horrible experience overall and I won’t return.

Shampoo was out, conditioner out, fleas and tick Shampoo out, deodorizer out, vacuum broken. Water turned ice cold when the other bay was in use by another person.Basically made a stinky wet dog that froze the whole way home. Waste of 8 dollars.

Will not come back. waste of money. used the self service bay and only the soap brush and water worked. no other settings from hose worked and water that came out was not high pressure. my vehicle is dirtier now then before i washed it. took 8+ minutes and could not even rinse all the soap off in the time.

The automatic car wash does a poor job at cleaning your car spotlessly. Besides, the dryers don’t work in it. Had to go manual to soap all the car and rinse it. The manual slot closest to the automatic wash did not accept debit (it also has a failed maintenance sticker on it), middle one did but the regular (pressure) rinse setting did not work so I had to use the spotless rinse to remove the soap, which was a little time consuming. First time here but the only reason I might return might be proximity. Price is pretty good to be honest but the place could go through some maintenance so everything works properly. Have not tried the pet wash but seems like it’s a much better place than the car wash.

Should have read the other reviews. I just needed the vacuum. Put a dollar in one and it turned on but almost no suction. Stupidly moved to another, put a dollar in and it didn’t turn on. Coin return didn’t work. I would avoid this place. $2 lesson to trust reviews.

Probably my favorite car wash in the area. Sometimes a couple things don't work (I think this time it was the tire cleaner and dryer) but worth the convenience of using credit cards at the stalls, the cleanliness of the bays and the features they do have. Heated soap and wax is a big plus. The owner (manager?) definitely takes pride in his car wash and I like that.

It's a nice little car wash can can be can be a little expensive. The owner is always right on site if there are any issues. Always a clean place we kept and the equipment to wash your car is always in good repair. I go here about 2 to 3 times times month.

Great experience. Easy to use at a reasonable price. Just 2 small problems, in the second room, the strap to tie your dog down is too short and the tub does not drain properly.

I purchased the 9.00 was yesterday, first it didn't even soap up my vehicle it went right from the rinse to the wax type spray and told me to leave. My jeep still has dirt all over it and streaks down the doors! Very dissatisfied and would like my money back. Won't be back!

Went there last night around midnight I needed to vaccum my car. So I decided to run my car thru the automatic car wash I paid $11.00 to get the whole big package paid went in and started to get my car washed it sprayed a little soap and water then it said it was done didn't do what I had paid for at didn't get the foam , hot wax, or anything. And what i did get my car was still dirty I'm very upset I lost my money and I want my $11.00 back!! Will never go there again!!!

This place is awesome because of their dog wash. It's clean. It's reasonably priced. It makes giving the dog a bath so much easier than trying it at home in the tub!!

Bring my puppers here for his bi weekly bath. Usually fairly clean. Cost is surprisingly low. Several options for different services, including a skunk wash.

First time we took our dog here. Place is clean. Well stocked ,even aprons for you so you don't get soaked. Price is reasonable . Definitely worth the money

Best car wash I've been to between New Stanton and Connellsville. Clean, not overly expensive and the first car wash I've been to that has a hand dryer for the car.

Went there twice it took my money and the at automatic car wash and never washed my car.. called the phone number on the wall if it fails. No one answered or ever returned my call ... go figure. And there self service is the highest priced around. No way to do business.

Half the wash bays don't work and the owners don't seem to care, and they raised their prices...I understand that prices do have to be raised from time to time, but take care of your facilities to justify the increase
