The self checkout should not be an excuse to be rude to customers. Acted like she couldn't see me standing at the register for a few minutes. Will find somewhere else to shop in town.

There was 2 times I simply was coming through saegertown and had to use the bathroom, the first time I stopped in to use the bathroom the lady behind the counter got mad at me for asking for the key to the restroom stating I had to wait in the line to get the key, the next time I stopped in it was the same lady behind the counter I politely said excuse me to everyone in line, at the time the line was for self checkout I was just saying excuse me to them so I could go up to her and get the key where she wasn’t busy with a customer, I come out only to hear her talking smack about me to someone at the register stating that I was being disrespectful, she then stated to me that I need to be polite and say excuse me to everyone in line rather than getting in front of everyone, needless to say if you gotta go to the bathroom in a hurry don’t go there, I guess using the bathroom isn’t a priority

Store itself is good but the last couple days my husband has went there wearing his Trump shirt and the cashier rolled her eyes at him and basically Acted like a toddler while ringing him out. And today she got an attitude After just standing there watching him at the counter because she wanted him to use self check out . Which he refuses to use because it takes jobs from actual employees. I don't know she did this because she doesn't like his preference on pres.Idenas it is or if she was just too lazy to do her job. Whatever it is it's not okay, It was entitled to their own opinion.But when you're at work you keep it to yourself.

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. A lady pretending to be manager (she said she was acting manager while Mike was out) was my point of contact. She should not be in this position. I regularly order a case of Venom Original (Black Mamba) and pick it up on Saturdays. When I checked on it today she said, "We won't order it if you don't pick it up." I told her, "When I order it always pick it up on Saturdays." Then she accused me in front of other customers of NOT picking it up. I told her again, "When I order it I always pick it up." All throughout the conversation she kept making excuses for not ordering it and kept saying, "When you don't pick it up we have to sell it to someone else." Again I repeated that I DO pick it up but she continued to go back to, "When you don't pick it up.… blah blah blah" I'm highly offended at her repeated accusations. I never had this problem when Mike was there. Please remove her from this position, she needs to learn better customer relations skills. And tell her to stop accusing people of things that aren't true.

Disrespectful, lazy, and very confrontational when you yell for a cashier to take care of the 15 customers waiting to check out.They don't play games with me anymore..😁(1) because I have know problem yelling for a cashier no matter how many customers are in the store!(2) I avoid it like the plague.So if you happen to go into this store and there is a line and no cashier (they tend to ignore you when stocking the shelves which apparently is more important than a customer ) just yell "CASHIER!" I promise they will come...😆🤣😄

Most of the employees are rude and not attentive at all. There is only one employee that is worth having there. Erik is very nice and not rude to any customers very helpful. It's to bad the rest of the staff is terrible. I was in there yesterday and in line in front of me was a lady in a bathing suit the cashier made a rude comment and threatened to kick her out. The lady waa just back from kayaking lost her shirt in the water and just needed a drink only to come into this store to b made to feel bad. Very uncalled for! I've seen these rude employees be jerks but you have no right to belittle a customer and make them feel bad about themselves. This is not how you should be operating your stores. The entire staff w the exception of one should be removed from that store. Absolutely terrible!

I'm giving this store raiting a 4 because usually I have a very pleasant experience. But when I was told by the cashier today that it wasn't really "ideal" for her to help me because her co-worker was out for a smoke. More service needs to be available when the store is busy like today.

Always a mess. Seems to have problems w fridge section. Hard to locate a sales person. Usually Long wait at check out. Seems the other employees don't jump in when it's busy. I can see the other customers upset.

Manager needs to learn how to keep enough stock in, they are constantly out of the same stuff. Also, when I asked if they had anymore of a specific cat food the employee said yes and he would grab it from the back then came back out and stated it was towards the bottom of the pallet and I'd have to wait 2-3 days before it was available. Terrible place.

The shelves are always empty at this location. The manager, (Ashley) has no business being in that position. This store has went down hill fast since she has taken over and I'm sure the sales are not as good as they could be. Dirty store to, paper and stuff all over the floors carts of stuff to be put away sitting in your way in just about every isle.

I usually find what I needed and the store is typical of any DG. Staff is always friendly and quick to greet me when I enter. If I have any questions they are quickly and satisfactorily answered.

Walked in and the first thing I see is people with out masks I asked where their masks were and they said that they didn't have to wear masks?Why do you have that sign up on the door that says that you have to have a masks on to be safe for others people

Most of their staff are friendly and personable, although some of their products are on the high side compared with what they used to be, especially food products which is a shame
