The young man who showed us around (Darren) was really helpful. He explained the differences in units very clearly and helped us select the most appropriate one for our needs. What a pleasure - not a hard sell or anything like that. He truly meant "how can I help you today" and we really appreciated that.

Effortless booking - I wasn't given any options, but to wait even a f/u email for update and I did get that which was easy and the checking out process is FLAWLESS *** but having the email right away could be a great effort and another measure to keep owners with their budding pet family to be consistent. 🏼

The ease provided during difficult time was amazing. Darrell made the registration process very easy, explained all the necessary information that we need to know. The storage was kept clean. When I needed a bigger space, he made the transfer smooth and available right away. This CubeSmart location is there to help us; friendly and accommodating.Thank you.

There was a bit of a wait but person behind the desk was extremely helpful and the units costs was acceptable. I had gotten a 4x3 for around $18~ a month. That is perfect for my winter clothes, Zeitro Music uniforms, and other miscellaneous items. Please note that they do require insurance but also provide insurance at around $12. 10/10 excellent service.

I like the ease and convenience and security. My storage bin has plenty of room for my belongings. Using the access code to enter the property is quite simple. So far, I am very pleased with my storage experience.

My things were in the storage for 3 years and not one thing was damaged. Everything was just how I left it. The customer service was awesome. All my questions answered. Facility is very clean and welcoming. I surely would recommend Cube Smart Ridley Park for your next storage place😊

I've had Cube Smart for 3 years. I didn't expect to have it that long but I did. This storage unit has the best team and they're so helpful and understanding. They will give you a courtesy call if you forget to pay or dont have direct debit before they add a late fee to your account. They do things the way it's suppose to be done. Love this place, thank you for being great and professional

I reserved this parking space on April 19, but received a cancellation notice by email on May 4 stating that the reservation system mistakenly gave me a parking space that didn't exist. However, I spoke with the manager Toya on May 3 who said I was all set to complete the reservation registration on May 12. When I spoke to her on May 4 about my cancellation, she said they hadn't walked the property in a while and didn't realize that cars should have been towed previously for non-payment but weren't, so no spaces were available. She said she'd speak to the GM and get back to me by 5 PM on May 4, but never did. Terrible customer service.

I’ve had this unit since 2016. They must really like some people more than others (lookin at you Alesha). I’ve never received a courtesy call before a late bill. If that were the case, this could be a 5 star review. After ALL those years of paying and paying on time (they used to be canon storage, that’s how long I’ve been a customer)The reminder emails go out 3+ weeks before the bill is due, rendering them useless. If you happen to be approaching a lien, they won’t tell you until it hits, and you have to pay like crazy to get things right or they’ll auction your stuff. When I asked for a courtesy, a moment of positive customer service, I was met with a stark lack of care or help. I was trying to financially recover from unemployment etc, know what cubesmart told me when I said this level of service isn’t acceptable and I’d take my business elsewhere. “That’s okay, we’ll replace you”Just know every single one of you are dollars and cents, not humans to this company. No service, no courtesy, dark dank storage and dirty halls.

I returned to CubeSmart because I had rented before with Canon and had a good experience. This time, Darren, made my experience most pleasant. He is polite, courteous and very professional. I wish all storage renters conducted themselves in the professional manner as Darren. He is very knowledgeable and has very good manners, professionally and personally. Made an effort for a solution to my storage needs.

Charles is an amazing man that made my move so easy. It is so stressful to move. He has went beyond the call of duty to help me. This is the best place to move your stuff, car, RV etc. Charles also didn't forget me when I called!That personal touch made this even better. I highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs in Ridley Park, PA. Everyone that works there is awesome.

Unlike most storage places in the area, this one has smaller units, which means that I don't have to overpay for way more space than I need. Currently I'm paying $42.40 for a 4x4 unit. The low score is for the fact that there is no climate control inside the buildings, making it an oven during the summer. Sweat starts pouring in a master of seconds. Also, they rarely do any cleaning in that place. Before Cubesmart took over, messes were cleaned up at least daily. Dunno why they fired the maintenance guy who worked there. Furthermore, they do "checks" on the units, but failed to notice that one of the renters had put the lock on her door incorrectly, allowing anyone to be able to gain access to the unit just by pulling the hook. I had to tell them, and it's still not fixed. I know that the agreement says their not responsible for any loss or damage to the customer's belongings, but don't they believe in customer service? Wouldn't they contact the customer to let her know that her belongings are not secure?

I think you should be told to bring your own lock with you when you lease up. Cause buying one there is 15. Way to much. Every thing is was a great experience.
