These guys are the best! Father and son team run the store and make you feel right at home and are extremely knowledgeable as far as their fireworks and what they do! I won't be buying fireworks from any other dealer. I will definitely be going out of my way to visit these guys again and on any occasion I need fireworks.

Great place to go for a little show that we give to our kids all the time. They also have big booms for sky. Price is awesome too. The staff was also so sweet to us. Will definitely be going back more and more for our little ones. Thank You guys!

You can't quite see from the photo.. but the "open" light IS on (in the window).. Texted the number, no response.. Called 5 minutes later.. sound like someone in bed picked up the phone then hung up.. then ignored my redials. WHY, oh WHY is there a billboard on the highway and a website built if these people do not want to do business??!? Not appreciative of the side trip time & effort for NOTHING! I ignored another review that said the same thing.. thought they might have had the wrong business or address... should have heeded the warning!

We drive about 90 min each way to get our fireworks there. We have about 20 places within a 15 mile radius of where we live and they all suck. Been going to Thunderdog for years now and 110% worth the trip. The service is top notch eveyone is very helpful and best of all knowledgable. Don't waste your time and $$ at all the big chain places.

Great variety. Get whatever you need for your celebration from sparklers and fountains to cakes, mortars and finales. Owner's son was very friendly and helpful, told us what he thought we'd like and answered all our questions. My suggestion is to not wait until the few days before the fourth, as it will be very crowded. Go in May or early June and take advantage of the discount (the more you buy, the higher the discount) and the free gift with purchase.

This place has fantastic explosives. They have a great selection of weaponry, as well. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but very polite, helpful, and respectful. We have never been disappointed in their selection of fireworks and they continue to impress us and likely the neighbors.

Joe was awesome from the very second my wife, little girl and me walked in, he helped us out with questions we had and gave us great info on good stuff the kids would enjoy and the adults would enjoy. We did our shopping and checked out and he gave us a free gift and a discount for what we spent. Even set a firework off to show my little girl lol, we will definitely be getting some more and shop there again, thanks Joe

I stopped in to Thunderdog fireworks on my way back from a family trip. It was a few miles off of the Interstate. Joe wasn’t in but had left a number to call in the event he wasn’t right there, I didn’t even get a chance to let it ring once and he was there. He asked where we were from and was very interested not only in the responses but in making sure my three boys had a great time as well. It only did he throw in some free fireworks for them, but he gave us an amazing discount and a large box set of fireworks as a gift. My 10 year old loved him so much he gave him a hug and told him that not only would we be giving him a great review but he was getting five stars!! We plan to make the 10 hour drive again in the summer to see some more of Pennsylvania, without a doubt we will stop back at thunder dog fireworks when we do. My only regret here is that 100 stars isn’t an option! I would encourage anyone who wants the best value, the most personable and knowledgeable owner, or who simply enjoys a good conversation and an amazing experience to check out this buisiness. You won’t be disappointed, thank you so much Joe for making my sons day! It was greatly appreciated.

As soon as I walked in I felt like I was a valued customer he didn't try to push anything on me. He had a very wide variety of fireworks way more than major stores. No gimmicks great prices. Treated me like family definitely worth the trip off the main roads.

I had a great experience at Thunderdog Fireworks. I was treated with respect, and I received a gift after my purchase was completed. They have a lot of fireworks to choose from and their prices did not break my wallet. One of the clerk explained to me what each of the fireworks that I picked what is capable of doing, I will buy again.

I can't say enough good things about Thunder Dog Fireworks!!! The owner Joe is a great guy. I have been to several other firework stores up on down route 78 and they don't even come close. The quality of products and the quantity you get for your money is much better at Thunder Dog. The nice thing about shopping at Thunder Dog is the more you spend the bigger the discount you get. And to make the experience even better...the owner Joe always gives you a free extra surprise. There's something to be said about an owner and staff members that remember you by name.

Best in the area. Don’t waste your time going to the big boxes that send you the flyers in the mail for their super stores. If you’re in the area, stop in and check them out. Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff. I stopped in today, and there were several gentleman ready to provide assistance and answer questions.

Joe is the man! His prices are the best period! He worked with me and described every single firework on what they do. And let me tell you, he HAS the best selection around. I've been to all those other places shouting their buy 1 get 1 free deals but you walk out of there spending 2 times the amount. Weird. I spent double the amount last year at this Phantom place and received 1/2 as much! Go here trust me you won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best firework buying experience EVER! Best prices statewide! He set off a few of the fireworks just to show me some of the exclusive items he had. Best customer service I've ever experienced! (And i used to work in customer service so i know) You get to deal with the company owner directly and not a hourly wage employee that cant wait to get home! Joe is definitely one of the best businessman i have ever had the pleasure to deal with, he is all about 110% satisfaction and not the money! I went in store with a $500 budget and my total ended up being $1,700 BEFORE my oh so lovely discount he applied since i spent do much. I spent three hours in store not only picking out fireworks but conversing with Joe and his wife about tons of things not related to fireworks. They truly are genuinely good people. I received gifts just for doing business with Joe, it was AWESOME! I honestly look forward to stopping in every fourth of July season, and now because of the awesome experience i want to make my way there whenever i have a little extra cash just to see this guy! HE IS THE MANNN!!!! You would be a FOOL to do business anywhere else. If you're going to Pennsylvania for fireworks out of New York, pay this fellow yankee a visit, you will NOT find a better spot, i know because over the years i have shopped around. GO THUNDERDOG!!!
