One person manning 2 registers?Having run a business myself, I found it a little risky that someone would have access to another employees register.I mentioned this to the grey haired lady and was told that the new district manager had made it mandatory for the cashier to take over the other register if that register employee needed to leave his or her register for whatever reason. That sounds awfully tempting to a thief. Just walk over and grab and go. Or even knowing another employee had the use of that person's register. What happens at the end of the day if there is a discrepancy in the amount of money in the register compared to the amount that SHOULD be in there? Which employee gets blamed ? This doesn't promote friendliness among employees either. It promotes suspicion . You don't want your employees at each other's throats.Well that's my 2 cents worth anyway.

Great place for bulk animal and yard supplies. I have guinea pigs and feed outside birds, so buying my bulk hay and seed has been awesome! Good pricing, friendly staffing, and nice rewards program. Shopping the store is enjoyable, I never mind having to visit.

We are always greeted with a friendly hello and smile. There is always an employee asking, almost immediately upon entering, if we need any assistance. The store is always clean and well kept.

Love this store. One thing this store Should Cary being the numbers am aware of that do breed rats and mice. The mazuri rat and mouse food in bulk 25- 50 lb bags should be available being I myself having a very difficult time in this area of the state to get. Lebanon caries on for a major breeder but never on stock enough for others and driving he and a half for no product that's still listed will become a problematic issue in needed. But myself would love to get 50 lb bags being bulk is nice as to not run out so fast and have difficulties keeping them healthy. So mb by luck after picking up a order just placed. Mb this can be a positive start hopefully business perspective and consumer perspectives alike. What's best for business has been a long perspective many years via experience😉✊

Find pretty much everything I need for my animals. Plus my hunting supplies. They have an animal clinic that help out a lot. Especially when you can't get your pets into their vet. Always friendly associates. Love how it is animal friendly take my dog Blu every weekend.

Tractor Supply store was stocked. There were multiple items on sale. The staff was courteous and polite. Pets allowed inside the store. The employees ask to pet your dog. Also, ask for permission to give your dog a treat. Their pet section was stocked. With a large variety of food, toys, leashes. Kitty litter and treats. Garden supplies, Deer licks and plastic totes available in different sizes. Clothing for men, women and children. Outdoor propane heaters sold here. Tall upright or table top heaters. You can also order pellet stoves and Pellets. You can buy pellets. By the bag or skid. Outdoor gardening tools and snow shovels. Plus several types of deicer sold here. Trickle chargers for maintaining a good charge in batteries are available in the store. Cold drinks, candy and chips at checkout. Restrooms are very clean. The entire store was neat and tidy. Also, noticed a vaccination clinic is held at this location. Call the store for specific details on the vaccinations clinic. We love coming to this store. I highly recommend this establishment.

I appreciate your helpful staff for all my needs for my dogs, cats and birds. I am an elderly lady with several health restrictions that limit my lifting, reaching, and handling anything over 10 pounds. Your helpful staff has been going around helping me get all my animals needs from the shelves, lining these purchases for payment and getting them in my car. During these times where most other stores don't want to be bothered with us Senior Citizens. Your staff never complains with going out of their ways. Thank God for these precious young men and ladies. Your staff is like gold for us restricted seniors.

TSC is closer for me than most other stores that carry similar merchandise and I like supporting the smaller company, personally. The prices are competitive, the clerks are helpful, and I have yet to have a negative experience at this location.

I waited in line for over 20 minutes. The lady (Sylva I think) was having a conversation with a customer while a line was forming. She called someone to come help, but then said that these buckets and lids were charged separately and called a manager. I was next and so I stayed but she said to go to the other line, right after everyone behind me already had. I moved over like she said, but by the time I got there she was already done with that person AND served someone WHO CAME AFTER ME WHEN I MOVED LINES. When I came over and slammed my back she smirked and said "A little mad?". She tried to get me to sign up for discounts. I didn't care.I ended up being so mad that I just left the bag (it's a big bag of dog food like maybe 30lbs?) on the counter because I didn't have enough to pay for it and she made me so mad that I figured she could take the bag off for what seemed, like purposely wasting my time.AGAIN, I AM MADE AT HOW I WAS TREATED AND LAUGHED AT ABOUT WAITING, I WAS WAITING PATIENTLY AND QUIETLY UNTIL Sylva (or Sylvia whatever) made fun of me in the line.

The staff at this location are always very friendly and very helpful. Online ordering and curbside/in-store pickup are very convenient options here.My family loves Tractor Supply Co. Their pet feed is highly rated and very affordable. We buy our waterproof work shoes for the family here. Like most products Tractor Supply Co. sells, they are comfortable, supportive, rugged, and durable.Recently, I experienced a problem with an order, and I contacted the company. Tractor Supply Co.'s corporate customer service is fantastic! The customer service manager with whom I dealt heard my concerns, apologized for the problem, and offered more compensation for the inconvenience that I might have expected. Customer service members take correspondence with the customer seriously and solve problems efficiently and expediently, some much appreciated traits.You don't need to work in agriculture or have a large garden to shop at Tractor Supply Co. Their product lines are diverse and quality is high. If you have never looked at what they carry, it's worth the time, and a positive customer experience is all but guaranteed.

I frequent the temple/ laureldale store the most. I found this store to be a lot smaller and very unorganized compared to what I'm used to. However the employees were wonderful as always.

From the second we walked in we were greeted immediately with friendly faces and employees who helped us find what we were looking for. The customer service was great. I needed items to help with a rodent infestation while being closed for so long with no traffic. I needed assistance and was referred to Tractor Supply and rightfully so.I was treated respectfully and promptly. The cashier knew just what I needed and made great suggestions.

Our cashier (Jaden I believe) was very nice and overall I had a fine experience but if you do not want customers entering the chicken pen you should HAVE A SIGN or LOCK THE PEN - however an employee here just decided to yelled at us with a lot of attitude and it was extremely rude. A simple “please leave” would have sufficed. Work on your customer service, thanks. Also, the bathroom was pretty gross but I’ve seen worse.

I came into this store to purchase flea spray for my home. I had my one year old with. As I approached the register, the cashier stated “Aw how little, how old, about a year?” I confirmed her age. At this point, the cashier questioned me on why my daughter had no shoes on. Quite frankly, none of her business but I explained why she did not have shoes on in the present moment. The cashier went on to belittle me further by stating “but its so cold, she should really have some shoes on”. Bro, this is tractor supply not parenting 101. Let me buy my flea stuff and move on. Judgement on my decisions as a parent weren’t needed. If I knew that would be included in my purchase I would’ve just went to a pet store. Let me add that my daughter was without shoes for a matter of 2 minutes, just enough time for her to cast judgement.
