Great selection of groceries. Fast and friendly service. Massive selection of chips and pretzels. Prices are not quite as good as what Fergies had. But Giant still has some great deals. I really like the deli and the fresh donut selection. Access and parking are easy.

This is sad that there are at least 3 different reviews on 1 employee named Amanda Gibbs and she is getting promoted. That is some bs! These are saying she is stealing from the store and is rude to other employees and customers!!!! What is wrong with you Giant?!?! I understand needing employees but someone who is this bad and clearly is on some type of drug?!?!

I used to like this place. Back when It was Fergies and for a few years after it became a Giant. But yesterday, I went here and saw that they remodeled the store. They got rid of all the colorful graphics and other things in the store and replaced everything with ugly beige and gray. Removed all the soul that was once in the store. This was the number one thing I was worried about when Giant acquired Fergies, the ugly modern Giant design. Now, one of the last pieces of my childhood is gone...

The store is neat and clean. Produce looks good. Nice to have a large grocery store in town. I like the self checkouts for a few items. The shelves are more fully stocked again. Open from 6 am to 10 pm every day. Discount points for gas are a nice bonus. There are two EV charging stations in the parking lot. They are putting in a pharmacy. They run some good sales.

Needed baby Tylenol when my newborn developed a fever last night, September 7th, and was denied entry to the store by a group of uniformed smoking teenage employees loitering out front; they were "closing early." It was 9:00pm, an hour before their scheduled closing time, and it's the only grocery store in a fifteen minute driving distance. I understand cutting staff early in retail, but how well-staffed does a store with self check-out lanes need to be? At least two other groups of customers were denied entry while I was there. Fortunately, Weis in Willow Street was open their posted hours. Next time, I'll just go there first.

Everyone complains about Giant, but I think it's mostly because it isn't Fergies. People have a hard time accepting change. I don't always love the prices. Usually I just get the few groceries I can't find at BB's or if I need to grab something spur of the moment. But everyone I've interacted with has been friendly. Yesterday I was at the self checkout and a friendly cashier next to me made sure I knew the actual price of something that was on sale. She didn't need to do that, but it saved me some money.

Three stores very close to me. Two have gas one has an attendant. I LOVE the convenience. The stores are clean, the prices are good for my needs. Weekly sales are terrific. I just don't know how to use the app stuff for extra specials. I'm almost 70 and not computer minded. Also your associates are all helpful and pleasant. My mom and I especially like the employee at Willow Street location. Jason. He helps us with our handicap cartretrieval and return. And loading our groceries in our car. Thank you

I’ve been in here before and always had a pleasant experience but today my experience was over the top. Grocery shopping is stressful during the pandemic, we haven’t been able to find a lot of every day items. I was able to find everything I needed and the employees were super helpful. “Sandy” checked me out and she was super friendly and helpful. “Chris” was telling people which check out line to go to and he was very pleasant as well. I live almost 20 minutes away and will drive the extra distance just to be able to have a better shopping experience! Thank you for having a clean, stocked store and for having friendly employees !

The cleanliness sucks here. Never enough of people on register. Realize there's a shortage, but still should be able to have extra registers open. A lot of times we go in and the cashiers are chit chatting amongst each other. Hmm maybe they need to do less and pay attention to the customers. We waited in line for 5 minutes because of to much talking.

During this pandemic thing I have done the shopping as pick up.. I have 7 people in my household, so my orders can be rather large. So far, I have not been let down! I was substituted comparable products and they always explain what was is subbed. You can tell that they are stressed sometimes, but it never comes out at the customer! Working in these masks and following the proper distancing (which they do) is definitely more challenging than a normal work day! I am so grateful that they are there to help! Stay safe! And keep up the fantastic job! I have also done in store shopping, and the staff all around is super helpful and friendly!

Very nice store. We think your natural rotisserie chickens are the best we have ever had from here to Florida.Question: Not sure what the robot is all about? Please explain. Because he doesn't seem to answer questions about where to find something... 🤔 We don't have grocery robots in Florida.

I don't like that this is the only store in town. The service gets progressively worse with every visit. Cashiers don't greet customers. Cashiers complain about hating parts of their jobs. It seems to be cashier social hour. Cashiers drop customer merchandise and don't move to pick it up. Managers lock the door with customers in the store and not tell them what door is still open, talk about a fire hazard! Customers are questioned about whether their purchase is cash or credit, does it matter?

Absolutely love this Giant! It's spacious clean, and the setup of the store is visually pleasing. It's easy to find what we want in a small amount of time. We love this location so much that we are willing to travel the distance to shop there.

This used to be an awesome family owned store. The owners of Giant have installed self check outs in order to save money on labor; of course, they didn't pass the savings onto the customer. No one likes the self check out, so the line at the one real register is always very long. I don't shop here anymore because of it. I don't work at the Giant, so I shouldn't have to run a cash register every time I buy my groceries. In this area, there are several options: BBs grocery outlet and Dutchway grocery store in nearby gap are just 2 of them that I use now.

Missing one star bc self checkout sucks. Everything is really nice. Customer service desk is right in front of the doors as you walk in, which is nice. I like the sushi and steak so far a well. And their gas pumps don't have those loud annoying commercials anymore.

Terrible shopping experience. They have taken the amazing check out process that Fergies had and turned it into one just like every store in the county. The check out aisles are more narrow and the customer must unload their own cart. It is a struggle reaching things on the bottom and then squeezing between the cart and next check out to get the cart to the bagger to put your grocery bags back in that he or she just packed. People who never experienced Fergies simple check out don't know the difference but if you did, you appreciate the simplicity of the process. Every store should have modeled their check out process on Fergie's instead of eliminating it. Can't wait until they eliminate the bagger to save money. I am sure that is coming. When I got home the buy one get one free strawberries were not good. Several were mushy and a few were moldy and had to be thrown away. The Hawaiian rolls I purchased and served a few hours later were hard and one was damp and again I threw half the pack away. . I have no idea how that happened in the same package. Giant had some big shoes to fill and they really missed the mark. Being able to shop on Sunday in no way makes up for the customer service we have lost. It is now like every other store in the county and the prices are not better. I own a business and used to train my sales people based on Fergies shopping experience. No more. We have lost one more gem in our community.
