I'm and architect and builder. These are a safety hazard. The sashes will not stay up - very dangerous for an egress emergency situation; also broken parts to be replaced. Tried to contact them and left messages - never a response of any kind. Looked at numerous videos on how to fix these - tried everything. They are in the landfill now - installed Pella 150s. The windows are engineered thermally but horribly designed for use and "resilience" - no way to fix them. The latches are inadequate on the double hungs - barely engage - maybe it is because they don't stay up. I spent as much time trying to figure out how to fix them (with no success) as the cost of a new one from Pella. That is my go to from now on. Once you have bought their product they seem to be done with you. That means I am done with them. I did not know they provided services I just bought product and had it shipped. I am far from their production/service facility.That it was very hard to find reviews of the product is telling to me. And no labeling on the product that I can see - it had been sometime since I put them in, had to go back through my records - more time/money wasted. Never again. Cheap is cheap.

We built a new home and had all windows and sliding doors bought from this company. The eye brow window above the two picture windows has an issue with the inside rays. This company was notified in late fall '20 of the issue. It is now almost summer and have not received a service date to fix issue. Not happy with warranty service so far. McCrackens
