I spent 5+ hours on my day off in and out of there wanting for my dads medicines to be figured out...saw alot of unhappy n frustrated customers..many that didn't even try to be understanding.I also had the opportunity to watch a few select people behind the counters n the pharmists doing their best and beyond to do what they can for the grumpy people waiting.Chris and the ladies are amazing!!! Their efforts are appreciated so much!My hope is that they get the extra staff they desperately need and getting ur medicine becomes less stressful for everyone.Thank u for everything today.

A 5 hour wait for my prescription to be filled. It was only filled because I called to complain.35 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru.This is not new. This is a regular occurrence.It just seems to be getting worse.

This place never seizes to amaze me for the last 3 Mos. AT least I've been told ill have to wait 3 days for an antiobiotic script bc there short staffed! To no we onto have that med in on the order til 4 days later mean while it's a med I've taken and got filled here for 5 Mos. So should be in the inventory to no we don't have that one called in but my txt from them I've did the sign and pay on it to one day it won't be ready til Monday I stop 2 days later for another med and they ask me to wait ten min that other script isn't ready with no txt that they got it in early. Your not selling donuts here these are people's medications. Get a new manager!!!!!!! Please for the safety of peoples lives!!!

I was at Dubois hospital and have pneumonia and need my medicine and need to tell you not to put any safety caps on but you don't answer the phone or hang up on me before I get to talk to anyone

Called the pharmacy to see if it was okay to take 2 antibiotics together and asked for Pharmacist and he stated I am one. The Pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional when asked a simple question from a paying customer. Take my business else where now.

Any other business run in this manner would be bankrupt. Save your time and energy - if at all possible pick a different pharmacy. These folks just cant get it right. Im out of meds and cannot get refills until i contact my physician on monday and have them resent ((to medice shoppe) this time.

I think the associates at this store are so pleasant and I can see that things have improved there in the past year. The floors are much cleaner. I also love the seasonal items.

Easy access to PA lottery machine. Prescription? Bring a book. I suggest something short like War and Peace or Proust if you can't find one of mine because you will be waiting a long time. How can it take an hour to refill a prescription when there are only three or four people ahead of you? Never going back but good parking if you walk across the street to Subway. Once upon a time there was a 15 min guarantee but that is long past along with that owner. There is another tiny pharmacy in town - two places in fact. Takes upwards of five minutes to get a refill.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. EVERYTIME I come here...it's always a redicoulsly long wait! I even want ahead and had the doctors office call my prescriptions in so I didn't have to wait....still waiting!!! What a joke! And to top it all off..most of the women working here are so rude and ignorant! I'm thinking with wait times like this...you should be more polite!!!! Or find another job where you don't deal with people. HORRENDOUS WAIT TIMES...ALWAYS ATLEAST TWO HOURS!
