The set to get in and out of the parking lot is a little tough depending on traffic. The new layout and drive through are nice. I like the creamer set up here and hope more locations follow suit. Their mto is still one of the best.

What can you really say about Sheetz? Sometimes you have to wait fir your food when it's busy, same thing everyplace else. Overall they are good, and they also have the lottery machine. Lol

Has potential to be a nice store. Manager was very rude. All the trash was overflowing. Bathroom was disgusting. And they sell food..Can't imagine the kitchen is any better...Last Sheetz l visit

Recently: What the sheetz is right! I’ve never been so disappointed with a delivery. Food was forgotten, fries are obviously the scraps from the bottom mixed with curly fries been sitting, the cheeseburger oof was cold. Cheese looks like been sitting in the heat on a counter. Big big thumbs down 👎 for our newly build Sheetz.

I really like stopping at Sheetz whenever I'm near one great selection of drinks love their food they also have good prices on gas and usually easy to get in and out without a long wait just wish I had one closer to me most of them in this area are a pretty decent drive to get to If you happen to pass by one stop it and then check them out the staff at them are always friendly and courteous plus helpful

Since day one in my experience who gives instructions there to water down the sour cream to the extreme probably charging me .70 cents for tap water anyways my dumb a forgot ruined my nachos all soakedMilkshakes inconsistent I guess depending whether who’s on shiftAny ways don’t want to ham all night couldn’t anyway because I like it on a simple briocheUpdate: it seems like every single time I go they forget something

Today 10/8/23Coffee machines all flashing yellow and only allowed 1 option of coffee which is completely unacceptable. MTO food prices are overpriced and if you order a hoagie you get 1 piece of meat and 1 piece of cheese and a pound of lettuce. This area needs a Wawa immediately so people can get coffee fresh anytime they walk in there and food that not only tastes better but made faster. Glad I no longer live in the area so I don't have to experience this shameful display again

Paid for Chili on my hotdogs, why'd they even bother.They only put a little smear on it. I also bought two teas for three dollars, and they charged my a dollar eighty nine per tea. Watch Out!

They have a nice beer cave, slushies, large drink selection, self checkout, drive thru or inside food, tons of snacks options, premade food, and a fresh milkshake/ coffee shop. Clean bathrooms. Great value!

I have waited over 10mins, multiple times, at the drive through. Even after ordering online 10mins before arriving.For french fries and a milkshake.It's absolutely insane.

They advertise gas for $2.78 for 88 grade gas n 87 grade for 3.19. the lines were ridiculous and of course they conveniently didn't have the cheaper gas on any of the pump. They could have easily change the advertising with the big sign instead of a little 3/5" paper at the pump. Switch and bait and downright sneaky.

Horrible experience. I order two milkshakes online. Went to pick them up. They were not completed. Waited 20 minutes longer then the 14 minutes the app says it would be ready. I told them to cancel my order. The did refund my money and apologized for being short handed. The whole place was filled with people trying to get orders. Sheetz was my normal AM routine but no more. They were not even close to working on my order. If they are short staffed then I blame management. Not fair to put the burden on only two to three people. There should be a more effective system. Again I don't blame the workers. I blame the management.

I live about 30 minutes away from this Sheetz and it's the closest one to my house. I'm so disappointing when I order food and it's wrong almost 9 out of 10 times. especially when I spend $40 to $50 on a food order.Now I understand about checking your food before you leave the sheets. but my orders typically are for five or six people I'm not going to sit there and tear somebody's order apart to make sure the toppings are right and the food is not crushed I expected it to be right. this is a major problem.

I went through the drive thru to pick up my order no one is answering and the girl seen me and ignored me. I went back around and no one in the drive thru. Two workers one with the mic was outside smoking.

I stopped there for gas this morning! The place is dirty and disgusting! The trash cans at the gas pumps were overflowing and trash was blowing around. There was even trash on top of the gas pumps! The workers could care less! What a shame for a new building! I called corporate and complained!

Ordered a milkshake and 2 hot dogs. Milkshake done before the dogs. 15+ minute wait..on hotdogs. EDIT: At the half hour mark, they were only just being prepared. Just sauerkraut, that's it. The girl behind the counter, instead of assisting like others do, was too busy talking to another customer at the ordering kiosk.The store was not that busy.(4 customers at most).

We ordered two milkshakes around 9pm. Stood there for about 45 min. No staff came to help the employee who was having a day it seemed. Hopefully a manager can take away the options from the kiosks such as frozen drinks when the staff is unable to make them

Just waited over an hour for an online order that was listed at 15 min. I ended up asking the manager for a refund because I had to leave. Instead of processing the refund he pushed other orders out of the way and made mine first (not fair to others) and made me wait 15 while I watched him make it. When he returned to the counter I told him thats not a refund. He stated the food was almost done. I told him I had spent the last 15 min watching him make my food so I knew he just didn't want to loose the money. This place has gone far down hill. Edit: the food was disgusting. Everything fried was underdone. Just further proof he rushed me out the door to avoid a refund

this place used to be a great hangout spot for my friends and i in early high school/late middle school but the price gauging is getting worse by the week to the point where i’d say avoid buying stuff here at all costs, especially now that a dollar general is next door for far better prices. and the best part? they lie about their prices!i used to shrug off an occasional .40 addon to the marked price but it’s growing old fast. my tipping point today is when i tried to buy a 12 oz strawberry milk beverage marked as $2 but the self-checkout tells me its $3.49. paying a unit rate of 0.30/oz is, needlessly to say, absurd, and a cheap attempt at price gauging.and on top of that, M.T.O. is near dysfunctional. waiting 40 minutes for 2 breakfast biscuits that cost $9 with only 2 people ahead of me in line is lame. overpriced subpar food with a terrible wait time. i do not blame the workers for this, as somebody who’s friends with an employee here i must say that they are always getting yelled at by impatient customers and being worked to the bone. sheetz is trying to increase profit margins by having less employees on duty at a time, and it’s subsequently taken a toll on everyone involved excluding the higher-ups who never step foot in the place.tl;dr just go to the dollar general next door.
