Came to this target to get 2 iPads in the morning in which there was only about 10 customers max in the whole store and as soon as I walked in to the store went to the electronics section tried to get some assistance but there was no one responding, I saw an employee walking by and told her I needed assistance she mentioned she would get someone to help me, she walked by me 3 more times in the span of 30 minutes until I asked again to get me some help so 10 minutes after the last interaction someone came out and I told her what I wanted to get, the employee goes to the back to get the iPads takes her another 15 minutes to get them and when she came back she saw she got the wrong ones, so she tries to apologize by saying ( she got distracted because she was checking her social media), so for the looks of it their social life is more important than their jobs and taking care of their customers so if you happen to go to this target you will see that there is a lot of phone-zombies walking around the store instead of paying attention to the job they are getting paid to do.

I shop at Target weekly. This store is always clean and organized. The Starbucks is great- I do wish they would bring back the seating there. The Cafe with Pizza Hut items is rarely open when I'm there. I'm sure that has to do with demand but I'd love to see it open more. While I always walk in for one item and leave having bought 10 or more, I do wish they would reconsider their relationship with AT&T. The sales reps at try so hard to connect but I find it a but annoying to be asked about my phone service every time when I'm just trying to get in and out.

Being an overseas visitor, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff in my 2 visits to the store. Every interaction with staff has been pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. I hope target values the positive effect their employees have on customers

I’ve been there more than once, no negative vibes nor negative environment. Always clean and neat.If you go inside you will spend $$ 🙊. 👏🏽 👏🏽 to Target 🎯 (all of them) for giving your workers paid holidays time off.Curbside or drive up pick up is my top tier. So easy and convenient.

The Target is great but I didn’t have a great experience at the Starbucks, I go into the target to get my Starbucks almost every week. On May 30 2023 the barista’s were very rude and not nice. I overheard them talking about me. as I was taking a video of the cups to send my friend. Say she’s in here every time new cups are released how many Starbucks cup does a person need!! This is my first time ever being treated so rudely.

Most of my experiences at this location have been great!However, today I was treated very poorly by a store associate while returning a few items. If you’ve ever gone into a store and been treated like a thief despite never taking a thing, THAT is how I was treated but instead at the returns/customer service counter with receipts (both digital and physical) in hand.I may not stop shopping at Target or more specifically this location, but I will NEVER willingly interact with this specific store associate again.

Always a clean and friendly atmosphere here. It's a great place to stop in and get my shopping done while being able to check impulse buys like new movies and music releases and Magic the Gathering cards.

Great clearance rack for home goods such as organizational items, cute decor/sayings to either hang on walls or not, little trash bins etc, makeup brush cleaning products, etc prices ranging from $1-$5. Good quality for their clothing, swimwear, jewelry, hand bags, undergarments, shoes, work out gear, accessories. And also dope & helpful BECAUSE furniture, food, bathroom necessities and the newest tech tablets, laptops, and other gadgets are on site. One stop shop in other words.

My girl does the shopping thing online and I pick it up, the employee Gloria that works this department is the nicest person. I watched grown men sit in the car while she loaded all the stuff in their car. Men changed man, should be ashamed of themselves. In my opinion I believe she should make more money and be shown that she's appreciated for her hard work

I love Target but their decision to allow AT&T representatives hard selling phone plans ruins the experience.There is no other product or service in the store that someone is actively trying to sell to everyone that walks by.its worse than mall kiosk salespersons.

My grandma purchased a chromebook from here and it shut down on her. It’s not even turning on. And we came back today to return it. The front desk ladies said they cannot return it bc it’s been more then 30 days. They were mean and nasty and not understanding of the situation. They didn’t offer anything to accommodate us even though the product that they sold her is defective. She came to return it and spend MORE MONEY in their store and they treated us unfairly. We will not be returning and spending anymore money in target. Just rude and disrespectful!!! Bad customer service!!!

I have to say I’m greatly disappointed in my most recent experience at this store. I placed an order for instore pickup and after waiting a few hours for a confirmation email, I received an e-mail saying that I canceled the order. I did not cancel that order. I called the store and they said that an associate had cancelled the order in store, which I understand. I’ve had that happen before and it’s ok. But in those cases I’ve received emails say that an associate cancelled the order.I detest dishonesty. Saying I cancelled the order when I did not is lying for whatever reason they feel like they had to. I used to work big box retail, and I know that online in store pickup is monitored by corporate. At the store I worked at it if the store cancelled the item it would show negatively on a report which could reflect staff and managers reviews/performance goals.I’m extremely upset over this. I have already called corporate and let them know my issues. Lying and dishonesty should never be tolerated or accepted in situations like this.

This was the first time I ever ordered from Target on line. Ordering was easy from beginning to end. I had ordered several panels and decided to return some of them. I returned to my nearest Target. This was so much more convenient than having to mail them back. Thank you for making the entire process simple and no hassle.

I can never say anything bad about Target. The employees are awesome and the store is always well kept. One of the biggest compliments I can give is how great all of them were during this pandemic. The store was literally a walking bubble of cleanliness. They were awesome.

I ordered one American Flag via app to be picked up same day, drive up. I’d usually go in, but I was limited on time. Target app said there was 8 in stock… 2 hours later I got a notification that they were all out of stock. I then went to the store and went inside to the aisle the app said they were in and there was over a handful of flags in plain sight. Customer service didn’t seem to care about the issue or their employee’s work ethic. So either this place has the absolute laziest employees or they hate America, which wouldn’t surprise me nowadays. Do better.

The employees go above and beyond to assist with locating items and are always friendly.The store manager and one of her associate in customer service were able to help me with my exchange - the item was purchased from my bridal registry and I did not have much information. They were able to assist me and made the entire process stress free!

Tried to do an exchange on a delivery(bc there was a HOLE) and customer service gave an attitude when we asked to have the discount honored. Also, tried to do an exchange on an eyeliner, and she insisted that my discount was only 5% red card discount(when there was an ADDITIONAL 15% discount for makeup).. she did not honor the additional 15% off.

What's the point of a sale if you don't give it to me.asked at the front and was told I would have to download the app. Well I don't want to down load anymore apps. All of it a scam. I remember why I don't shop here. Expensive without the discount that is advertised. Scammed me this time. Will not happen again.

Convenient grocery store and one of our favorites. Conveniently located right off US 100, makes it easy for shoppers coming from around Pottstown area. Their market pantry brand is affordable for dairy and other products while also maintaining high quality. We love the ambience of Target stores. Highly recommend this one.

Target is awesome for their bright color household items. They have wide variety of non foods and food items. I think their clothing department is lacking in the amount of choices. I also think they are a bit pricey compared to other stores.

The guy at the register was extremely nice and friendly. They also carried Hanukkah stuff. That makes a difference to me and I appreciate it. Thank you Target. Btw I also got a vaccine while I was in the store.

Not as big as some of the other Targets in the area, but I can generally find what I need. I have mixed reviews about the staff here, sometimes you get a good one and sometimes you get someone who is really horrible. It is a shame because the store is nice and clean and overall has a nice variety of products.Some days you come and the check-out person is very helpful and other days they act like it is an entirely troublesome effort to have to ring-up your order as if you're beneath then and they don't have the time of day for you.I really wish someone would teach people how to give change back properly, not just here but in all stores in general.... It's like a lost art since everyone seems to use plastic. You should never put the coins on top of the dollar bills, it just makes them fall all over the place, or you end up with a wad of coins between a crumpled pile of bills. It would be a rare person who keeps their coins in the same place as their paper money. Since we no longer count back change, people just give you what the register says and drop it all in a pile in your hand. It's not the proper way to do it; coins first then bills.Customer service has been very helpful on the few occasions that I have needed to go there.
