Georgeanne and her team at Alpha Pet Spa are top notch and are dedicated to making sure you’re ALWAYS satisfied with your pets services.Not only are they the best groomers around, Georgeanne truly cares about each and every pet and owner that walks through the door. You can tell that she lives and breathes her business and goes above and beyond.Recently we had some medical issues with our oldest Aussie, Desmo. He was suddenly losing his undercoat and looked like a completely different dog. We went to several vet visits and still had no answers. So when Desmo‘s grooming appointment came around Georgeanne was shocked at Desmo’s condition. She immediately recommended that we try changing his dog food and switch to human grade food. She even took the time to explain why she suggests starting with the dog food and all of the benefits that come with human grade food. The very next day we went out and bought JustFoodForDogs, which is the brand she recommended, and we have been feeding both our dogs that for the last couple of months. We are pleased to report that he is like an entirely new dog!! His coat has grown back full and shiny. He has also put on weight and seems to have more energy and keeping up with his 4 year old brother again!!Long story short I would HIGHLY recommend Alpha Pet Spa!!

I was charged a no show fee even though I tried calling but apparently they were closed on Monday and then I showed up on my appointment day but I was an hour early and couldn't help it as I had a meeting and tried to explain the situation. I was given an attidude and they still charged the fee.. instead of doing good business and saying we would have to charge you to board my dog for an hour, there was no help and an attitude. I tried to reschedule today and again manager or lady that works there just wanted to argue again. I'll never do business here again

The only place I trust to groom my high energy 1 year old goldendoodle. They use ethical practices to groom all dogs (no high heat blow dryers!!) and make sure every dog is safe and comfortable. The owner is always willing to share some tips and advice for keeping up with grooming at home. You can tell she genuinely cares for every client who walks through the door. I have never been disappointed with the result when we pick up our dog! We love Alpha Pet Spa and can’t even think about bringing our baby anywhere else.

If I could, I'd give 10 stars to this talented and creative groomer who clearly loves dogs and her work. My 115 lb Bouvier des Flandres is a handful, but he always looks fantastic after his groom. Both my dogs are treated calmly and compassionately. I know they are safe and loved while being cared for at Alpha Pet Spa. The shop is spotless. Parking is convenient.

This place is awesome! The girls bend over backwards (sometimes almost literally) to ensure that my 125lb dog, that is scared of everything, can get her nails cut. They are also always willing to work around my crazy schedule. I couldn't recommend them more!

Alpha Pet Spa LLC took on the challenge of grooming my mommy's boy, D'Hondalow, back in 2019, after he had several traumatic experiences at a chain groomer, and we will never go anyplace else . The care and love that he has received , even though he is a "spicy" boy, is amazing!He always leaves the spa smelling fresh, sporting a new bandana, and groomed perfectly.

Georgeanne and her team have been grooming our Cavachon, Lemon, for the last few years and we've never been disappointed! The location is convenient, clean, and well-maintained. We took our dog here for the 1st time today and we couldn't be happier with the result. We know Brownie can be a bit anxious when getting groomed but Georgeanne did a fantastic job with him. You can tell she really cares about these dogs and making them comfortable during their visit. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and we will absolutely be returning.

Georgeanne and Madison are the best! I can't say enough about Alpha Pet Spa. We took our 90lb Great Pyrenees to them for the 1st time and they took such great care of her. They allowed me to visit them first to see their business and ask questions and they quickly put me at ease. They had me take my dog in early for her appt so they could spend the extra time with her and make her feel comfortable. They took the extra time to call me during her appt to let me know she was doing great and she was done well before what i had thought. I HIGHLY recommend Alpha Pet Spa. Providing safe and loving service to your four legged family member?!!!! That's false advertising!!!!On February 24th, My Mother took her dog in for a simple haircut. When it was time to pick up him up, it was a DISASTER! My mother was upset that she cried! They had cut him inside of his paw and he bleeding profusely! The entire haircut was so choppy and so uneven! One of his ears were longer than the other and they cut his bangs so short when thats not what she wanted! They knew they messed up because they told my father that he don't need to pay for it, and that if they take him to the vet, that they will take care of the bill. She had to go home and get some shears and try to atleast even it out. Her dog was traumatized that he was shaking so bad! Poor baby! I will never have my mother take him there ever again! I do not recommend this place! At all! Never again!

We have 2 dogs a golden retriever and a lab/retriever mix and Georgeanne has done an amazing job both times she has groomed our dogs so far. Alpha pet spa really takes the time to groom them from head to toe and we appreciate that she does not rush. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I brought my two pitbulls in for a nail trim and buffing, and Alpha Pet did an amazing job! My one dog has very bad anxiety, but the staff was very friendly and kept him calm while buffing his nails. Great prices and friendly staff!

Brought my fur babies to Alpha Pet for their first ever grooming! Typically my pups hate getting a bath when I do it, but with Georgeanne they were living they’re best life getting pampered at the spa- they didn’t even want to leave! Georgeanne is terrific, we drive from a distance just to go to her, knowing our babies are in good hands! She’s the real deal 👌👌

Georgie is so great n ❤ s the animals she grooms. We will never go anywhere else. That was posted when Georgie and 1 other were the only groomers. After hiring more ppl have to say that my dog was becoming more uncomfortable each time he went. Last time he was there he was hurt by the groomer, he had a scrape from the trimmer being either dull or pushed down too hard, his behind was over trimmed to the point where his pink skin was visible there was blood on his behind and when he tried to sit he cried out in pain. I reminded her not too much off his behind for that had happened to him a few times before. Lastly he was limping and also crying out, his paw was hurt. Had to take him to the vet, he was put on medication for the swelling of the paw and an antibiotic. We went there for 4 years, we do not go there any longer.

Brought my little guy rigby in for some.much needed grooming and mat removal. She did wonderfully in a fast matter and was very polite and kind. I felt very comfortable with my dog in her care. I could tell my dog felt comfortable in her care as well.
