These stores are notorious for being understaffed so you have to cut them some slack. I've never had any issues at this location. I like it they have a self checkout and it never seems to be busy.

Woman was behind the counter talking to her friend about how crazy the customers were. I offered to take the large item from her. She nastily said to her friend ‘oh I couldn’t hear you because of’ and pointed at me. I told her she was rude and that I was only offering to help take the large item. Like we were bothering her by being customers. Will never go back.

Dollar General is always nice and clean and friendly. The workers are always very polite and willing to help in any way. Their prices are pretty reasonable also. . . l But the biggest problem I have is. I just get use to a item in one spot.Then you turn around and it's in another spot. Very confusing sometimes.

Not much of a selection like other dollar stores and the employees seem very slow UPDATED: The selection here has improved quite a bit. Their employees also have been making noticeable improvements on Check-out, questions/assistance, and welcome greetings with a friendly demeanor.There is still times where it gets busy for them and the wait is crazy but the improvements elsewhere make up for this. Keep up the great job guys KUDOS

This store is always so messy, cluttered and dirty. The card section was almost empty and there were no gift bags or tissue paper. The aisles always seemed to be blocked with big carts so that you can't pass through easily. Staff is nice enough and one gal was exceptional helpedDollar general needs to clean up thiscstore!

Very low on EVERYTHING!!! I FELT so badly for the staff! They were short staffed and overwhelmed and overworked!! They were trying their best to get stuff out but didn't have enough help. The management needs to work on getting some help on there!!! I also had to buy a basket because they didn't have any bags to buy to out my groceries in. I am disabled and she didn't even offer to help me load them into the basket. It was very heavy.

Love my Dollar General. Totally remodelled and setup different. Great employees makes it a nice place to shop. Always clean from clutter.

Very unorganized store. When you go into shop towards the end of the night you have carts blocking aisles so its hard to get what you need. I have brought this to the attention of management for awhile and nothing till gets done.

I love dollar general. I wanna rate 4.5 stars and I would rate 5 if this one specifically was one of the larger stores. I say this, because this dollar general is a store that this town DEPENDS on. It's either here or shop n save for groceries unless you want to drive to New York or bradford 30 plus mins drive. The staff and customers are more than helpful and kind and courteous amd the prices are so much better than Walmart or anywhere else. Very convenient. It's hard to get anything fresh here besides milk eggs and lunch meat. So either Walmart or shop n save you have to go for big frozen meats or bulk items. But they do what they can!

I've been to alot of Dollar General stores and this one was huge. Alot more products to choose from. Service from the employees was 2 thumbs up.
