The coolest hardware store ever. They have everything. The employees are very friendly and helpful yet not pushy. I love the variety and I got lost in there for over an hour looking at stuff. Definite thumbs up!!!

I won't be back after the experience I had tonight. First of all I'm 9 months pregnant and needed a set of Allen keys to fix my sink that started leaking. I placed an online order and pre paid for it to make it easier on everyone because things are so hard to find at this store. I waited until I got a confirmation email to go pick it up. When I get there I tell the cashier I have an online pickup and she then proceeds to tell the guy stocking shelves to go get it. She then says I shouldn't use online pickup because there are only 3 of them working tonight. I told her I wouldn't have utilized it if things were easier to find in the store to which she replies you can always ask someone working here. Clearly not if you can't even grab my prepaid order from the back without giving an attitude and telling a customer not to order online. Anyway, I won't be back and will drive the extra 15 minutes to home depot where they list the location of their products in the store and don't give an attitude about online orders

Wide selection but still feels like a tiny old time hardware store. They actually still have a manual key cutting machine and know how to use it. I used to do locksmithing and I had them cut some keys for me which turned out perfect. Not just functional, but perfect, which isn't easy. Nice people as well.

My local hometown Ace hardware is the best! Close by and always has the emergency things I need, even for last minutes Christmas ideas for the friends I have that love their tools and hardware. Great, sort of old style, hardware store. Huge breadth of items. Unusually knowledgeable helpful staff. Always busy! Very easy in-and-out, without any half-mile hikes just to reach the front door. Prices are average, more or less.

I have been a long time customer of Fisher's. I have noticed some attitude problems in the last couple of years. Today was the worst. I had purchased an item via Pay Pal an on line for pick-up and was issued a computer gift card which stated it would be redeemed at the check out. Trying to use it was extremely unpleasant, and at one point they said I couldn't use it and were obviously irritated. I asked if they could just try putting it in, and it worked. Afterwards they said they had never seen one before, but there was no apology. Perhaps their staff has become outdated in this world of computers and technology, and it is becoming too frustrating for them. I have always wanted to shop locally when possible, but I am thinking Lowe's and Home Depot are perhaps better suited to issues such as this. I was very disappointed. In addition, despite their website indicating they wear masks, not one employee wore one..

Long time customer, over 20 years. Had good help in locating items I was looking for. Unfortunately had to check out at a cashier that I DO NOT LIKE and who is always a problem when it comes to discount coupons etc. Still avoiding cashier I do not like. Craftsman tools NO LONGER HAVE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY!

I placed an order online to make sure the pressure cooker I was buying was available when I got there. I called right after I placed the order and they pulled the cooker for me so that I could head over right away. Great customer service!

I went in today to buy a few things. Being my first time at the store I didn't know where anything was. I had this guy just walk by, without any greeting and gave me this nasty stare as if I'm trying to steal something. Then I walked up to him to ask where the primer filler was and he pauses and says with an attitude, "I don't know, I don't work in that department and that's it. I said well thanks for your help and just dropped everything in my hands and walked out.I just ordered the items on Lowe's, took me 5 minutes and now I'm going to pick it up. Won't ever go back to see that old grumpy man.🤑🤑🤑

The staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers. Did an online order for store pick up yesterday and even though the store was busy someone asked me if I needed help within the first minute I entered to store. The staff promptly went back to find my order and had me checked out in under 5 minutes. Will be a repeat customer!

Fisher's Ace Hardware is a smaller hardware store with a good selection allowing it to be a one stop shop for most home repairs.The staff is very friendly and helpful.I have had keys cut, glass cut, and help with finding parts for my projects.

Cashiers and manager are wonderful only reason I’ll leave 2 stars. But who ever Jack is that is able to fill a propane tank is unbelievably rude and grouchy. You work in service act like it. I shop here all the time but you need to do something about Jack. Sadly I’ll probably shop elsewhere. Jack will just tell you your tank is expired and walk away from you. Miserable person and no need for poor attitude. We all have bad days but don’t be a jerk.

Great store, they've enlarged so they have a huge selection. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Plus, they are fully staffed, you don't have to track one down to find help. Great shopping experience!!!!
