This Shop n Save is a very impressive little store. They offer everything I could need from a supermarket but without the crowds. The produce is crisp, and the meat is fresh. I also love the fact that they have real cashiers instead of those stupid self check outs. I recommend a visit when you're in the area.

Clean professional and always has well stocked shelves. The meat department is top notch. They always have plenty of people to check you out. I've never had to wait in line. I always buy my groceries here.

I went to the deli and took a number. There was a woman, Sheri, standing there (obviously pretty close because I could read her nametag). As soon as she saw me take a number, she walked into the back. I stood there for several minutes and no one came to wait on me. Eventually I left and went somewhere else. Unacceptable. Customer service should be number one. Someone needs to teach Sheri this. She is costing Shop 'n Save money.

Since I moved to Lawrenceville, I always shopped at the Lawrenceville shop n save. I figured I'd give the Glenshaw location a try since I was going there for gas anyway. The store looks fine from the outside, but it clearly hasn't been updated in a few decades. A single door in and out with a handful of broken carts. Shelves were either bare or unorganized. The whole store just looked outdated and disgusting. Definitely will not be returning.

Thursday deli was very busy so I went and grabbed cooked salami and Swiss cheese from where they have lunch meat already packaged the cooked salami was brown around the edges and turning gray the Swiss cheese was all dried up and I had to throw it all away discussing. Gas attendant seen me pulling Gas pump had to wait for her because she went in the store

I love Shop N Save for the convenient location and adequate parking. I hate the smell of the store! It smells horrendous like there is a dead body and/or decaying rats in the back! There is a limited variety of items and way higher prices. The store is run down and in desperate need of a major remodeling project. The store looks and feels dirty. I would love to see this store have a complete makeover! It will be good for the store and community! In the meantime, save your nose the awful misery and go elsewhere!

SHOP ‘n SAVE is a grocery chain that has independently owned stores in several states. I shopped at this location once to do my weekly grocery shopping. I found a good parking space. Inside the store, I found every food that was on my shopping list. The prices were alright. I appreciated that this store has some private-label brands that are new to me. The cashier did a good job with scanning and bagging my foods. I deducted one star because this store does not look as remodeled as competing grocery stores.

Got assaulted by another customer. Manager did nothing about it. Even had a witness see it happen. Also still let her continue shopping without trespassing her for violence. Not a safe place to shop if this is allowed

This is a decent Grocery Store with plenty of fresh produce and fresh meat with all reasonable prices and weekly specials. The self checkout is annoying unless you only have a few items because the machines are really slow and the sensor is always malfunctioning saying you placed a bag in the bagging area or you took your bag from the bagging area too soon. The worker has to always come clear the machine for me. My advice is to not pick up any of your bags until you've paid or go to the line with a worker at the register if the lines arent too long.

UPDATE 9/2023 - You can't complain too much about the store needing an update when it could be like the Lawrenceville location and have a mouse infestation along with expired food.The blonde woman at the self checkouts needs to learn how to treat employees. I was there on 9/11/22, and she was yelling across the store to a teenage employee about putting the garbage bag from her register near the customers' bagged groceries. I understand and agree that it's unsanitary, but go up to the employee and tell them. Don't yell across the store where other customers can see and hear you. The woman then said, "I'm so sick of this." If you can't deal with the teenagers, then find a job somewhere that doesn't hire teenagers. The male manager with shoulder-length hair that was down one of the aisles should've been able to hear her and should've came up to correct her. I don't blame any employee that walks out/quits because of her. It makes me wonder if she has kids and how she treats them.

I haven't been to this Shop n Save in a very long time. They have self checkouts now. Very convenient. The woman there was helpful because even though you insert your card for payment, you need to press a button on the computer screen. She was helpful and friendly. I'm sad I didn't get her name.

I got cooked chicken and sandwich rings for party. They were both outstanding and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend using them for catering!

Shop n save has a huge selection and reasonable prices. It's better priced than Giant Eagle & better quality than Aldi's. And they offer a lot of local company products. Love the loyalty program.

I like this store for a lot of reasons. I've gotten a lot of bargains here on my staples. But amusingly, what brings me back most often is that their store brand of soy sauce is the best and cheapest. No wheat in its ingredients. I don't know why that's so hard to find anymore but they've got it. In addition, the staff is always helpful. It's got big store selection and a small store feel.

My review of this grocery store is the lowest I am allowed to give. I was grocery shopping and had placed all my items on the shelf after being charged for every item. I had started to bag my groceries when this very rude woman who was the cashier at the ✔ out had very rude things to say about me to another person. She was loud and very obnoxious. We always double bag our purchases because the bags breaks. This very rude cashier in a loud voice exclaimed those bags are expensive and no wonder we have to order so many of them. People like you can take all the bags and think it is 👍. We pay for the privilege.

This was always my “go to” store for living close by. I may never shop here again. The two women that work by the registers that allow you to ring up your groceries yourself should be fired. My daughter heard them talking about me because the machine was down and wouldn’t accept any cards I used. They kept repeating everything I said in a rude way and have claimed I didn’t have money to pay. I have never been disrespected like this and would have reacted a lot different if I would’ve heard it myself. Thank God I didn’t… the young lady that worked at the register nearby was so kind and helpful. They should give her a raise for her customer service. Thank u to the young blonde, at least we know her generation has a future.

I was checking out , the cashier never looked at me or greeted me just started scanning my items. I looked at the monitor and noticed he rang in collard greens I said excuse me those are green beans he said No they are collard greens. I said they are definitely green beans and you are over charging me by a dollar more a pound . Another cashier came over and corrected it. I am appalled that someone so rude and unprofessional is representing the store . It will be a long time before I will go back to that shop and save.

It’s great, reminds me of the local markets we went years ago. Everyone pleasant, willing to help, the meat & cheese deli fresh cut to order. Most cashiers patient, helpful, always smiling. One small thing would be nice...offering to help load groceries into cars for elderly & physically challenged customers. I understand this takes time, but it’s a very ‘old fashion custom’ that’s worth its weight in gold.

Old store, but nicely maintained. Nice and large so even when it's busy, it doesn't feel like it is. Multiple access points to parking lot and has a gas station. Only one entrance and exit into the store and it's not ideal for large crowds. I dont know where people get the idea that this place is so much cheaper than Giant Eagle - they're pretty much the same price

Better places close by to grocery shop. The parking lot is frequently disorganized and my entire take away is that this place just feels old. They have the basics but if you are a foodie or enjoy high quality or a variety of selections, go somewhere else.

2nd review - Had a great visit on 8-18-18. Well stocked this visit, nice selection with really nice produce (we heard that they have a new produce manager - he is doing a good job).Clean store with helpful friendly service.1st review - 3 stars - Nice place on a bad day. Last Thursday's visit found all sale items out of stock. Most meat, fruit & vegetables were high priced enough that we left for the GE up the road.Still clean and friendly. We'll be back to try them again.S&S's gas points are better than GE's too.
