I never leave reviews, but my past few experiences has prompted me to. I’m honestly tired of going to this location’s pharmacy. Every time I go here, there’s always someone with an attitude or you’re somehow making an “inconvenience” to them. Although it’s their job? Make it make sense. These people have chosen to work in customer service. No it’s not an easy job but that’s no excuse to take your attitude or anger out on someone else. I have worked in customer service as front line, team lead & supervisor and this type of service should never be acceptable. I refuse to go back to this location. I’m tired of feeling uneasy after leaving here. Please address your staff or hire better people. I can see by the other reviews I’m not the only one.

Although the pharmacy is fine, the front desk is completely awful. They are rude and lazy. Even if there is no one, literally no one in line, they want you to check yourself out, which wouldn't be so bad except their self-checkout machine doesn't work properly. There is a reason why Rite Aid is collapsing into bankruptcy, and this pharmacy on Cooke Lane is a perfect example why. They try to force you to use the inoperable, confusing self-checkout even if the cashiers are literally standing there with nothing to do. It's my choice if I want to check myself out or wait for a cashier to check me out. They have no clue how to provide courteous customer choice. In this store, the customer isn't always right, they are. This is a very bad to place to shop for anything, although the pharmacy employees are competent. But don't be surprised to find empty shelves and problems finding items that any competent place of business would have plenty of. If you are looking for a pharmacy, don't go here. You'll regret it.

Horrible. My younger sister went to get toothpaste and candy for us and the older front desk lady berated her asking if she was soliciting or buying something and called her mute. She came home crying. I 100% believe it. Every time I go here the same older lady makes me feel so incompetent and unwelcomed. In what world should customer service make you feel this horrible? Everyone else is nice but this is unacceptable. She actually needs to be fired. I will try to not step foot back here again.

Employees have been rude on multiple occasions. This Rite Aid is not a super busy location and when you ask an employee a question or for assistance or go to be rung out they act like you’re bothering them. Employees should be taught customer service it’s not rocket science.

Needed a few supplies, and couldn’t find a couple of them. When I couldn’t find an employee of the store I asked for help audibly and stated that I needed assistance. When an employee finally emerged they had an attitude, then complained about me to the cashier and other customers. As I’m standing in line that same cashier audibly enough for me to hear tells some customers checking out how much they hate customers that can’t ‘do their job’s and need help. Then when I mentioned that it’s ok to need help finding things the old lady with the glasses said whatever to me with disdain. Very poor experience at this location and I’ll be driving passed this rite aid from now on to shop somewhere less convenient but more hospitable.I do not recommend shopping here.

I wished I could remember the name of our cashier (#109420897) but she greeted my mom and me immediately as we walked into the store with a warm smile and directed us to what we were looking for. After a few minutes, she offered us help and made some great product suggestions that we really appreciated! She made us feel like old friends and even offered us coupons. Great shopping experience - she really knew her stuff and made it fun!

Absolutely terrible customer service and completely incompetent techs. Not helpful and abrasive. Don't have any clue how to do their job. Do not give this place money. Hung up on me after about 17 seconds into me asking 1 simple question. Every other pharmacy I called went the extra mile of looking at OH stock in other stores and recommended options. Including other rite aids. This place is garbage.

They do not answer the questions phone. I have been trying for almost two hours to get hold of someone to resolve an issue with my medication refill. At one point someone answered and I was told to hold. I was on hold for half an hour before I gave up and hung up. Luckily the medication there is an issue with is not one it is life-threatening to go without, but what if it had been? I understand they are probably short staffed, but if that is so consistently the case, maybe consider hiring more staff? This situation is completely unacceptable and from the other reviews it appears to have been a problem for a long time.

I wanted to give a good review because when someone goes outta their way to be of service I appreciate it, mainly because I'm in the service industry and do the same. I wanna compliment the Manager Dan of this store because I had a higher amount of money in western union and when I called to see if they could do it he made sure he was able to give me the funds(which they're supposed to do what he did but this is the one and only time its ever happened)...anyway when I called he made sure he made my western union available for me even if he had to take extra steps and I appreciate that because u never know when someone just generally needs the money they're receiving right then! Thanks Dan for being a kind person and the cashier was nice too!

The woman at the register was very helpful and everyone was kind except one older woman. A couple of teen boys were being loud and the employee came over to us. We told her that it was not me and my sister. The boys scream as they leave and she then proceeds to come over to us and tell us that we can not scream in a store. I tell her it was not us. She asks if it was the boys from earlier and I reply yes. She does not apologize but rather tells us to buy our things and leave. It was obviously not us as the boys were at the entrance and we were in the back shopping. It may be an miscommunication but she handled it poorly and we left upset that she rudely targeted us as paying customers for no reason.

When I call into the pharmacy it always seems like I never get an answer. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes so I hung up. Had to call the front to even speak to someone. He said they are backed up I totally get that but at the same time people on the phone are just as important as the customers walking in. I had a prescription question that I have to call back for an answer. I was even okay with leaving my number but the guy said something like the best I can do is put you on hold so?

The pharmacy team at this location is not so terrific. Med refill delays because they wouldn't answer the phone for two days.Moved our families scripts to a different pharmacy that is not a Rite Aid.

OK so all recent reviews point towards problems in the pharm department. The front end of the store answers and are polite ppl, I respect that. I couldn't get a hold of the pharmacy and was transfered back and forth. It's infuriating. I'm calling around to find, for us uninsured, where to get vaccines and at low cost. Couldn't find an answer here so for everybody. Don't come here. Don't bother calling. Hope this place gets staff for the Holidays. Stay blessed

They Stole my $265.00 I loaded my paypal card at this location and never got the money. I called paypal they say its not there problem its rite aid and i went back to the store they told me it paypal problem? sure it its they stole

The pharmacy will not answer their phone anymore for customer calls. I know this because I called rite aid 6x today and when I talked to front store management they said they were inundated with calls.My brother (an MD) reached them on the first call and refilled my non-controlled medication for hypertension. I can believe you are short staffed but this is HORRIBLE to treat your patients like this. Ignore your customers, but when an MD calls you pick up right away. Contact me and I will verify every claim RiteAID.DisgustingTheir "patients" can't reach them but when a doctor calls they pick up after 1 ring. Wonder if they are in it solely for momey?

This pharmacy dispenses their prescriptions incorrectly and apparently it is not their problem. YES (to the store owner that might respond to this post!) I contacted your customer service and their customers nor service is Theo concern. NO RESPONSE FOR OVER 96 HOURS. This isn't a broken summer toy. It's life and death medicine.GO ELSEWHERE!!

I visited this Rite Aid on Cook lane for the first time and I have the say the Pharmacy tech who goes by the name of Darren has to be one of the most rude people. As soon as I greeted him I was hit with complete annoyance and rudeness. He did not answer any of my questions nor did he even offer me any sort of help with my prescriptions. I would have been okay with an “I don’t know” at this point but he seemed like he didn’t even want to do his job. The pharmacy was not full, as I was the only one in line so it wasn’t like he was overwhelmed with a line of customers and I was taking up time. Please do not continue to work at a place you hate because you make it worse for everyone else

Originally rated this location as a five star but due to bad management I must put them at three. I will say the store is in excellent shape but management is short tempered and just overall rude. I can relate because I deal with rude customers on the daily but ultimately the customer is king and should be treated with respect.

Karen lang is the worst store manager as possible she can barely do o her job n wants to sit n blame everyone else nobody there knows how to do there job the pharmacy never has the right prescription they can’t fill anything right I ended up in the hospital because of this pharmacy the workers there are so lazy that they won’t come out from behind the register they are even lucky if they know where anything is

I have been a regular customer here for a long time. Well, that stopped after my visit here tonight. I purchased a variety of items as usual, and then sat in my vehicle in the parking lot for about 30 minutes in plain view while waiting for a headache to subside.....only to find that an employee called the police and said i was suspicious, so i got swarmed by 3 officers. The woman who worked there was previously outside smoking and playing on her phone just a few minutes prior to this. I was just a paying customer.....wellness card & all.I wont be returning here since they cant tell the difference between a regular customer and a criminal. Maybe it was for their entertainment. Seems a bit unjust in my opinion.

I have been calling for days and the phone just rings and rings. This has happened earlier in the week as well. I cannot get through to order my refill. They need to get a phone system that works. I am unable to drive over there to refill this at this time.

Rite Aid is a great pharmacy and store to shop at they always have what you are looking for and they always have great sales on things, try Rite Aid out you will like them.
