I have never been to any Hobby Lobby store before, this was my first time. All I can say is what an amazing place to shop! The employees were all extremely nice and they kept the store very clean and organized! This store really has something for everyone, I cannot believe I waited this long to go to one. I will most definitely be back!!!

When you search through items, you can really find some great deals.Always an adventure shopping as there are so many items to choose from. Lots of gift ideas as well.Very huge warehouse type store that has so many different and unique products to choose from.Checkout was smooth and excellent customer service!

There is nothing worth it about this store. There are far less problematic companies with better home junk stores than this.This HL is one of the worst I’ve been in. The vibe is flea market meets Big Lots… but with a higher price tag. It is littered with tacky home decor and super low quality "craft supplies”—and most items aren’t made in the U.S. If you are an actual artist, there is nothing in this store for you. It’s clear they are catering to a certain crowd. It’s very suburban country… Bob Evan’s.If you want a cheesy quote signs and off-brand Christmas lights made in Cambodia, this is your store.I won’t even get into the beige warehouse vibe inside. It feels outdated. And the customer service? Yikes. I’d rather go anywhere else.

Dang it! This place is awesome! I had never been here and my friend took me here "just to look". Ha! "Just looking" cost me over $200 , LOL! They have great variety of products at great prices. What's not to love??? Bring a big car/truck when you go there ;-)

We found the most amazing bench to decorate the front of our new spa! It was such a bonus that it was already built! The store is clean and always lots of unique decor! Staff is friendly and helpful.

I’d say this trip to the craft store was ok. I only give 4 stars because of steep prices for items that can be diyd for much less. ( I’m talking about the wall fixtures and home decor section of the store)BUT NO WORRIES there’s Christmas music bumping in the background 🎅. The staff was extremely cautious when it came to Covid-19 regulations.I must say the woman runny the cash register area is a great team leader!! She’d be over the intercom anytime more than 2 people hopped in line, which is really appreciated. No staff member seem at all irritated or stressed.On another note the discounts are 25% to I believe 75% ! And that’s a great deal! And if you’re in to floral arrangements then this stores for you, there are giant sections and rows of the store dedicated to the craft. It’s a wonderful store.

So, I planned to purchase a $10 gift box. Behold, a 70% off all Christmas decor event! Needless to say, I spent 1 hr gathering enough decorations for another tree! 15 people deep at all 6 registers - on a Wednesday afternoon. Amazing store!!

I had the best experience on the phone and in the store with the staff at the Robinson location!! I called to ask about a product that I was looking for and spoke with two staff members. By far the best customer service I've had in years! A few days later, I went to pick up what I had called about, and the staff that was working was amazing! So polite and helpful! This will be my go to always from now on for any needs that I have that this store provides!!

They have the absolute best prices around, same items at other craft and hobby stores were almost double the price. The lines can be slow at times, as they don't have bar code scanners, but I never mind as the employees are always very helpful and friendly

I do love this place. They always have the best wall art and unique decor. I don't often dabble in the arts and crafts sections, but I love the abundance of premade selections! They also run frequent sales!

So many amazing things in this store! The decor is always top notch. They have absolutely everything for any craft you can imagine! The sale prices are excellent, though the regular prices aren't bad.My only complaint is that they like to make large displays of assorted products and put big sale signs on the display. BUT only some of the products in the display are actually on sale! You have to read the small print on the sale sign and then look at tags and try to figure out what's included and what's not.It's not usually clear and if you're not watching every item ring up when checking out, you'll find out later you were charged full price. It's actually really sneaky.

My mother went in to the Robinson Hobby Lobby with a painting that she needed framed. Maria was extremely friendly and very helpful in the process with the framing. The frame is beautiful and done to perfection. My mother was over the moon receiving her picture and Maria was equally excited for her. Customer service was beyond expectations and she’s so happy she trusted Maria with her painting to be framed because it’s beautiful. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re needing anything custom framed.

It's what you'd expect--lots of crafty and decorating stuff. I got some nice frames for 50% off--their sale prices are good, regular prices kind of high. It was a little surprising to me to find a lot of "fall" stuff, but not a single "Halloween" item. Apparently they don't think Christians should enjoy Halloween.

Was just in this Hobby Lobby.....wow it's B-I-G. I was looking for a particular Christmas craft ornament and for the life of me I couldn't find but one. I asked a wonderful employee named Debbie if she could help me see if there's any more somewhere. She was so gracious. She even had to get a ladder and check the bins all the way at the top of these shelves. But she found what I was looking for. She went the extra mile!! Great customer service! Thank you so much Debbie 🙂

Lots of fun Christmas decor! It was scattered throughout the store, though, which made shopping a bit more difficult. But in HL's defense, the fall decor was still displayed as well. HL should also stock FAR more Nativity Scenes and place them where shoppers can find them (not isolated over near the fabric section).Aside from that, it should be noted that HL has the best yarn selection, and many of the yarns are NOT made in China (unlike the yarns stocked by HL competitors). Yay, Hobby Lobby!
