Store has new management and staff since last ive been here. You can tell its been updated a bit. Shelves are always full. Employees were kind and helped me carry my large load to my car! Happy greetings and nice farewells and happy chatter! Floors are a bit dirty but it looks like a really old building so i can forgive them for that. Other than that fantastic service! Coming here again for sure! 10/10 service!

Last minute circumstances forced me to hurry and go to the store close to closing time, I arrived at 7:50 pm. The assistant manager DJ, went on to rudely chastise and follow me around the store playing a goodbye song on his phone. I tried my very hardest to keep my composure considering the fact that I shop here locally almost every other day, if not everyday. We then proceeded to get into a mild argument where he went on to tell me that I could go to dollar general next door to spend my hard earned money. So from now on I will be shopping at dollar general instead of family dollar due to the rude, incompetent, disrespectful behavior shown towards me during my time of shopping need. He spoke in a threatening manner while I rushed around the store, well somewhat rushed 😅..🤷🏾‍♀️😂 hey I was already in there...but after such horrific events I will no longer be shopping there and spreading the word on how I was treated, encouraging friends and family to not shop at this location. Hello Dollar General, Goodbye Family dollar, due to your rude worker you have officially lost and ongoing customer.

A few months ago this place sucked. The employees just hung out behind the counter and the shelves were empty. But since they have been managed by the newest mgr. Chris, there has been a vast improvement. There are still lazy employees but for the first time I see the mgr. putting stock on the shelves and trying to keep the store clean. I no longer see employees outside smoking which was a major problem to walk out after waiting in line for 20 minutes because only one register was open and see 2 employees smoking and joking. Also, security and would be a welcome idea for the last 4 hours of the day. A clean and well stocked store is good for the neighborhood. And the mgr. is on the way to making this a reality. Do not transfer him as a reward, give him a raise but leave him at our store.

This place needs to be cleaned up, organized.... Razed to the ground and rebuilt. I ran in to this store for a gallon of milk and literally tripped over the random piles of stuff that seemed to block every single aisle. The cashier was friendly, but was the ONLY employee in the store. I won't be going back.

Vast improvement since the change in manager. The current manager clearly is trying to keep the store in good shape. Shelves are more stocked and kept clean

Store is very disorganized, and not very clean. Lots of empty spaces on shelves.....boxes were blocking aisles and endcaps. A pretty terrible shopping experience.

This Family Dollar always has good sales. Just not a wide variety of boy's clothes. And the new dollar general is awesome

Unfortunately this one is the closet to where i live. It is always dirty looking the stock is always blocking the aisles and the sales people are never to be found.
