The pharmacy is a mess, understaffed and never has prescriptions on time. Continuously saying they are behind. Not the techs fault but a CVS issue. Walgreens is much better and professional in general. Will be switching.

I only go to CVS for prescriptions and have been doing so for nearly a decade now. They are always friendly and I’ve not had a substantial problems. I do hate their phone system with all the prompts. It’s as long as they’re receipts, but in their defense, I hate all automated calls. Wants I get through all the prompts I’m able to speak with a pharmacist or tech almost immediately. I’ve only used the store a handful of times and I don’t recall having any problems. They do close for lunch instead of staggering everyone’s lunch, but I prefer that to them being understaffed for the duration of lunch hours. They are only closed like 30 mins I think. It’s also the only pharmacy I’ve ever been to where I can tell the pharmacist are actual “doctors”. I also appreciate that they are always friendly at check out even though it’s unbelievably busy in the background.

The worst "Manager John" instead of helping the client has the worst attitude, regrettable, they should fire him.I had to return my Amazon package and they are a UPS Access Point I had already come a few days ago and I had no problems in returning my package with only the digital code and without packaging (as indicated by Amazon that I did not have to pack it) in They didn't accept this opportunity because according to "John" it wasn't possible that way. Either way he was disrespectful and with a bad attitude. deplorable.

Told me my UPS package was not there even after I received confirmation with date, time, and worker name saying it was there. Multiple workers insisted the package wasn’t there even though I have confirmation from UPS that it was. 4 workers standing around and not one bothered to even check if the package was there.I had to come back after I then confirmed on the phone that it was there. Wasted time and fuel going back and forth to this place. Do not use this place for a UPS access point at all costs.

Pharmacy used to be in top of filling prescriptions. Now they really good at filling prescriptions I don't need. The ones I need on a certain day the just leave it till the next day. If I didn't have to mark 1 star I wouldnt have given them even one. Horrible!

Never have medication ready. I have come 6 times in the last 6 months. Everytime I’ve been here I’ve had to wait 20-40 minutes for my prescription. They’re severely overbooked and understaffed.

I only use their pharmacy and the staff at this pharmacy are the best I’ve ever encountered. They actually know the names of my family members without me telling them and I only go there once a month. The older pharmacy employees may seem a little cold, but they’re older so I don’t expect them to be all smiles. The store and the parking lot are usually very clean and organized. I rarely purchase anything there bc the prices are high, but that’s the case for most pharmacies.

Great experience this morning at the CVS Dormont!!! I didn't have a mask with me on my way to see a patient at the hospital so stopped in to the store to buy some. When I came in a friendly store employee greated me and asked if she could help me find anything. When I explained my situation she offered me one of the free masks. She made my day on this dreary Saturday morning!! I only wished I had asked for her name to give her more accolades!! Thanks to CVS Dormont and the long brown haired girl for going above and beyond!!!

Everytime I come to this pharmacy, I'm treated like a normal person, with respect. Everyone is very kind and pleasant, especially Jayne. She is an absolute Angel. She has a very bubbly personality, always a smile on her face, and happy to help every customer. I see her treat all her customers the same. They also have a drive thru, which is very convenient when you need it!

I had such a wonderful experience at the cvs pharmacy that I have started to send all my mediciations there. The pharmacy manager Stephen was very helpful when my infant was having some issues. We had went to the doctors and they were to call in the prescription. When we got to the pharmacy there was no prescription called in. He was very helpful in getting it called in right away so we did not have to make an additional trip. He was very polite and pleasant to work with. I have referred many friends and family to this pharmacy.

Once you walk in the cvs employees greet you with a smile and ask if they can help you find anything. This cvs is by far the best organized and very clean!!! J.Mitch gives it 👍 👍

Don’t shop at this location. An employee named Melody made lewd comments about me stating that everyone needs to watch out for me and that I’m shady, and she doesn’t even know me. I always here her making lewd comments to customers and smart aleck remarks about different things to customers. She is NOT the type of person I would want representin my store, and should be put in the back stock room, and the manager John is nothing but a wimp; as well as the general manager of the store. All they did was defend her rather than sticking up for the customer. I highly don’t recommend shoping at this location as I will tell everyone not to go there.

Ignorant old lady that works here with black eyeliner and curly white hair told me I can’t return 3 items without a receipt meanwhile I know you can return without a receipt you’ll need your ID and you’ll receive a money card I know this because I worked at the Carnegie location and we did it all the time!!! She didn’t even want to see what I was returning she just automatically told me no not without a receipt then changes it up and says she can’t if it’s over $25 smh very rude woman she needs to learn how to talk to people

Text recieved that prescription was ready, pull up at 4pm and told it isn't ("wait 20 minutes"), though prescription reads fulfilled at 2:30. Unprofessional, weird shady liars. Not first time it has happened.

Went here to get my drive thru Covid-19 test. The staff was very friendly. If you are planning on using the drive thru keep in mind it's only accessible from Dormont Ave and not the W. Liberty entrance. During busy hours it was a little difficult to make a left out of the entrance and then a Left onto Dormont Ave to get to the drive thru entrance.

This is a pretty large CVS. The cashier's are a bit slow most of the time but overall it's a really nice small shop that is also a pharmacy.
