Great fun anytime, and wonderful for birthday parties. We just had our daughters birthday party there and it was so much fun. The kids all had a blast, we had both boys and girls and everyone had a great time. The staff was great (as always) and they made the party very special. Highly recommend, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My 5 year old daughter and I attended the Pay Your Age Day event yesterday. Yes, the lines were very long, BUT I hand it to Build a Bear for being prepared and having their inventory completely stocked after our 6 hour wait! We arrived at 9:30am, and got into the store at 3:30om. Their staff were all so friendly and patient with everyone, coming out periodically talking with the children and giving us parents updates. Also, the Mall at Robinson staff was amazing! They kept us informed of wait times, inventory, and passed out numerous goodies to the kids to keep them occupied. No one expected the turn out to be as big as it did, but it was an AMAZING day!! My daughter and I had so much fun and she was so excited when we finally got into the store and she got to make her My Little Pony Songbird Serenade. Thanks Build A Bear for another wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!!

We took our son there on his B-day, He loved it!!! The staff was awesome with him, they engaged him and really tried to include him in every aspect 9f building his bear.I'm sure we'll go again down the road. 😁

My granddaughter came to visit from hours away, and was soooo excited to make a bear. We got here and found out the store was closed - on a Wednesday afternoon! Neighboring stores said that this Build-a-Bear location’s employees come and go as they please. When we enquired of the mall information desk, they said the store was closed due to staffing issues.

The store we visited (because of Covid-19 measures) was very slow and we ended up waiting a good 20-30 minutes. Some major things have changed. For example, you have to let the worker stuff your bear instead of manually using the pedal. There were only a few workers when we went, which would explain why they were so slow. Build a Bear is very dear to my heart, and it's a very nostalgic place, all in all still worth it to go.

First off challenge has been set, my army of Olafs on Dragons will destroy and eat your collections. One of the best locations I have been to as long as you go early during the week. One of the ladies is just much better at her job than the others, this is not to discredit the others, she is just that much fun and a great sense of humor. My wife and I do BAB to commemorate certain occasions and at least a couple date nights a year. We also do them in different locations throughout the country, I went tell you the lady's name but a hint to know you got her is the Bear puns, absolutely great and so far countless.

First time customer. I was out there to get a SHARKWEEK 🐳 shark. For myself and I'm a big kid. The staff Maxine and Amber were Jawsome🦈🦈. So much fun and energy put into there jobs was great to see and deserves acknowledgement. They make everyone feel very welcome and have fun with them. Would not hesitate to go there again. My daughter had been asking for a Build-A-Bear party for some time, so we decided to book one. After initially booking at the Ross Park Mall location, we decided to switch over to the Mall at Robinson location instead, due to a better location/proximity to a food court (we wanted relative ease in walking 15 7 year olds through a mall to have pizza and cake afterwards). We received confirmation of our change and party booking time via email, as well as a reconfirmation of the party details a week before.When we got to the Build a Bear 20 minutes before party start time, we were shocked to find out that the store did not have record of our impending party in their system, even as we showed them our party confirmation and reconfirmation emails on our phone. Adding to our woes was the fact that another party had been simultaneously scheduled and we were not sure if we would be able to have a party experience as expected. However, what could have turned into a chaotic disaster of a situation with 2 simultaneous parties ended up being a fantastic and perfectly executed party, despite the initial stress. The staff was professional and courteous, and quickly divided the various tasks in managing the store to accommodate both parties. Everyone had a blast, and it was not one bit noticeable that this additional party was, to the staff at least, an impromptu additional 15 children on a busy Saturday afternoon. The were amazing and an example of grace under pressure.If considering a Build-A-Bear party, I’d highly recommend using the Mall at Robinson location. They were experts in providing a beary delightful experience to a gaggle of 7 year olds!

Build a bear needs to come up with a party room. Took my children to BAB and they couldn't even enjoy their time or the little extras of building the bear because it was closed off due to the party going on. BAB loss less money I had to spend.

Now, I'm not quite sure if the time I went there is the same as now, but my time was pretty decent.The staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the lines weren't that long.
