Nice atmosphere but execution was lacking. Stopped in here to start our evening in Phoenixville. My wife ordered the Bluebird and I had the Firebird.My wife enjoyed her drink but mine was a complete fail. My drink was served in a coupe glass with a Chipotle rim. The server clearly never had any bar service or basic etiquette training because he carried my drink with his fingers on the bottom of the glass and his thumb on the rim! Disgusting! That is where the customer puts their mouth! The customer owns the top 2/3 of the glass- a server should carry the drink from the bottom of the stem.I waited for my original server to return to send the drink back, but she completely disappeared. I finally gave up waiting and drank from the side opposite from where the server had his thumb (I could tell because the Chipotle rim was missing and smudged at that spot). But the drink itself was actually disgusting as well. Waaaay too much lime, it was so sour it was undrinkable.The woman who we ordered our drinks from never returned to check on us- she finally came after I walked up to the bartender asking for my check.I would have given them a 1 for terrible service and my bad drink, but scored them a two because my wife liked her drink.Hopefully, they re-train their staff for future patrons. I will likely not be returning.

Stopped in to grab a flight and try their 5 bourbons. The menu we had didn't specify ages, but I found online they opened in 2015, so for a younger distillery and what I'm assuming isn't aged long, the bourbon tastes good. However, the prices for a bottle are too high. For the same price you can buy a more aged bourbon with developed flavors. Would recommend this place for a quick drink, but not bottle purchase.The atmosphere is nice. Staff are friendly. No food sold here, but you can bring your own. Parking is difficult as expected for the area.

The drinks are always so good. They have a really nice range to accommodate everyone with a very welcoming chill atmosphere to top it all off. Love stopping here over the different seasons to try all their rotating drinks.

Fabulous cocktails with unique ingredients. It does take time to get your drink however this is because the bartenders hand-craft each one. Tried the Comfortably Numb, Autumn in Bethany and Old Fashioned and I would recommend them all.

Someone recommended this place to me for happy hour when I was traveling for work and it was a great choice!They make every cocktail with care right in front of you. They're very detail oriented. We were there during a happy hour special when cocktails were only $7. I wanted to try almost all of the cocktails they had.We ended up getting the Mandela Effect, the Pseudosophistication, the Good Life, the Gin 'N Juice, the Lucid, and the White Curls in a Hot Pink Hot Wheels.My two favorites were the Mandela Effect and the Pseudosophistication followed closely by the White Curls in a Hot Pink Hot Wheels.These were some of the best cocktails I've ever had. All of them were very good.The space was nice too. It wasn't loud or crowded, they had enough seating, and they had games to play while you hung out. They don't have any food there.I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in town!

Fun environment. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different alcohols. Try a flight of 6 to experience the large variety. The bathroom sink is “fricking weird” and modern said a friend. Their are cocktails seemed very popular. There are high bar stools and a few comfy couches.

Great place for cocktail lovers! They have a good list with some interesting names. Tried Phoenixville Old Fashioned, Blackberry Smash & Comfortably Numb, they were all good. They did play some classic rock which was a plus!

A little pricey but my FAVORITE spot to get cocktails! They make and sell their own bottles on the premises which adds a homegrown feel. The decor is great for pictures, they have an awesome outdoor area (weather permitting) that is dog friendly as well! Not to be dramatic but each drink is a masterpiece.

Went with a group and got to try a bunch of their drinks. They know what they are doing at bluebird. Expertly crafted cocktails, smooth and flavorful. The original “bluebird” is delicious. The “good life” is also fantastic. Our favorite drink by far though was the “Polynesian pocket square”! Would go again!!!!

Rude service. Waited 14 mins to order after going up to ask. Staff then made fun of my mother as she walked away. I was waiting in the bathroom line so they didn’t realize I saw. Also one bathroom for quite a big establishment. Then after asking a waitress that came by told me “it’s is a Friday night” as if I wasn’t aware it was a Friday. I work in retail so I understand but the attitude was ridiculous. I said we were waiting 20 minutes to another party at my table (not to the waitress) but she had to step in and say we actually placed your order 8 minutes ago. Yes 8 mins ago after we asked 15 mins ago so 22 mins to get a drink? Loved this place for years but I recommend to not go here on a Friday or weekend because you know it’s a Friday so bad service is what to except according to their staff.

$12.00 for a bad cocktail. When it was still full and the girl came to bring the check, which took forever even though it was empty, she didn’t even ask about why the drink was still full, if it was good, would I like something different. Then the prompt required a minimum 18% gratuity for almost no service on a bad drink. So ultimately, I paid over $14.00 for taking a sip out of a bad drink and waiting forever for service when it was empty.
