Every time I go in, I ask right away for help finding a product or just information, and they're always as helpful as can be. As opposed to big box stores, the staff are knowledgeable about lots of different things and know where to find everything you need.

Not every employee are helpful, they just stand around until you're ready to checkout. Thankfully Google is always there to help answer my questions about products. It's no wonder why I pick big box stores like Lowe's or Home Depot vs small town stores like Ace.

The staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable. The isles tend to feel a little confining in places within the store but it's a near perfect place to get the things to fix your broken things.
