Came here for meds while i was sick and asked a associate for assistance. The boy Daniel was so unnecessarily rude to me and refused to assist me! When I called him out for being rude he lied and said he was the manager. I reported this incident to Walgreens corporate. All I got was an email apologizing from the real manager and Daniel is still there. For that reason i haven't and will not return to a Walgreens again. They dont respect their customers! Daniel if you don't like the brown people you service in this neighborhood then go somewhere else

I have never encountered such an unprofessional and hostile pharmacist (Lily). If you lack compassion and empathy, you should not work in the healthcare field. Furthermore, it’s well known that African American communities are disproportionately burdened by poor health outcomes, much in part due to stigma, bias, and racism in healthcare settings. Therefore, the community deserves a pharmacist who is not only caring, but who also grasps how her behavior directly impacts those she serves.

The Asian woman at the pharmacy counter was very rude. Even though I suffered 7 gunshot wounds & was prescribed an opiate by my doctor & got a prior authorization,she said she holds the rights to refuse any customer. PLEASE stop hiring people to work in our community who so blatantly display racism,bias & clearly have a disdain for our people

I give the three stars for the cashiers up front who really try their best to keep their shxt together because as someone who lived around here for several years and watch the atmosphere change, the same faces of workers attitudes have changed because of the solicitors and the thieves. They are tired of it.Shelves are always empty or locked because the bums steal constantly. Ill never forget i went to buy some detergent and i saw this man come in with two bags, filled them all both up & he looked me dead in my eye and walked out without a care in the world. One girl came in and asked a worker for Similac from out the lock box and when the worker brought it up front she asked the worker for something else that was locked up and the moment the worker walked off to get what she asked for, she looked at everyone in the line, reached over the counter for that similac and walked right out.As convenient as this location is, i think this location will soon be gone just like the Rite Aid down the street. Its just a matter of time.

I had a very bad experience, if I could give them a zero stars I would. A gentleman by the name of Daniel has the worst customer service you could ever receive. He does not know the policies but makes them up. I am not done yet and I will send a complaint to the BBB

It's usually not so busy when I've been there. Signing up for their saving program is highly advisable. Some prices are out of hand but they do have some good deals that you can also apply their program coupons to for added savings.I'm a very specific in my purchases there to be sure the asking price is reasonable prior to subtracting the sale price on savings. That said, I was able to reduce a $45 bill to $20 with sale items, program incentive if $7 on purchase over $20, and other coupons.Down side is their bags aren't worth the dime they "CHARGE" for them. Don't get me started on this "charge me for a bag because I spent enough to need one" conversation,😡🤬

Waited 40 minutes at the pharmacy only to be sent to another Walgreens 30 minutes away. Pharmacist told me she would call the second location ahead of time. I got there and they had no idea what I was talking about.People don’t have time to spend 2 hours on an errand that should take 20 minutes.

I just came from Walgreen's 63rd St. I haven't been in there since the riots during Covid and it was supposed to be a much better experience than before Covid. Before Covid they had the most ignorant Front Cashier's and now after Covid, the same thing. At least sometimes you would get a Cashier that actually spoke when you came in before Covid, now even though there was no one in line, she looked right at me and said nothing. Even when I got in line, there was one person in front of me but we had to wait because she was on the phone. We stood there for about 5 minutes before she finally rung him up, while still on the phone. When it was my turn, she's STILL on the phone, so again she didn't speak. Hung up the phone finished my transaction and didn't say anything. No I know I will definitely NOT EVER come back in THIS store!!

Very, badly stocked and dirty inside. The only reason they get three stars is because the young lady who was my checkout clerk was very competent and pleasant. Plus, the older woman behind me was unfiltered and reminded me of how much I miss my mom…. She could’ve done her own standup routine.

I ran in there on thur evening to get some magnesium tables. When I git them home, they had the white tab removed from it. To my horror and disbelief, I put them straight into the trash. How disgusting I will never ever go back to this branch or probably in any of them. Horrified and mad.

This location has the most unprofessional Pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. In my personal life or in my professional career. My provider sent over my prescription on April the 5th. I called yesterday on April 8th to let them know I'd be on my way to pick up my meds. I was told that they weren't sure when my medication would be in. Normally a Pharmacy will call me and let me know. So I can discuss my options. Yesterday I requested to have them provide me with whatever they had in stock and I was told no.They were very non chalant and disrespectful. I notified them that I was a traveling Healthcare worker and had a flight out this afternoon to another state. They showed no regard. The Pharmacist should be ashamed of herself. But obviously she doesn't care much for people. She gave excuses and attitude. Luckily I know how to report them.

I called in advance to pick up my FedEx package. Despite FedEx sending me a message saying my package arrived on Friday, ( I went in to pickup at location on Tuesday). The representative continued to say my package was not there. I decided to come into the store, because sometimes mistakes happen. When I arrived I let the manager whose name was Tionni know that I was here for a pickup. She looked at me and said “he on on the truck he be out in 10minutes” and turned away. After 20 minutes, I got no apology she did NOTHING to assist me. I began walking back over to her to try to get her to DO SOMETHING this young lady saw me approaching and intentionally walked away. Finally a manager named Matt came to the register and I asked him to please help me. He immediately went and released the package for me and not only did he do that he carried the package to my car for me.Now that is the Walgreens service I know & love, Thank you MATT for turning this experience around. As for the young woman named Tionni you are a manager DO BETTER, you are supposed to be the highest representation of Walgreens values which includes courtesy and good service- you did NOT reflect that whatsoever, I was SHOCKED that someone who didn’t care that much would be a manager.

The photo department messed up my calendar- the pages wouldn’t turn and the hole punch was at the edge of the page so it was an indent instead of something you could actually use to hold up the calendar. I went back and asked for a re-print. After an hour of waiting I noticed it was printing from the beginning again- the guy said he’d made a mistake with it but would print it again real quick. I said I’d come back tomorrow to pick it up because I couldn’t wait another hour. I came back again today and the guy said he put the calendar out on the counter but it just disappeared. He proceeded to start reprinting again. He said it would only take 5 minutes. 10 minutes later it’s not even halfway done. I ask if I come back tomorrow if it’ll actually be there. He said yes- but we’ll see. This level of unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customers time is ridiculous.

This store SUCKS. I don’t know if they have a new manager but she is the worst. In addition the cashier with the blond locks is soooooo rude.I purchased a wrong phone card. I go back in a few minutes later to try and return it. They tell me it’s not returnable and the cashier should’ve told me this. He was busy talking to a coworker and neglected to mention that. Even so the manager has the ability to void and return. Of course the manager and assistant weren’t at work. I go in today and the manager was so rude and dismissive. She was unhelpful and I was out of luck. I called corporate and they are giving me the runaround. Talking about wait 2-3 days for this to be resolved. I need my money NOW!!!

I came to this location because they were the only location with a certain cologne. I asked the manager Matt if he could tell me where it was. He immediately told me that they did not carry it, without even checking. I then asked him where the perfume section was and he told me the wrong isle. Then he proceeded to be rude to my 2 year old by telling him he needs to move, while he was stocking the shelves. REALLY?!?!? Horrible, I will be calling corporate!!!

The Pharmacy employee filled my medications wrong and gave me the run around saying already fill them. I gave them my prescriptions in on Sunday the 23 rd of January when I went to pick them up on the 27 th the remaining prescriptions still had not even been processed.

Nobody working there knows anything. From the Associates to the Pharmacist, none of them could help me find what I was looking for. I know I was speaking english, so someone needs to retrain the employees or hire new staff. Every time I go to this Walgreens, there’s always a problem. Because of that, it’s making me like CVS again.

Photo staff does not do their job. Procrastinates all day and then tells you they can’t do the job only after you question why it isn’t ready like it Walgreens said it would be. Does not greet customers, answers the phone as if they are answering their personal cell phone.

Pharmacy is one of the worst to deal with.This was my local pharmacy that i used alot of time for me and my family,but will not return unless they have deals on soda or laundry detergent.The store staff is very helpful,but the pharmacy is way below customer friendly.
