The last 2 times I've ordered for pick-up, my order wasn't ready. Today I chose a time slot one hour earlier than I needed, and still, they're not ready. I received a text changing the time. I come at said time to pick up my order. I'm told they'll start shopping it now. At this point I can shop for myself. I only did pick-up because of my work schedule. I just wanted to order groceries, and pick them up on my way home from work so I could cook dinner. I work retail so I understand being busy but this seems to be a pattern with them. I gave 3 stars because although this is frustrating the associates were kind.

Purchased 2 packages of st Louis ribs 7.75 immediately took it home and put it in the freezer for another time to cook . A few days later I decided to prepare these ribs as soon as I opened the package a horrible foul odor, smelled spoiled. So now you guys are selling spoiled meat I would avoid this place. From the looks of the supermarket it doesn't look clean at all what else are you guys selling that's spoiled the picture is the ribs in the trash what a waste!

I think this shop rite is really good here’s why, the shells are always stocked. The staff are always willing to help and the place is so organized. They also have a halal meat section which is cheap if I do say so myself. This shop rite is a place I would recommended for Muslims like me trying to find halal meat. Horrific conditions where the produce is kept in the cold cases. If you look up you will see there is rust and mold dripping from the top where the water sprays. I asked a manger about it and he kind of blew me off like oh we are getting new cases you have to bare with us not absolutely no excuse

The store itself has improved tremendously but the bakery is horrible they mess up your order call the manager and they could care less that they messed up. Never apologized basically told me that there is nothing that they can do. And they not fixing it. I will forever be a BROWN SHOPRITE SHOPPER as far as bakery because levick is horrible and has no care in the world!!

I was surprised to see the parking lot practically full in the afternoon today. The lines looked pretty good when I walked in. By the time I finished shopping there were only 4 lines available. All were full and hardly moving. That wasn’t the worst of my visit. Aside from price hike for food today.Shop rite freshly smokes ribs. Well today I went over to the counter and the ribs looked a little dark. I thought maybe they were cooked a bit longer or it was the seasoning they used. It was neither. The ribs looked as if they were two days old and stale. I couldn’t believe that shop rite would sell something that looks as if it should be placed in the trash. If the standard of fresh food has gone this low. I will pass on going there again.

Horrible customer service. First of all, we just moved here we aren’t familiar with this shoprite. My dad wanted to purchase beer and we asked a worker to double check and she gave us the rudest attitude for no reason. She was a caucasian lady with blonde hair. I can tell by the reviews that these workers attitudes are always disgusting. Don’t shop here. It was literally my birthday and I had to deal with this?

Love the bakery. They make great cakes n cupcakes for all occasions. I ask for one layers cakes with special toppings either on the sides or tops and they do not disappoint. Best of all everyone loved it. They were impressed to hear they came from ShopRite. Love it. Great taste, lovely decorated to my liking and beat of all low price!!!!

If I could rate this shoprite a 0, I would!!!! The employees have disgusting attitudes and yell at customers. We ask a simple question and they are so rude for no reason. Yelling for what. I’m talking about the WHITE LADY with the glasses. She is disgusting and awfully rude for no reason. Don’t go here.

This store has slowly declined in service and cleanliness. It is so dirty and the food preparation practices are lacking. The video depicts a person preparing salad for sale using bear hands no covering while giving high five to other employees. Eat at your own risk from this store. I wouldn't recommend.

After buying expired products on multiple occasions I started checking the dates and turned out this store is LOADED WITH EXPIRED PRODUCTS. On the photo is a yogurt that expired 14 days ago!!!!!!!! (today is November 5). This used to be my favorite store in the area so this is really frustrating.

Terrible customer service. Staff was giving nothing but eye rolls when being asked a question in regards to policy. All I wanted was a simple answer/ conversation. Staff at front podium walked away while being asked a question. Once again, terrible customer service. Unfortunately I’ve noticed that all the shoprites from Collin are the same. Sure there are individuals who do their jobs and treat their customers fairly and with respect but they seem to be few and far in between. Don’t mind the extra drive to shop rite of Brown in Cheltenham from now on.

I stopped by yesterday to get some tortillas and go to self check out section that I use all the time. And for some reason it was hard for the scanner to read the barcode. I ask one of the employees for help and the young man was so mad and upset for no reason. He even tried it himself a couple times, which was neither working for him . He kept rudely yelling at me at the end just Scan the barcode. I have been working with scanners for 15 years and maybe the just need to be cleaned. Customer service needs to be way better.

The reason I gave 1 star is because I got a birthday cake for my son and the person that decorated the cake messed up the icing and the writing was sloppy I had to keep the cake bc it was the only Cake if it's kind. I'm not satisfied the person in bakery was not qualified to decorate or handle cakes oh and he spelled my son's name wrong and I verbalized the spelling and wrote it out 😔

I rarely have a problem with this store. I normally get home delivery and sometimes get what I ordered, if not substitute. However, lately I haven't been able to get a time slot for my delivery. Very disappointing because I have to go to the Shoprite on Fox Street which fees are much higher and they ask to tip the driver. ( Door dash) which I hate. So. All in all I pay $25.00 at Fox st, instead of $14.99 Oxford & Levick Get it together.

Lots of improvements here. This was my regular market for years. Then it started to slide in a negative way. Floors were dirty,etc.They are definitely working hard to keep their customers. It's cleaner. Better stocked shelves and cold cases.

the aisles on the website didn't list all inventory, and some of the aisles weren't matching up with the website. It was confusing.
