This pharmacy is so hard to get in contact with and once you do order your refillThey seem bothered and I give them 3 hours and I go there and they look mad at me for needing my medication??? I need to have all my families prescriptions forwarded to another store soI can talk to a realPerson. The pharmacist was even ruder, I reported her but idk what happened and o would never report anyone about their job but this isn’t the first time she was rude or looked mad that I was picking up my medication:(

This is a clean and decent sized store that still maintains a neighborhood pharmacy feel. The Pharmacy can be busy at times but they work hard and I have never had to wait long for prescriptions phoned in advance. There can be the occasional brusk employee but overall the pharmacy staff is nice enough.

Worst customer service I have ever received at any Rite Aid. Came in for a walk in flu shot, was told it was at the discretion of the pharmacist if she wanted to administer it. I was denied. The store was completely empty and had multiple appts available. Definitely felt completely discriminated against and will never return to this rite aid!

This store is a 2 minute walk from my house and was a great store HOWEVER over the last 6 months, it's taken a sharp drastic downhill slide!! The customer service is lacking in congeniality and knowledge. They act like you are bothering them when you ask a question, or God forbid want something that is locked up. I haven't been able to get into my account online in a year even with online customer service helping and tonight, I had to get something and decided to go there out of convenience only. They have hours posted until 10pm. If so, why are the doors locked at 935 and a person just looked at me when I was trying to open the door??? They never closed or locked the doors before 955pm before. Your hours say you are open til 10pm then you should be! Whatever management that is there now, need to make sure everyone understands your customers are what keeps your store from shutting down and if they don't want to keep the store open until the posted 10pm, they shouldn't work the closing shift!!!! Cudos for losing another customer of Rite Aid

The most unfriendly rite aid I’ve ever been to. I got a wisdom tooth pulled and went to pick up my medication. The pharmacist told me to come back in 1 hour because “she was about to take her break.” Her assistant looked at me funny as soon as I approached the counter because one side of my face was droopy. And the cashier was unfriendly and short. I’ll drive the extra mile to another rite aid before I go to this one again.

You call to have your prescription refilled they say they need at least a couple hours to refill three prescriptions then you go there are 3 hours later there's two or three people behind the counter I asked for my prescription it's not filled and I got to wait 20 minutes every time I never had to wait to get a prescription refilled I don't even know how my old pharmacy that closed down sold me to rite aid

Since my wife stop working for them to get a prescription filled is so frustrating. Certain employees are good, but others are just very ignorant and have a lazy approach for their work ethic. I have contacted their corporate office TWICE already. The DM gets it fixed, but why do you have to keep doing this!

Aho everyone, this rite aid location is the ideal get in get out large chain pharmacy/grocery in South Philly. You don't have to dodge addicted in crisis mutants on your approach or departure. The store is clean and the staff are professional.

I stop by to purchased covid19 testing (due to recent Omicron outbreak and wanted to be safe) today and the lady at the pharmacist helped me out. I asked if there other tests she lied to me and said no (while I was looking at a different Covid-19 home kit on the shelf) smh. As I give her the cash, she handed me back my changes and put the my items (which I've purchased) in a bag and just throw it at me instead handing it to me (while I reached my hand out). Pretty rude and unprofessional..

Shocked to see so many negative reviews- I’ve never had any problems with the staff here they are always extra helpful to me ( In the front end of the store) I can’t really speak for the pharmacy area.

I've always had fair reviews about the pharmacy here.. they can never answer questions thoroughly. this time I've had it.. between me & my doc calling the pharm.. the first 4 times, no answer.. 5th time, I got transferred to the pharmacist named Henry, was on hold for 10 minutes.. on hold-music was playing, then after 10 minutes, someone picked up, then hung right up. called back again, 3 times... no answer. this place can kiss my *** anymore.

This place is always clean. The staff is very welcoming. I always find there what Im looking for. Once I went to the store at the closing time, and they let me in to get what I wanted. Very nice place 👍

I don’t need to stand in a line and listen to union shop talk as I’m waiting for the person at the resister to finish talking to a union representative. There is a time and place and in front of customers is not the place in my opinion. I would like to pay and leave!

Arrived into town on work travel without a phone charger and went to buy one here. Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was met at the door by a worker who was going to lock the door. I said that all I needed was a charger and she said that they were closed. Another potential customer arrived at the same time as me and was turned away as well.
