2021 Review:Very poorly stocked. Hardly have anything on the shelves. Either rite aid corporate isn’t stocking the shelves because it doesn’t think the hood deserves to have access to their products, the employees themselves aren’t stocking product, rite aid is understaffing this location or people are stealing from this store. Whatever the reason, it’s never fully stocked when I go in.Also when I went here to get a covid shot in 2021, this location severely restricted times for when people could get covid shots, which made it a lot harder for working black folks in the neighborhood to get vaccines.September 2023 Updated Review:Updated with empty shelf photos for proof of poorly stocked shelves in September 2023.As of September 2023, they are employing an antivax & antimasker pharmacist named Vincent to administer vaccines who refuses to get vaccinated himself. He believes in conspiracy theories about covid vaccines and masks.Don’t get your vaccines here if you’re medically fragile and can’t be around a medical professional that believes in and acts on unscientific conspiracy theories regarding public health measures. He won’t mask for you and nor will he have gotten his annual vaccinations to protect customers like you.Protect yourself and go somewhere else to get vaccinated.

Rite Aid has closed a number of locations. This one looks like all the delivery trucks just decided to stop stocking. The store is very bright due to the lack of items on the shelves. It's fortunate the employees got to keep their job. There is always security at the door. There is always someone at the register. It's the best run Rite Aid with minimal items available for sale. The pharmacy is fully operational.

I go there for my prescription but the shelve be bare. The line sometimes be long depending on the time. It's a quick stop if your not going to the pharmacy.

This Rite Aid has fell off TREMENDOUSLY! Your prescriptions are never filled at the time they say it will be. Once you get to the store they say it's a 40 min wait. When calling the pharmacy, they place you on hold and NEVER come back to the phone. The phone starts ringing again then it just hangs up. They don't care how you feel and come off very rude. I've been coming here for years but it's time I switch!!

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy! You can never reach anyone via telephone. I’ve been calling for days trying to reach someone to no avail. I will be switching my pharmacy.

This pharmacy needs to close down. It has gone downhill in the last 5 years. I know the neighborhood is ghetto but come on act like you want to work. Customer service is horrible they will let that phone ring for hours. Everyone behind the counter looks like they don’t know what to do just lost. Meds are never filled on time. Nothing and I mean nothing on the shelves and that has been ongoing for the last year. What’s up with the locks on pampers and laundry detergent. I’m going to another pharmacy.

This location is ran by a bunch of incompetent employees. Especially the pharmacy section. They say when medicine is available only to say later it's not available. This has happened twice this week.

They leave you on hold and never come back or they hang up on you! This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of patronizing. I’m transferring my mom’s prescriptions back to the Acme up State Road expeditiously!!!

Don't make the mistake of having your prescriptions sent here. They will tell you that your meds will be ready by a certain day and time, but then they won't actually have it ready for at least an addition 3-5 days, and all of that is IF you're lucky enough to be able to even get to the pharmacy counter. Add in a bit of unfriendly and unhelpful service, consistently low stock of products on shelves, and inability to answer phone calls and it's just all around a horrible pharmacy. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

To whoever that employee that decided to profile me because I "was leaving the store too quickly and only entered for 30 seconds" and then proceeded to accuse me of shoplifting, enjoy not only losing your job, but also potentially shutting down this location due to poor customer service and negligence. I will be reporting this to the store manager and making the necessary legal proceedings for a full closure to prevent this from ever happening to another person. Sorry to those who depend on this location as a pharmacy, but I rather customers go elsewhere people can receive quality service and not deal with the unnecessary attitudes of employees that are being paid unfairly and an environment that is unwelcoming. Thanks again!

They hardly have any of the items that I’m looking for. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that the little boy employees were popping up in every aisle that I was in to which I addressed at the checkout. Do better with your customers! Everyone doesn’t steal your merchandise! I will address it again!

Customer service is horrible, it’s not orderly, and it’s nasty in that place. Pharmacy area needs to cleaned up, and they need to get trash picked up in outside in front of the store.

If you have to call about a medication, expect to wait 30 minutes for a pharmacist on the phone. and then be hung up on. I've never actually spoken with someone on the phone before, just had them tell me to hold and been punted back to the automatic hold til it times out and rings them again. 🙃The staff are friendly and kind (when I've gone in person), but they're obviously extremely overworked.

I called to get my Grandbaby medicine fill and she told me that they don’t have it in stock because a lot of people use it.. so I said I know you do inventory so you shouldn’t be out of stock with no one medicine she was very rude and not acting professional and than she told me you can go other places… with all these complaints on then and people calling Corporate it like they don’t care but just like I stop using them for my medicine I will stop using rite aid for her medication it don’t make no sense until people stop dealing with them

I keep saying I'm not patronizing this Rite Aid anymore but then I give them another chance and get the same results. This is not my first time complaining I've even called the 800number but I guess because the store is in a black neighborhood complaints fall on deft ears. The lines are usually long. The staff is rude and not helpful (I am disabled and was told I had to go get a case of water and put it on the counter so I just left the store without purchase as I has done numerous times. I live 2 blocks from this store and would rather drive 12 blocks to CVS than spend my money where the customer is horrible.

The store is well kept but the Assistant Manager Bob who wouldn’t give me a last name was very nasty. He had the nerve to yell at me in front of customers, “take $300 from the store, I don’t care”. I said I’ll do one better Bob, I’ll contact corporate Bob and report you. I only went there to receive a Western Union and ask the cashier if there was available funds for $300 and I she said yes. It took me 5 minutes to get the 8 digit code.Mr. Bob needs a reality check, I am part of the customer service world and I do not treat customers in that manner. I am sure if I did I wouldn’t be in the position I was in.

Horrible, they all over the place in there. I took a prescription to get filled they told me 3 days. 3 days later they said wait another 2 days. Staff is rude. Idk what happened to the place but it went downhill fast.

This rite is horrible some of the workers do thier jobs, and the other don't. They don't pick up the phone, the employee's look like they do not want to be there. They don't let you know before coming to pick up medicine if all of your meds was filled.

It is so embassing how these employees, especially in the pharmacy, behavior. They are rude & impolite. It didn't use to be like this. I feel bad that they do not exercise customer service ettiqite. Do you have to train someone to be polite, pleasant & respectful especially when that is what they're met with. They act like the customer has done something wrong, u even get crazy looks & attitudes when you're asking a question; like they get offended because you are inquiring, politely, about a med they have to take. Im referring, for the most part, about the ppl (mostly black Afro American women) at the pick-up window outside.

I order my mediation at 2pm and didn't receive a phone call telling me it's ready so I decided to call,no answer kept calling no answer finally got here and the pharmacist tell me we out. SMH stood there waiting for 30 more minutes for the pharmacist to check and see what other rite aid has it in stock.

I always have to call over and over for my prescription to be filled, went in there today for my son medicine and they said it wasnt ready, i called my doctor, put them on the phone with him and they pulled the medicine from behind the counter. They give people the run around and they dont answer the phones when you call. This is my last time going there.

The guards are probably the best employees they have even though they should have more there but the cashiers never there they even catch attitudes when it’s time for customer serviceit’s probably they smart for closing so nobody can catch an lawsuit for but customer don’t see that OTHER THEN THAT THE GUARDS IS THE ONLY ONES I ASK HELP FOR THEY GREET YOU WITH A SMILE AND BE KIND
