Thursday 01/04 I received two different types of medications in the same pill bottle. I told the lady pharmacist what happened and she told me don't worry, "God got you covered" while I appreciate the prayer I also paid close to $30 for my prescription and I'm now nervous to take anything from there. I went back to the store Monday 01/08 and the store looked extremely short staffed lines were long only 1 register in the pharmacy worked. The technicians Thalia and larhonda were polite and working hard to get the lines down. I feel like they need more staff and better pharmacy leadership. I also overheard customers saying stuff like the lines wouldn't be long if Tiffany was here or Tiffany doesn't make us wait which was disheartening because Tiffany is always messing up my medications. This store should definitely be next to close. Tiffany messes up a lot and likes to blame her staff. I personally have my opinion about how Tiffany does things. From time to time when I go to the rite aid I catch her saying terrible remarks about a few of her staff members,which I find very unprofessional. I just think it's time for someone to address the issues. I'm over this store and ready to complain to the corporate , especially about Miss Tiffany's behavior

Awful! They need to close this rite aid down. Clearly no one is available to do their jobs. Beyond the fact that the shelves are never stocked and always empty. There are reviews from months ago complaining about no one answering phones, just moved to the neighborhood about a year ago, and they still haven’t changed. I can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Collectively over the past weekend I’ve sat on hold for an hour! They hang up on you in the pharmacy. I used to work for rite aid and this was never acceptable. You had to at the very least answer the phone take your time to say hello thank you for calling please hold. Tried going around there to talk to the manager she didn’t even care, had 0 concern, looked at me very unamused when I was explaining to her id been trying to call the pharmacy for the last hour. And told me to either reach out to the pharmacy manager (how can I do that when they don’t answer the phone) or go the corporate route. I even tagged rite aid on Instagram about this issue. Because ultimately these people are dealing with other peoples medications. It’s not something to be taken lightly. There are customers who are disabled and can’t make it into the store and need someone else to pick up their things. So calling to check if it’s ready is the most operative solution. And the way they just casually don’t answer, or barely take the time to say hello and place you on hold is frustrating to say the least. The rite aid social media team did nothing but take down my info, and I never heard back from anyone. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN. One of the worst in the city.

This place ROCKS! Oh boy, where do I begin? I started coming to this Riteaid a little while back when my local store closed. I can't tell you how stressed I was about changing pharmacies and making sure I received my medications. When I first arrived in the area I noticed that the area could use some love and tlc but nonetheless I needed my medications so I entered the store. Initially I was a bit hesitant because there was such long lines in the front and at the pahramcy but once you get in line you know why. There is typically just 1 or 2 people on register and 1 or 2 people filling prescriptions. I was later told that they took on the clientele of 5 other pharmacies, so this location has 6 pharmacies in 1 with the staff of only one. That blew my mind, they really should be able to hire more help. But I digress, when I went to the pick up to grab my medications unfortunately they weren't ready yet due to the high volume of prescriptions they get every day. However, the nice girl Talia, asked if i would want to wait around 20 minutes to have my medications filled. I was a ways away from home so I opted to wait. It seemed like as soon as I sat down to wait they were calling me to the register to get medications. The guy that rang me out, Angel, was super nice and helped me add my insurance so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Everytime I go in there, usually mornings, the morning staff is always so friendly and inviting. It's unfortunate how often people forget that the staff are people too and doing the best they can. I've seen many times belligerent customers cursing them out and threatening them because they don't have the patience for them to fill their prescriptions. I pray people remember that patience is a virtue and that they are doing their best with the staff that they have. Love love love this riteaid, the black pharmacist lady is always so nice and they're always willing to help people get a better price for their meds or inform them about their medications. I hope this place never closes, if corporate knew what was good for them they would give everyone raises and hire more help. Could not reccomend a better pharmacy!

Need to hire more staff. There is no reason customers should not be able to get in touch with the pharmacy and are constantly put on hold. They should have shut this location instead of the one near 6000 N. Broad street

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They NEVER answer the PHONE. The DRIVE THRU is NEVER open. The website to reorder medication is horrible it just buffers continuously. I was transferred to this pharmacy as mine closed abruptly. There is always at least a 20 minute wait in line. Nevermind the cashier popping her gum while ringing you up and talking... I hate it here..

Please do NOT go to this pharmacy! Every time I go in, their technicians Thalia and Makala are ALWAYS on their phones w/AirPods in having full conversations with whomever. That is 100% against HIPPA. Now their friends and family know of not just my own medical history but other patients as well. The two girls were even talking about previous patients before I walked up the the drop off counter. Calling them all types of derogatory names. This store is ridiculous. I called from 3 different cell phone to see who would pick up and it’s sad that all three phone were on hold for over 2 hours and I hung up after that. They either need to bring their old technicians back or close the whole pharmacy. No one likes to do their job at this store. This store is just a walking lawsuit. Especially when they don’t feel like opening their drive thru simply because they don’t feel like working it. I heard several conversations about how much they hate it and how patients are just lazy and can walk their lazy behinds in the store. This store is horrible and it’s no hope for them. Especially with all the possible lawsuits about to come their way. Oh, and they can’t count! I was given an extra 30 days on a C4 Medication. And yes, I went back because I don’t need bad luck. Please do better

They never answer their phones. I am a physician and can never get in touch with the pharmacist for urgent matters. It will ring for 30+ minutes. I’ve begun recommending my patients get their prescriptions filled at another pharmacy.

This rite aid use to be fast and convenient until the change of management. I’ve been sitting here for almost 2hrs for meds that were suppose to be ready last night while these supposedly med tech play around in the back instead of getting things in order I now hate this store and will never return

My pharmacy on N. Broad recently closed down and I was moved to this location. I'm assuming because thats the next closest. If i can give them zero stars i would. I can NEVER get through to the pharmacy. They literally have me on hold for about a hour (maybe longer if i stay on hold) every time i call. It does not matter the time of day i call no one answers. They just have you on hold. Also me and my twin take similar meds and one of my prescriptions was not filled yet. They had a nerve to ask me did I want to just take a bottle of my twin meds. I'm sure that is not allowed. I declined of course. I've been calling every since to try and get my meds filled. My doctor had to send over the prescription twice because they said the system was down. I've been calling non stop all week and haven't gotten through yet. I'm actually on hold as we speak for 48 mins. Just horrible. Miss my old pharmacy. This one should close instead.

This the worst pharmacy EVER, I work for a doctor's office and whenever I have to call over there regarding a patients medication I can never get through. I will call all day and they NEVER! pick up their phone.. it's to the point I decided walk over there one day and they were at lunch. The front of the store don't even answer. To the owner what eve you are doing to fix this matter is not working! Throw the hole team away!

This rite aid is a disgrace and I’m sure they’ve broken the HIPPA LAW on 10/10/2023I came in to pick up a prescription,not only did the lady scream my prescription name out in front of multiple people, but she also seem to not know what she had just did. This rite is in dire need of help and/or training or it needs to be shut down!!!! I’m on the verge of literally calling a lawyer!

Every associate with whom I've interacted at this Rite Aid has been friendly, polite, and helpful. The store is only two blocks from my house, but I'd still come to this Rite Aid even if it were several miles away, because I seriously appreciate good customer service.

I went to the rite aid on 1334 windrim ave and I had three items that I bought to the register and the cashier Marie was on the phone the whole time and it was on speaker so on top of that heard her conversation but she didn't pay attention to what she was doing and only rung up two of my items but didn't notice until I got home when I look at the receipt . It get so tiring when every time I go in there when I have her , her customer service is very poorly and she always on the phone not paying attention to her customers

I went for a Covid drive through test last Thursday and was informed this morning by Project Baseline that my appointment was missed. When I arrived at Rite Aid, the pharmacy team was very busy, and I was concerned that they lost my sample. I waited 20 minutes at the window at my time slot. I just received an email that my result was processed. I'm not sure what happened here. Please be mindful!

The response by Rite Aid Corporate to my Review basically trying to direct the conversation off public forum.The issue is the extreme under staffing of the Pharmacist and other personal, and Rite Aid the Corporation Administrators, especially the CEO are fully responsible for this case and others like it

Pharmacy section/ Great customer service . Always fast checkout!! The only thing I dislike is when you call, they tell you that Pharmacy is open until 10pm and that is false. I believe the pharmacy closes at 8pm. Other than that, everything is great.

This Rite Aid is awful! Overall store customer service is truly poor. The store manager or asst manager whomever the younger female mgr is needs to be retrained. Some of the pharmacy techs are simple minded, one tech told me to take my business to another Rite Aid or any other pharmacy since the Pharmacist (who she never checked with) may or may not order my one time pain meds for a dental extraction I had that day. This store is the epitomy of extreme lack of customer service. I went from 10-15 visits a month to maybe 1. I transferred more than 3 prescriptions to another pharmacy because of repeated poor customer service experiences here. 0 stars.

This review is SOLELY on Covid19 testing and is the worst. I went there on Sunday the 19th for testing,called on Wednesday the 22nd for an update the lady who answered my call said that they use 3rd parties for that purpose and they were backed up. I received the result on Saturday the 25th and for my surprise the result read that the sample was collected on Thursday the 23rd. My guess is that the sample wasn't sent on-time.

Tiffany, the Pharmacists at the Rite Aid on Windrim Ave save my daughter's life.A few years ago my daughter was having an asthma attack and her meds weren't working, atleast that's what we thought. Turns out my daughter wasn't using her inhaler properly. She showed her how to properly administer the inhaler and sat with us until my daughter felt better. Ever since then she always greets me with a smile and asks about my daughters.

Just moved in this area and I won’t be back to this one again!!!My daughter doctor put her order in at 12:00pm here it is 3:00pm and they saying it’s not ready my baby sick and in pain and they have no Oo what they doing smh no my baby crying in pain and when I called ahead of time no answer for 3 hours Horrible
