Took baby dog to bath her. I love this place. Employees are more then eager to lend a helping hand. They have so much to choose from. Store is always clean and stocked very well. Roxie loves it there she can pick what she wants to take home.

First time taking my Chloe girl to get groomed at PSPF and they found a loyal client. Chloe was a huge ball of fur but severely matted and they did what they needed to do! The staff was super friendly walking in, immediately asked if I needed help. I didn’t get a chance to get names but all of the staff in general were so nice and helpful.

I often go here for crickets but also to bath my pup in the self wash. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I recently brought my pup in for a groom after taking him to a different place and having a bad experience.The groomer, Katrina, was very nice and understanding when we told her about his previous experience. She did an amazing job on his groom. We’re definitely bring him back for more grooms.5/2 I love shopping here for all my pets needs. The manager Liz is very helpful and considerate. She definitely makes you want to keep coming back to shop here.

I love this place the staff was so pleasant and helpful. It's very clean and packed with supplies. The groomer made my dog comfortable. The only problem was the dryer blew cold air and my dog was freezing. But I would definitely go there again

Update in response to the owner: It did not come out beautifully. & How coincidental that the FIRST time he visits a NEW groomer in your store, hes matted & has his FIRST ugly haircut. Also, your groomers have been charging me $23 since i’ve been coming there. I have never paid anything more so please train your employees instead of taking out your frustrations on customers. There wasn't any discount, it was the PRICE FOR MONTHS as your manager pulled up my transactions & saw every single one. I stand by my review. If you do not like confusion, managers with no accountability, & uneven dog haircuts, do not come hereDO NOT bring your dog here. They completely butchered my dog’s hair. The store manager is rude & incompetent & it shows in the lack of training their employees have. They hire inexperienced groomers that have no idea what they're doing & can’t even schedule a grooming properly. They look like they found them on the street and handed them scissors. Take your business elsewhere.

I take my dog here at least once a month to give him a bath and I love it. They keep it clean, and they have the wash card which is 40 dollars for 6 washes or you could pay 15 dollars per wash. I also get all his food, treats, and toys here. He knows that when we're done getting a bath he gets a reward. The employees are very nice and are there if you need anything.

The store is very clean and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I always got small batch food there and they always have promotions. Tried the first grooming service there. Recommend Rebecca! She is super gentle and spends much time to take care of my tiny yorkie. My yorkie boy comes home with a cute haircut and happy face. She keeps me updated all the time. Highly recommended.

We love this pet store! We always come here for our dogs snacks & to use their self service bath area. It’s so convenient & only about $15 to use, they provide the towels, shampoos & air dryer. Today we finally tried the groomers there since we hear great things about Katrina. She was so good with Arlo & we absolutely loved his cut. She did exactly what we showed her. After having a bad experience somewhere else, we were so happy & will be back monthly for his grooming. We will recommend Katrina to everyone.

If I could give this “establishment” zero stars I would. Imagine hiring incompetent and talentless staff. Call PETA because this is clearly animal abuse. I took my beautiful dog here and they butchered his grooming. My poor baby has been crying all day because he knows how horrendous his grooming service looks. If you love your dog the way I do..you’ll take your business elsewhere. This business is a clear money grab and it’s truly a shame.

The staff here are always super polite and helpful - not a given in Philadelphia. We've used the self-washing station a few times and like the amenities. For quick trips like just grabbing a big bag of dry dog food, it's awesome that they have super close to the door 15-minute parking. The staff have even helped me carry extra heavy items to the car when the pick-up/loading zone parking are full. So glad that this location went into the shopping plaza.

store was nice and clean. plan on buying isopods? don’t. I spent $20 on a 10 count of milk backs for it to only have 3 inside. I should’ve looked in my yard and save my $20.

Everyone's so friendly helpful and attentive. I think they all know me by now 😄. They're sales are great and the coupon system is awesome! Highly recommend getting the loyalty program and the store itself. They have really cute dog treats too

Again this Pet Shop is the best around. They don't mess around here one bit. I walked in to get another bag of puppy cibble for our new pup when I learn that in addition to the cheap price they also gave an addition 50% when an item is on the Cleance table but they didn't to that for me last week. The manager straight said no problem and looked me up then gave me a free bag to repay me.. It was awesome.. Thanks so much

If you have a dog, this is the place! There is so much stuff I can't even find at specialty stores and even a do it yourself grooming area in the back.Cat section could be a little bigger but still pretty decent, and they even carry a lot of the specialty food I need for my picky/food allergy riddled old cat.They have a small area also for small pets and aquarium needs too, which is nice.Parking is plentiful, store is handicapped accessible, and the staff are super helpful and nice! Follow their social media too for cute pet photos!!!

I went to this store for the first time a couple months ago and was extremely happy to see they carried my dogs food brand! I was informed that not all locations carry it so seeing it right around the corner from my home was exciting! There's also a ton of opportunities to earn points towards $ off your purchases & monthly rotating sales so I almost always never have to buy anything at full price. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful every time I go in as well.

Came in and explained that i had forgotten my 20 % coupon for the opening of the store. The worker told me no problem just go grab the item you want. I come back with my item and the other worker tells me nope there's absolutely no way we can help you out. Like come on its a mailer that was sent out to hundreds of thousands of people. Definitely turned me off from ever shopping there again.

Disrespectful manager when someone's trying to talk to her and walks away. The cut that the groomer promise wasn't done right at all. uneven legs weren't done properly my dog was even terrified of the person who groomed him. We even paid extra to have him playing around and she put them in a small cage where he couldn't do anything.
