I take my dog Rookie to daycare and to get his nails trimmed all the time, all the attendants are so kind and they always post the best content on their instagrams to give you an easy mind! Highly recommend!

I loved taking my toy poodle here & Kelly did an amazing job. However, they have a hidden policy for last minute cancellations. Even though I called in advance and notified that I needed to cancel his last two appointments (due to work), I received a text that all my future appointments needed to be paid for in advance or they’d be cancelled too. I called the day before my dogs appointment to pay and was told I’d no longer be accepted as a client. I’ve been a loyal client going on 3 years and it’s just a bit unprofessional in my opinion to cancel a client without have given proper notice or even trying to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless your someone who’s schedule never changes and can make every single one of your appointments or pay for all of your appointments in advance.

We absolutely love Groom and Board! Our sweet girl, Pepper, goes to daycare about once a week and always returns home happy and tired from playing all day. Kelly also trims her nails and always does a great job— Pepper can be anxious and testy about her nails, and Kelly has always handled her with compassion and care. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and make scheduling a complete breeze. And, of course, we love the Instagram story updates throughout the day so that we can see Pepper playing with her buds! :)

My dog loves to get groomed from Kelly and she does an amazing job. He’s a bit of a gremlin when getting groomed but Kelly looks past it and he comes back happy and clean!

We have getting our dog (Teddy - a great pyrenes and poodle mix) groomed by Kelly at groom and board for over a year and have had a great experience. Teddy always looks great after a fresh cut and Kelly really listens to how you want your dog groomed and does a great job with the classic doodle cut. Getting an appointment time can be a little frustrating as Kelly is usually booked out for a few months so be sure to schedule well in advance.

BEWARE if you plan to Board your Dogs. Our Dogs spent just under a Week boarding here and came home filthy, under-fed and sick. The blankets/beds we sent with them were returned soaked in urine and had to be thrown out. Our Dogs have had Bronchitis/Kennel Cough/Vomiting for the past week since we picked them up. The Vet bills have been substantial and it’s sleepless nights having to take care of our Dogs. Lame excuses from the ownership when we tried to hold them accountable and no offers of refunds or compensation. Board your Dogs here at your Dogs Risk. You’ve been WARNED.

Great selection. Went to get some toys/treats for my dogs birthday and they were very sweet. Put everything in a gift bag and wrote Happy 5th Birthday Oz on it.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly and Jessica. My daughter had already visited with Kelly for her boy so I decided that I’d give it a try because he looked so great. I am beyond happy and thankful that I found someone to groom and pamper my boy! Not only does he look awesome but she was fast, efficient and reasonable. I will most definitely keep bringing Rocco back. Thank you Kelly for your welcoming smile and kindness.

My dog Jango was groomed today by Kelly, and she was so great & thoughtful. I warned her ahead of time that he gets pretty nervous when it comes to baths & after his visit today she raved about how sweet he is & that she just hugged him the whole time during his bath and he calmed down. She really made me feel so much better about having him groomed instead of being bathed at home. I wish all groomers seemed to care as much as she did. Jango will definitely be back for another bath :)

came in for nail clip and teeth brush today. I wasn’t in the room but from the waiting area I could hear the technician being so so sweet to my dog. it made me feel so happy and comfortable. he was done so quickly and didn’t want to leave!!! Will be returning and recommending to anyone !!!

The absolute best! They were able to squeeze us in short-notice for a nail clipping and gland expression.Our dog is incredibly friendly but does NOT like having her nails clipped. They must be actual wizards.

we took our miniature schnauzer to this place, paid the 110 dollars for horrible cut, not blended, uneven , Leslie was his groomer, my dog looks like I cut him, my advice go elsewhere.
