People working there are rude. Even when they do greet you it's with an attitude. They act like your an idiot at check-out, telling you which register to go to, as if they're dictators and you can't read the sign that says "Cash Only"! Never going back!

I went to the location in Franklin Mills Mall today looking specifically for the roller skates for girls they had advertised online and said all sizes were available. Got there and they had 3 boxes of 9/10 for, the salesman said, women only?!

Love stopping in to shop here. The inventory is impressive, and the store itself is huge, with so much to offer for all ages. Staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.

Very cool items and reasonably priced. I've always liked and enjoyed Five Below and it's so great that that hasn't changed. Whether coming in to make a purchase or just to look around, I'll bet you'll like it too and just might find something you just have to have, even if you weren't planning on buying anything. A cool store for all ages and interests. Check it out!

I went to the one in Philadelphia Mills in PA just to look around for a bit. They remodeled the entire store and it looks so much brighter in there. I perused some of the books and purchased one of them. I went to get checked out (the cashier was really nice) and she said that the total was $5.40. I then proceeded to give her $21.00 so I could get a $10.00 bill and a $5.00 bill back. She then proceeded to put it in this machine that self checkout registers have, where you put the money in the bill accepter. I thought that was weird but, she gave me the dollar bill back so I ended up with the right amount of change anyway. I gave it three stars because it was neither a good shopping trip nor a bad one. It was just an impulse purchase as they were closing in ten minutes.

I mean it is what it is in this store. Everything under $5 with a very small section with up to $10. So the selection is all cheap toys and other cheap items.Employees were nice and helpful as well as this location being clean and somewhat organized.For kids, you can get some good stuff like board games and toys for cheapnsp for that this place is worth it.

I was visiting from Portland and found this treasure at Franklin Mills Mall! I wish this store existed on the West Coast! I could easily spend hundreds of dollars here! I enjoy the fact that the material seems of good quality as well. Thank you for the discounted deals👋🏼👌🏽🤗😄

Five dollar shop and below $5 as well. You got sales too. Lots and lots of clothes and toys. Some clothes are not quality wears and some are. You just need to look around properly...feel the clothes before you head down to the counter. Great toy section though. That's it.

Five Below in General is one of my favorite stores of all time. But this particular Branch is definitely my all time favorite because they always have really handy items I rarely see at the other Five Below store locations. Everything they have in stock is always well made and comparable to brand name competitors of the same niche. I bought a plug and play condenser mic for my podcast that is also mobile friendly and it sounds no different than my 200.00 Blue Yeti Mic that is for PC only. Many of these items sell for a nice profit on Ebay or Mercari as well. Definitely 5 stars for 5 Below!

Kids love this place. Well organized. Lots of things the kids see and want, lol. It's pretty cool. Staff isn't over you asking you " can I help you"?. Not sure if that's the way it is or don't care. Lol. But lots of merchandise and some cool things to look at.
