My boyfriend and I came here not to long ago to get something to drink because we were thirsty, and there wasn’t really a good selection of cold drinks at all, so we just had to settle for whatever they had in the fridge. They didn’t have stock of a lot of things at the store, the store was also very cluttered and unorganized also, and they only had one line open but there was like 3 people behind the counter so the line was taking longer than it could’ve been. Probably wouldn’t come back again, only if I’m desperate.

Well family Dollar 57th and Vine. The lines are too long the lady asked for help lady came up there and left all those people in the line, they don't have no change they had the sign up saying that and no bags this is too much something needs to be done about it. People are leaving the store because the lines are too long

The store is ok just they need to get better WORKERS who actually want to work and to the job right instead of laughing talking and playing one cashier the rest of them are having a party in the back it's a mess they do have a lot of stuff in the store that I needed and saved me some money so the store is ok to shop in but that kind of nonsense will make customers want to shop elsewhere 😔👎🏽😩💯🙅🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤔

I usually shop at Family dollar weekly. Today there were two older ladies working as cashiers. Neither one of them had their mask on. The cashier that waited on me blew her nose then tried to hand me my receipt. I refused to take the receipt from her for the fear of germs. She then tried to explain it was her allergies. I informed her allergies or not she still need to wear a mask, for her safety and the safety of the customers.

I've been calling this facility and no one answers the phone. My brother is sick and we're calling to make sure they have medicine before he goes there. I'm reporting them to corporate. They NEVER answer. I called 4 times back to back

This store is horrible.I hate going there. But it’s been over a year I said maybe they changed. Noooooo store is still dirty employees are rude. I stood in line for 20 minutes get to the register for the employee to say my tap doesn’t work. No I’m sorry nothing. That’s my final time shopping there.

Constant long lines. Male manager on duty today was very un-professional. Arguing with a female and using profanity. Ear phones in his ear. This store needs help. Worker said that they have no way to contact corporate for customer concerns.

They are never stocked up on their shelves. They never answer their phones for problems ! They are always short staffed! They only have one register open ! No sucurity gaurd! People is stealing product outta boxes " when u buy an take home product have or all things are gone from the box! I will STOP" SHOPPING IN ALL THESE FAMILY DOLLOR STORES !;

It’s rare to see the shelves inside this store stocked even in the least bit. There is usually items and boxes stacked in walkways or just simply where it doesn’t belong.Always some sort of loud conversation between the employees that could be seen as inappropriate plus the music being played.They only seem to allow the use of online coupons when they have the energy to go through the process.Simply an unpleasant atmosphere, kinda like walking pass/interacting with a Small group of teenagers on their neighborhood stoop.

Recently, floors absolutely filthy and upswept. Sanitation very sad. Outside walkway is nasty, seems to never have been washed. I have complained to management about those conditions several times. Various kinds of merchandise has been seen out of its area, out of place, on the floor for days. Manager I spoke with informed me that customers were responsible for the mess. Behind the counter is dirty, extremely messy, tons of goods stacked, untracked. That condition such for a couple of years, at least. Too, can see trash and filth under stacks. Bad, irresponsible, uncaring management. Embarrassing to be seen going to this store. Bad for the neighborhood.

I had to give 4 stars only because they never have enough cashiers. Other than that. I love this particular fd. Always clean and organized. Just make sure you go early to avoid the long lines.

The worst family dollar in Philadelphia! Your wait is ALWAYS SUPER long! 1 maybe 2 cashiers but 4 registers. The lines are always dumb long and pass the aisles You would hate to go when you really need something out of there. Im glad that they are all over the city. They need to make their hiring process much better so they would have the employees they need! Smh
