This store is ideal for those who are looking to shop swiftly and economically. It's not a place I'd suggest for purchasing food items or cleaning supplies. My purpose for visiting was to pick up some affordable decorations for a party and to stock up on stationery. Previously, every item was priced at one dollar, but now, due to inflation, certain products cost more. Additionally, the store has a strict return policy; they prefer not to accept returns and offer only store credit instead of a refund, even if you have a receipt. When I shop here, I keep my expectations modest.

Can't go wrong at a dollar tree store. Even if you purchase something you don't like don't work well or some other disappointment hey it's only a dollar thirty-five. Plenty of housewares to choose from. Kitchen utensils towels cleaning tools products storage containers and paper products. Health and beauty bathroom items laundry stuff makeup. Plenty of greeting cards and party stuff. Food snacks freezer items. You will also find seasonal decorations and other in season items.

Sad to say this is the worst dollar store in the city. Nothing is ever put away, it takes weeks and boxes are still in the middle of the aisle's. Untouched, Unopened. Their employees are always standing around goofing off. Shelves are always empty. This dollar store has only been open for a few months. When walking in you would think they're going out of business. Floors are always filled with debris and trash. I won't be surprised to hear if a child gets hurt, with boxes filled with soup cans! Falling on them!!!

I recently had an unfortunate experience this Dollar Tree (Store#8578) with an associate, Dayana who, regrettably, seemed disinterested in providing assistance. Despite being out of uniform and wearing AirPods, their lack of acknowledgment during checkout was quite disappointing. Improved customer service could greatly enhance the shopping experience for patrons. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful.

I was totally confused by this experience?! It’s not like the store is located in a bad area. And I’d totally understand if the clientele was questionable, but this place was bare! Aisle after aisle! What was there was completely disheveled. #dollartree @dollartree

Found everything I needed. Amazing since this is the weekend after black Friday. My cashier was very nice. I do not know what her name was but she was so attentive. She thanked me for the conversation. I liked that. I was there Sunday Nov 27th at one o'clock if that helps to identify her. I mentioned this because I usually don't engage too much with a cashier but she was kind.

I went to this store on Saturday 8/16/2020, to get some balloons for a birthday party. The cashier (Maria) stole my $20 bill in front of me & said I gave her only $10. The total purchase was $8:10.I called the manager (Megan), she checked the camera & said I can't tell if it is $10 or $20 !!I am disgusted and shocked after this experience.I will never go to this store again.I demanded apology and refund.This review is for everyone to be careful.

I have to say, Alexis Campbell is one of the BEST staff members I have ever met. She was super helpful, attentive, and funny to boot! She, without a doubt, deserves a raise! I would rate her infinite stars if I could, I don't think I've ever had a more positive customer service experience.

First time here. The older lady waited on me. Was absolutely a laugh riot. Very personable she had me cracking up. Store was well organized and clean. I'll DEFINITELY be back.It was so nice to have friendly people who took the time to chat while waiting on me.

grand opening of dollar tree this week here, overall the store is pretty well stock. all the workers seems very pleasant and very happy to work there. the cashier was very polite. came in to buy a couple items and never will you just buy a couple items in dollar tree.

Great cute staff BUT poorest store in North East. The shelves are empty for several months, a mess. And now the store is open until 6 pm. It's a pity, because the location is convenient for me.

Clean, organized and good amount of variety. Of course it's a new store so much of it is expected. I hope it's kept that way. I rated one Star less for blocked aisles from stocking activities making it difficult to shop.

Everyone goes to dollar stores to get birthday balloons and other occasions, and we usually do this right before the occasion. To go to a dollar store and find out they don't have helium is the biggest smack in the face and plans. I can't begin to understand why dollar stores don't make it a priority to stock up on helium, since they own the balloon business basically.

Usually I expect this Dollar Tree to have the best selection -- I went out of my way to get there -- but today it was very understocked. But it's probably not their fault -- guessing it's a supply chain issue.

This store is new and I think they were in the middle of stocking shelves but its a good location for me. And the staff is pretty nice.
