Zack is the groomer I use for my pet, Marlo. Marlo has some separation anxiety issues, however, he goes willing and is fine when he is left with Zack. He has a calming way and makes Marlo feel secure and safe.Zack also does a wonderful job of grooming him. He listens to what I want done and is always conducts himself in a friendly and professional manner.

My dog sees Zach at the Passyunk store and he always handles her great. She has tight, curly poodle hair and he always handles her haircut well and has helped me with ways to brush her.

Great customer service! I think his name was Billy, but he gave me great advice on which cat food I should get. It didn't feel like he was trying to make a sale off of me, it just felt like a natural conversation.This location's a bit larger than the other stores. Great on supplies and healthy food. You can pet the dogs up for adoption there which is hands down the best part of going there!

The staff here are so kind and helpful. Also, they typically have dogs for adoption, and you can visit them and take them for a 30-minute walk. I was never pressured to adopt them, just thanked for giving them some exercise.

I’ve been walking the adoptable pups at doggiestyle for over 5 years. The location on Passyunk is more than just a pit stop, it has become a second home. The reason for that is the team working there. Ashleigh and Madelyn are two extremely caring and welcoming teammates who take the time to get to know their customers and walkers. And a shout-out to Jesse and Amanda who had become like family. Genuine kindness of staff matters. Especially when in the business of helping pups. Check out this location!

Sammy & Sookie love going to Doggie Style. They have the best Alaskan Salmon treats and cutest sweaters and dresses. But their absolute favorite part of going to Doggie Style is to see their Groomer Neil !!!! HE IS THE BEST. He is so gentle with them and treats my babies like his own. I know they are in good hands when they are having a spa day.😍 I recommend Neil for everyone's Fur Babies🐕🐾🐶

I get stuff there for both my fur babies. I love the collars I got for my little dog. And it's the only store in the area that sells the only dry food my cat will eat. Nice selection staff friendly.

Karen is hands down the best poodle/mix groomer in the city. I’ve recommended 8 different people to her and all have been thrilled with her. The store clerks are friendly and the product selection is good. Very much recommend

Has a great variety of healthy premium pet food/supplies. You can sign up to walk dogs for adoption here too, great way to add some exercise to your day AND helps the dogs socialize! Staff are always friendly and ready to help.

Honestly it’s just price gouging at this point. The bag of treats I buy for my dog used to be $16-18 there and now it’s $32. The same bag is $20 online. I’d love to support local businesses, but unfortunately the market operates on competition, not charity, and their prices are absurd, even for a post-covid, inflated world. I only go if it’s unavoidable.

The store is conveniently located on Passyunk Ave and managed to stay open during the pandemic (in a safe manner). They have a great selection of dog toys, treats, and even clothes, and a decent selection of food, although I admit that I've never really shopped around for food in there because they had what my pup has eaten since before I got her.I admit that I can't really speak for their selection for other animals but there seems to be a lot of cat-related stuff in there as well. I have noticed treats, cat towers, and food, but have never really looked because I don't have a cat.The staff is nice, helpful, and always excited to see my dog. They all seem to enjoy working there.They also have a couple dogs up for adoption in the front. Those guys usually go pretty fast.

Nice place for dog & cat supplies. My dog loves the cookies :). We have mostly great experience with groomers -- once our pup ended up with not his usual groomer, and it didn't go so well, but as long as you get a good fit with a groomer, than it is great!

We love doggie style, as a great neighborhood one stop shop for our dog. They have treats for all types, great food selection, grooming, toys, outerwear and even costumes. They have decent prices, too. The customer service at this particular shop is great. They are attentive, knowledgeable and always remember your pup! In addition to all of this, they have dogs up for adoption almost constantly, as they take dogs in from other overcrowded shelters. Can't say enough about how much we love this store, even our pup loves it! Every trip there is like a trip to toys -r- us for her.

Don't book online. We booked a full service, and when we came back to pick up our dog we were told they only gave her a basic bath because the groomer on site today "doesn't do" those other services. We weren't told this when we dropped her off. So we ended up paying for a bath we could have given her at home. The clerk was apologetic saying this happens a lot and you really need to call or come in to book to make sure you are going to get what you expect.Probably best to choose somewhere else. The bath she got was fine.

Went to schedule an appointment and realized I haven’t written a review yet! I take my dog Rocket here to get groomed and he absolutely loves everything about this place but especially his groomer Tara. He always gets very excited to see her and when she brings him to me groomed, he’s beaming from ear to ear. I trust her and knows he’s in great hands!

Nice pet accessories of good quality, excellent service, and reasonable charges. These are the goods of this pet store, and I'm thankful that I made the right decision to have my criteria with them. These guys are very helpful and really welcoming, and I'm sure I'm going to recommend them to everyone, and the services are really great. A highly recommended store for dogs!

Have been getting my dog groomed here for almost 3 years. Karen the best groomer left. We unfortunately had Zach who butchered our dogs face. Requiring him to see a vet, antibiotics, steroids and a steroid ointment. He was nor empathetic towards me or my dog and I will never return here. my appointment was on December 17th with Zach. And I have tons of photos which I will be submitting to the management

I have been frequenting doggie style for a few years now to get all of my needs for my dog child reba ! They are always fully stocked and always ask if I need help as soon as I walk through the door ! I love the rewards program for buying 10 Fromm bags and getting one free! I also love the bath special my baby always comes out so happy and clean :)

They're always helpful, & courteous here. Most are really knowledgeable about the products they sell, they're always very engaged with their customers too-both two & four legged. & Neil is one of the best groomers out there-our pup just adores him!

Think twice before getting your dog groomed by Neil. The store employees are great but once you get them to the groomer named Neil he will physically assault and restrain your dog. Assault by body slamming it to cut its nails or hair. Poor pups are in fear. So really think twice before you decide to send your dog to the devil. He may seem nice when you meet him but behind closed doors it’s like Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde.

We (and our pup) love to come here for treats. Staff is very knowledgeable and always very friendly. Not to mention that it’s super convenient. This is my go-to pet store; they carry everything you’d need on a daily basis.
