Went in used self checkout with my credit card 2 days later my account had a 100 withdraw stating I used the ATM. Definitely something suspicious going on there.

They tell your prescriptions ready when you go to pick it up they tell you it's not ready come back later very poor run store or they send you to another store way out of the way to pick up script that you called into them. So sad

This past year the CVS pharmacy on Frankford Avenue has been mailing my medication to me free of charge. This made it so convenient for me. I never had a problem. Thank you for allowing me to stay safely at home during this difficult year. I did miss going into the store as I always picked up a few items while there.

When it is obvious that you’ve just had surgery and all you want is to get your meds and go home and rest, you shouldn’t be told that your going to have to come back later. This isn’t the first terrible retail experience I’ve had at this location, this is just the one that prompted me to review this store. I don’t know if the fault lies with CVS corporate or with this particular pharmacy. CVS should go back to the basics of selling hair dye, vitamins, and candy bars and get out of the medical pharmaceuticals business because it’s not working.

There’s a employee named Kyrimah who was literally so sweet and so helpful. She complimented my outfit and made sure to pay attention to the front end even while away from the register. She’s a good look for this store location.

I just had my booster shot for covid 19 vaccine and there was a gentleman named Nick.He was a very nice person and he explained me everything very nicely about the vaccination and how it helps to tackle with other strains of Corona virus...really liked to go there.All my five stars goes to you Nick.Keep serving the humanity.

5 stars go out to the Pharmaceutical Manager.!!!I have stage 4 Medistatic Breast Cancer who suffers with constant pain. My medication list is lengthy. Any questions or concerns I have Nick is always there to help me no matter how busy he is. I called 2 x's when he wasn't there and I got stuck with an ignorant person who had me very upset. Well I called today and thank God Nick was there, I told him my concerns with my medical condition and now my husband is severely sick, Nick took his time, listened to me , and had all of my problems solved and everything I Needed at my door in an hour!!!! Simply Amazing Customer Service! If everyone followed his lead. So Thank You for being so knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled there for years Mary that works at the drive through window is always a delight to deal with. She always greets me with a smile and has helped me manage my prescription needs. The store is a little on the smaller side but I still think it's a good place to shop

Everyone who works there is very helpful, both in store and in pharmacy. They have a wonderful supply of seasonal gifts and according to my wife , a great selection of health and beauty products and vitamins. We enjoy our shopping experience at our local cvs.

I would give it no stars if I could. I’ve been going here for the last 5 months for my medications because it’s the closest CVS to my house.Every time I pick up my medications days after they were dropped off, they never get filled. On top of that the staff I’ve encountered at the pharmacy are the rudest individuals I’ve met at a pharmacy, possibly any retail store ever. I can’t believe they allow these individuals to belittle and demean sick people. I watched the same woman that was being rude to me, being extremely rude to an older gentleman. Where are these people’s morals?!?

(My gfs experience) I was shopping recently and had one employee staring at me. I smiled amd said hello, she gave no response. I then watched her walk over to the female employee behind the desk, saying something quietly to her. Shortly after they both turned and looked at me for about a minute. I awkwardly waved at them and looked around to see if they were staring at me but they did not respond or smile, just stared. Shortly after I walked over to the woman behind the register and asked if she had a problem with me, she did not respond, only stared at me until I placed my items down and left the store. Not sure why they did this, Im assuming that they thought I was up to something, in that case they should have entertained me as the customer with positive social interaction, not plain old rudeness. (Obviously I was not doing anything illegal but would have understood that they were doing their job). These two women were blonde and over the approximate age of 40. Not a positive experienceat all.

My daughter had lost a shoe in the store and I called and was told they had it. When I went in to get it a few days later no one knew what I was talking about so she took my name and number to call me back. No one called me back. I called again and spoke to the store manager who was very unprofessional. He said she called me back twice and it went straight to voicemail. Why wouldnt you leave a voicemail? That was obviously a lie and my phone never goes right to voicemail. Then he said they did not have my shoe and whoever told me that thought I was talking about a boys shoe even though I said girls boot on the phone. All I really needed was an apology for the misinformation and I would have just bought my daughter new shoes. Instead he actually said I dont know what you want me to do (like who cares). I didnt ask for anything by the way. I work in customer service at a bank as a manager and I could tell he just wanted me off the phone. He acted very defensive instead of apologetic. How is he the manager?

Pharmacist refused to sell me proper insulin syringes insisting they were out of stock, I assume because I had no prescription and she hastily decided I was a drug addict. This happened on more than one occasion sadly, with this being the closest pharmacy to my home. I am a diabetic with no health insurance at the moment unfortunately. I am one of the many Americans who slip through the cracks making too much for medical assistance, but not enough for the expensive healthcare plans.(Then lambasted with hefty fines, but that's a whole other story!) But even if I were an IV drug addict, Pennsylvania's law states the all person be permitted to buy syringes at any pharmacy without a prescription. This lessens the spread of harmful infections such a Mersa, Hepatitis, and AIDS. With the opiate crisis raging on this pharmacist ought to be ashamed of herself. Luckily, after taking two buses, I was able to buy the syringes I needed for my insulin at another pharmacy. But the next customer in need may not be so lucky, perhaps they'll be forced to reuse syringes ending up in the hospital with sepsis. Shame on you miss, you know who you are, and shame on you CVS! This IS a public health issue and NOT about your personal beliefs. Get over yourself! Maybe I should call cooperate!

This CVS is one of the smaller stores and easy to pass by while driving but the staff is very helpful and the store is always clean and quiet.

Their manger nick is rude EVERYTIME he has spoke to me. Also, they have a sign in their drive thru window saying certain medicines are sold at the driver thru window now. When i asked to get children’s Tylenol along with my sons antibiotics i was told no because that would cause them to go from behind the counter & get it. OFFICIALLY DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY.

Store is always clean,Service is good,pharmacist is always helpful but it takes a while for check out.Always stocked shelves and always cleaning.Candy and gum selection is huge with additional coupons at the end of your purchase.Extra bucks take money off your purchase.Definitely recommend coming here for quick needs!Parking is also nice!

I can’t believe I just went back to the store again I came here last week and this girl working there who is being so ignorant and she was giving me such a hard time paying cash with 20s and tens like they were fake so I said I’m never coming back here again and I just drove by and I needed another gift card and don’t you know the same older lady is working and I’m sitting there looking for the card I need and she just jumps right in front of me sto king the shelf as if I’m not even there she is totally ignorant and she does not need to work in retail she has personal feelings she should keep then to herself and not express them while she’s working and make people feel like they’re being judgedI never had any store check my $20 bills and $10 bills three separate times it was so ignorant and disrespectful and the store will never ever get an opportunity to make me a customer again very judge mental do not go to this CVS

This is a small CVS store conveniently located on the 66 bus line it has a parking lot and a drive-through pick-up this is not a 24-hour store so you need to check before going if it's late
