The Rite Aid in my small shopping Center is very necessary, parking easy also. All the Associates are friendly, just super people; especially Wendy and Linda. Yesterday, my right eyelid blistered overnight. I thought I could get an OTC cream. The pharmacist said there is nothing OTC, but it is very important I see an eye doctor immediately. That day, I saw an eye doctor, prescription went to Rite Aid, I picked it up on my way home and today on antibiotics. I am one to delay help, thinking it will go away. See, I can rely on Wendy on what is serious, and I have gone to her to know before. Today, it is healing and I am glad Wendy helped me.

The way that the pharmacist here treated me was beyond disgraceful. The moment that the pharmacist saw that I was filling a prescription for something to do with a mental health diagnosis (as opposed to something like a med for nausea - the only other thing I have had filled at this rite aid) he started treating me SO rudely and with such disrespect. He said the prescription would be filled in a half hour… I called three hours later, and asked if it was ready. and was told he was refusing to fill it. He would not give me a reason. I asked if my doctor could call and talk to him, and he said he wouldn’t talk to the doctor. They had the medication but he said I needed to take the prescription somewhere else. I’ve been on this for so many years, and been getting it filled at a different rite aid for years, and have never had any problems. Myself, my doctor, and the doctors whole office are baffled by this… they said they’ve never heard of anything like this before. How can you not fill a prescription even if the doctor calls? Prescriptions are called in all the time! And the way that this guy treated me… he should be fired. I wasn’t trying to get anything crazy filled either, like this wasn’t a prescription for fentanyl or OxyContin or anything. Needless to say, no one in my family will ever return to this rite aid again.

My 2 children and I came today to get a COVID booster before our trip next week. I usually book all the appointments online well in advance but this time decided to walk in since it was not required. The pharmacist was visibly annoyed by us and said to come back in an hour (!!!), so the vaccine reached room temperature. Understandable. Then he asks me what kind we want, and says " I might have it"??? meaning it's sitting on the counter? Then he says to come back in 15 minutes. So suddenly the change from 1 hour to 15 minutes. Also, when I asked for a printed form to fill out, he abruptly ordered me to do it online, so he can skip additional work. Fair enough, but may be word "please" could be used just once, and why do you have those forms right there? Well, 45 minutes later we finally got our shots, and I asked for a new vaccination card as I couldn't locate the original one, and told the guy it right away. His response? " I will try to get one." One minute later the card with my name barely readable and vaccine information was given to me. Why such a fuss? Oh, and on our way back I was grilled by a lady at the check out about my accent. I really don't need this stress, I don't. I am a law-abiding American citizen paying my taxes, and right now making a simple purchase. That's all. News flash - there are many immigrants in the USA. I was asked about my accent maybe 5 times in 16 years living in NJ. 7 years in Bucks County - at least weekly. Do not point out to a person's otherness, it's not polite at least. Very disappointing experience.

Love this pharmacy! They are very proficient, nice, caring and helpful! The pharmacists Wendy and Walt are great and the staff! They make us feel like friends not just customers! I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of them!

Came here on a Saturday morning 4/22/23 I watched Mary speak so disrespectful to the black lady because she was upset the store opened after 8am. It was the morning my mother died so Im certain of the date the crazy thing is Mary was late stopped and got coffee but claimed she had car issues she didnt open the store until 825

I just wanted to say that I have gone here for years. I am bad with names, but around Christmas I noticed a customer yelling at 2 of the pharmacists. I am very proud of the way your pharmacy team is dealing with long hours and extra work with the covid. They are extremely hard workers and I should have stuck up for them when I saw someone yelling at them. Thank you, to your workers, for helping us in this stressful time. Please be kind to them, they are people also. It isn't their fault, bosses and insurance companies have all these essential people working their Burts off!

The pharmacy staff is friendly and provides top customer service when it comes to medications. The pharmacists and staff make themselves readily available to answer questions and will come out to the aisle to assist customers. They really provide a great atmosphere and shopping experience.

Amazing service from pharmacy. I rushed in right before close when my wife needed to start checking her sugars. The Pharmacist stayed after hours to help find the best price on glucose testing strips with our insurance.

Check pricing if item is on sale. Item on clearance for 4.99. rang up for 9.79. I was told she would change the price one time. REALLY. It was marked clearance on the shelf. She was acting like she was doing me a favor. No sorry for your inconvenience just I'm doing you a favor. There is no such thing as customer service anymore.

I actually pay cash because my insurance is not accepted here but I rather pay cash because I still get a better deal than I would with cvs. The personnel there are just phenomenal!!! They always go above and beyond. You don’t find that at any other pharmacy. They always looks for the best price by looking at all the free insurance cards. Carol there saved me over $100 by doing this. And the pharmacist Walter and Wendy are very informative and just great. I have been going there for 15 years even though I could walk to CVS.

Update your website so people stop driving 15 minutes for a walk-in vaccine and waiting in line for five minutes to get to a pharmacist only to be told that the website isn't accurate and that they will not give you a vaccine. Have some consideration for your customers.

The people at the pharmacy are extremely Pleasant! Please go there to find out for yourself. I've been going there for 20 years and they are very helpful and professional. Extremely low turnover. The pharmacists have been there for 10 plus years each as far as I'm aware. Must be doing something right.

Wanted to make a purchase but needed a rest room. This isn't the shore, but I was told to use the McDonald'sor Landis in the complex.I sont have anything to purchase there!I'm never going there again to shop.
