The store itself is great. Unfortunately I had to deal with the woman at the customer service counter and she was so nasty. I was returning fish I had purchased but was rotten. It was in the seafood bag that it came in. She wanted a receipt and said that everyone keeps their grocery receipt. I never do, I told her she could see it through my price plus card. She was refusing to give me my full purchase price back and said to me “it because of people like me that make stores loose money”. Not sure how me purchasing rotten fish and asking for my money back became my problem. I then asked to speak to the seafood manager who was nothing but pleasant and she told her to give me a full refund. She even started arguing with her saying I didn’t deserve the full refund and I should only get the sale price. I’ve never had such a problem returning something as I did yesterday. This woman obviously doesn’t belong behind a customer service desk. I’m now looking for a different grocery store all because of her. I’m usually there 2 to 3 times a week and spend a decent amount each time. They will no longer be receiving my business. All because of this woman’s rotten attitude.

It has Sodastream products-was not expecting that! Including CO2 canisters, flavors (Cola!), and empty liter bottles. It also has a busy Bakery section that customizes cakes. Bakery items are freshly made and also prices are reduced as the Sell-By date nears by. Donuts are fresh in their case. The Reduced Price section is near the back left corner near the juice (mainly had bakery items when I visited). Store was very clean and neatly kept despite the heavy foot traffic.

I live in New Jersey and decided to go the opposite of where I normally go. I was very pleased with this store. It's clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning soon.

So as a grocery store it is ok. Yesterday I went to wire some money for the first time at the courtesy counter. At the courtesy counter there was the most discourteous and rude manager. She was exactly zero help. She acted skeptical of my request for no reason what so ever. I am not sure who trained this individual...but they failed tremendously. I do not recommend wiring money from this location. The loved one in need will not be assisted using this place.

Nice Weis location. It's really clean and mostly easy to navigate.Their Deli is very good, and the hot food is actually incredible. Some of the best fried chicken you'll ever get.Sometimes their veggie selection is limited, they go out of stock of some stuff later in the evening in my experience, so if you're shopping for fresh produce try to get in earlier.Their gluten free selection is a bit limited compared to other places i've shopped and if you're looking for that, Giant seems to have a better selection. Especially if you're worried about cross contamination and need clear labels. Weis tends to throw Gluten free tags on stuff that isn't clearly labelled as gluten free on the package, so be cautious and double check.Staff is very friendly and helpful, went out of their way to help us find products and navigate the store..Pharmacy is good. Staff is nice. Have gotten prescriptions here and got my COVID Vaccines here and never had any problems.Their beer and wine section is about the same as any other grocery store in the area, so you should be able to find what you need.

Better to go to Giant or walmart where the workers don't talk about you as you walk pastAlso I've never been to a grocery store that will block whole isles and stock on a busy Sunday morning. Seriously a joke of a grocery store.

Check expiration dates. So tired of getting ripped off when you don’t realize that you just bought expired products. It’s not my job to check every single container for the expiration date.

I have been going to Weis for over two decades. It’s local, decently priced, and the staff are always polite and ask if you need any help! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the lack of products. They are out of certain things most of the time. I understand the shortage and delivery issues, so I could never hold it against them!

Great Weis, very clean and usually has everything in stock but with my luck they never have what I need, love how they have military benefits that really helps. Overall very average place to shop.

Local Grocery Store. Has pretty good selection of most things. Prices comparable to other stores. Some things high, some things low. Nice Bakery, Produce, Meats and Frozen Foods. Staff are 99% helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you.

It's the only grocery store in my area and if I do an online order, Brittany and team I believe do check dates because I always watch for good dates on foods! It's important to me and I appreciate them! Sometimes I go in and shop, normally can find what I want. Thanks & keep up the good work!

Went there for the hot and ready pizza. Not one pizza in the rack and the employees are standing there arguing. After 5 minutes, someone waited on me. Told me 20 minutes. Then I can't pay there. Have to stand in a long check out line while my pizza gets cold. Never ever again

I stay away from Weis. Prices are outrageous. I prefer to go to ShopRite in Phillipsburg for many things. If not that the local stores like Ruggiero market or scooters for most of my shopping needs. If not that I go to the Alpine for really great tasting meats. Any meats in a grocery store is not the same as a butcher or market place

I’ve known most of the people who work at this Weis location pretty much my entire life. I grew up going there with my grandma on Friday’s to cash her check, and was always greeted with a smile and kindness. The store itself is clean and the staff is full of kind, helpful people. It’s a good grocery store with a wide selection of items for any need.

Great place. Baked chicken 🐔 is undercooked. Don't buy it. Told me 160 degrees is done. No way you can see raw meat and blood.

Good produce, beer and wine selection, household staples and exotic ingredients. I utilize their bonus card for cheaper gas and holiday specials like for turkeys and hams.

I seem to have ended up back at this store. I must say that everything is stocked including cold cuts that I was having a hard time finding. The quality of the products and the prices are what's gonna always bring people like me back. I ran into a couple store associates who were stocking shelves who made sure I knew to ask them for assistance if I needed it. That was much appreciated. No run-ins with Jeff the manager, but he could learn a lot from the kids who offered me assistance. Anyway, I'm back at this store and everything there seems to be back at 100%. They do have the freshest products in my experiences, so why not return?

I like Weis better than Giant. Prices are better but still not my regular go to. If you're older go on Tuesday..it's senior citizens day and they all get a discount!

The people are amazing. The Deli food is great, they have a lovely selection of flowers in the floral department, and everything is well organized. They also have a huge selection of beer of beer and wine. One stop shop for sure and they are going to make you feel like family.

The handicap chair needs to be fixed. The brakes do not work and it's so hard to push. It's to wide to fit through the check out! I'm going to have to find another store. I know the wheelchair cart in Forks works well. It's just to far to drive to. I've complained but no one listens

I love this store what should have been a 479 purchase turned into 428 can't complain the bulk purchase prices are awesome. I love the pork chops buy 1 get 2 free, especially when you have a house with a growing kid! and no where else can I find the always offered discounts when buying more than 1 of the item!

This was my first time shopping at Weis and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and well organized and the staff couldn't do enough to help with all my needs. Lots of in store savings and it was a plus to be able to get my six pack of Guinness stout while shopping there too!!

Service was good. The manager was rude, I didn’t like him. Think his name was chad? Upsetting to watch him treat people like that. I’m not sure if i’ll be coming back to this store.

To shop at, Weis is a good place to go. The employees almost always greet you with a hello and are very friendly towards the customers. To work at, Weis is a terrible place to be. Based on things I've observed as a shopper and things I've heard from previous employees, I have deduced the following:1) They start the pay at $9. They say this is to get the quality customer service they want. Now, this is obviously not true or just a hoax to get people to apply. If it wasn't, why fire an employee that had all the customer service traits they were "looking" for?2)They want you to know everything right off the bat and the managers barely teach you anything, they just say "do this" and "do that" and you're expected to do it, whether you know how to or not.3)Then, when you mess up, and you will if you're still learning, they blame you for not getting things right when they should've taught you properly.4)Weis is supposed to value their customers ABOVE ALL ELSE but I realize their only concern is actually making more money.Ex. A:A friend of mine got fired for going past scheduled hours when a huge wave of customers came in asking questions and requesting orders. It's not to say she was a perfect employee, but she was a good one who was very engaged with the customers. She had missed a day of work from being sick the night before and ended up coughing all night. When she fell asleep she realized she had slept through her shift. This only happened once and never again. She was forgiven for this since she was sick and she never let it happen again. The thing that made her get fired was staying past her scheduled time. She had to drop what she was doing at the moment and serve the customers that came, which according to Weis guidelines is the top priority. I find it extremely funny & frustrating that they fired a good employee for doing her job. They have a board up in the front of the store that says how they are doing in things like cleanliness, engagement with customers, and profits. The scores are based on surveys taken by customers. Surprise, surprise! Last time I checked, the score for profits were in the 80's but engagement with customers is at a mere 10%.Unfortunately for this branch Weis, I will be writing the corporate HQ about all of this and posting reviews so that no one else has to suffer the same way my best friend did.

The only reason that this store maintains a profit, is because it is the only store within a 5 to 10 mile radius. The surrounding residents of the area pretty much have no choice unless they want to travel. The store is basically the Biden family, and the Jerry Springer show wrapped into one.The produce manager is nothing but a fat, disgruntled slob, that emits an Oder, probably from below, because of the way she smells. Every single employee in there seems like they don’t wanna be there to begin with. It’s depressing, and I’m surprised that I’m actually went back to Shop again. The Place is a dump.

Weis Markets always has really good sales and although it is farther for me to go to then our local Giant Foods...Weis carries things that we love and can not find elsewhere♡I get excited to see my favorite coffee flavor that no one else seems to carry anymore♡Their sales on meat...can't be beat!Staff always seems upbeat too!

Over heard a manager and another staff member talking badly about customers in a crowded store loud enough for all to hear. A few days prior to this I saw the same staff member put a big box over a small child’s head because the parents asked him too. The child was terrified, screaming and asking him to stop, but the staff member laughed and continued to torment that poor little boy.
